Corewell Health – Saint Joseph appears on the register for residential treatment. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Corewell Health – Saint Joseph Address, Location and Contact Information

1234 Napier Avenue, Saint Joseph, Michigan, 49085 is the address held. This address falls in Berrien County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

This weekend my husband experienced what we originally was a mild heart attack. Once they did the catherization we found out it was very serious and that he needed triple bypass surgery immediately. My husband and my… entire family were given nothing but excellent care. Everyone was (and still are) absolutely amazing. Everyone! I couldn't ask for better because we have received the best! Thank you Corewell!

My 4 month old sat there suffering in severe pain for 3 hours and they literally did nothing. I understand they go by severity but i watch 3 people who were in better standing then my daughter go first. My husband and I… left and went to another ER.

We are sitting here in the ER as I write this. My wife has an obviously broken hand and is in significant pain. The waiting room is full and all of their rooms are full. What I don’t understand is why she would have to… wait this long while there are so many here that are in no obvious distress. Should people seeking primary care in the ER take precedence over true emergencies? As we sit, she has nothing to relieve her pain. Those around us have been here 3+ hours. I feel helpless.

The staff is wonderful and hard working. The actual doctors on the other hand are lazy as hell. It is impossible to get an answer from doctors cause they are ALL playing on their phones.

I loved all the staff at the ER! Everyone was so pleasant. I felt well-cared for. I highly recommend them if you're ever debating which ER to go to. They were not busy when I went, so I got to meet every doctor and… nurse on the floor. All of them were solid human beings.

Horrible greedy company that does not care about the wellbeing of their parents at all. Will do everything to get out of having to provide live saving care. Discharged a family member against the clear best interests of… the patient who we then had to turn around and take to another ER where he was then in THAT hospital for weeks. Poor man can’t walk can barely function yet they also refused to provide at home visits even though he is home bound and staying in a facility that regularly provides those visits under the cause that he might get better soon. Do everything you can to avoid this company! Never had such rude and careless interactions.

We were visiting for vacation from out of town when my 5 year son fell over a fire pit and split his forehead open above his eyebrow. We quickly made it to the ED and were well taken care of from the front desk… registration to the very end of the process. My son needed internal and external stitches, he was very scared and nervous from the beginning but the amazing Nurses, Doctors, and staff helped calm his nerves and he was a champ through getting the stitches done. Doctor Wilson performed the stitches and did and outstanding job. Our Nurses Todd and Alaina were so great and played I spy with my son while he was getting the stitches in. When it was all done he got some stickers and a popsicle and I asked him if it was as scary as he thought it would be or if he thought it was kind of cool and a neat experience and he had a big smile and agreed it was more fun than he thought. He even thinks being a nurse or doctor would be cool some day! Thank you Dr. Wilson, Todd, and Alaina!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Corewell Health in St. Joseph. During the visit, the patient's medical record stated, "she smokes cigarettes and MJ," despite the patient never being asked about tobacco… or marijuana use and never having smoked cigarettes. Seeing false information documented in a medical record is alarming because medical providers rely on those records to make treatment decisions. I was also disturbed to hear nurses making inappropriate comments about the patient's clothing. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism—not judged or mocked. I hope Corewell Health investigates how inaccurate information was entered into the medical record and addresses the unprofessional behavior displayed by staff. Patients should be able to trust that their records are accurate and that they will be treated respectfully.

Dear Dr. Evan Lytle Thank you to you, your nursing staff, and the entire surgical team for the outstanding care I received before, during, and after my surgery June 11,2026. Everyone went above and beyond to make me… feel comfortable, valued, and respected. I am so lucky to have been in such capable hands. Warmly,

We reached out to the billings/finance department wondering if there is any financial assistance they can give on our recent ER visit. We were told that there was some percentage discount but only if we had called them… 15 days after being admitted. We told them "how were we supposed to know when we haven't received the bill yet and don't know the total cost?" Still no help. Their rules/policies never benefit the patients. Whether it's getting the worse or the best treatment, the last taste in the patient's mouth is the bill. In this case and most, it's BITTER. We would pay the bill, but why can't the financial assistance be applied if there is an option to? Should have gone to another hospital.

I was unfortunately admitted yesterday because of a health issue that reoccured. I was brought straight back to a room in the ER,which was nice and never happens. First nurse i had in the was great. Met with the doctors… and devolved a plan to get it handled. They were really caring and great. I got to to my room Sara was my nurse, she was really helpful and caring. The unknown is always the worse. She helped with all my concerns. Went out of her way to ease my mind . My day shift nurseTiffany O, was just as supportive. Answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Instead of calling in lab they do thier own. I have thick skin and deep viens. Even with that she got it first try. Next time Instead of 10000 attempts she called in help. The level of CARE and professionalism is un matched. Definitely employee of the month type employee 100% of the time. Cornwell usally gets a bad rap.Because of the 3 nurses and doctors so far. I will recommend forsure. Keep up the grest work Cornwell staff.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen by so many knowledgeable and kind doctors and staff. From the front desk to the supervisor they were all on top of everything. They took my pain seriously, listened, and were… prompt. The whole experience took 3 hours, including waiting, bloodwork, and an ultrasound, which is pretty great for an ER. The nurse Megan and doctor Laura were especially great. The phlebotomist was also very skillful. Best ER experience I’ve had.

Thank you to your amazing staff. Plus that lovely kind lady in dietician. Plus a huge thank you to the young lady with the pretty tattoos on her arm, who keeps our rooms clean. I had a spine surgery. I guess I am a big… baby because I was in the hospital for four days. I was to scared to go home with my pain level being so high. My Neurosurgeon saw me every morning to see how I was doing. The nurses tried so hard to make my pain level better. The technicians were so friendly. Teresa, Kimm, Lyndsay, Evelyn, Sam, oh my gosh, I have forgotten more names, I am so sorry if I haveforgotten your names. Thank you for all of your kindness and patience with me. I appreciate every one of you, working in a hospital must be tough with so many patients not in the best of moods. Thank you!!
