I was helped and seen right away. I went to see a doctor and was told the doctor would be in a few minutes after they took my vitals. It was a PA and not a doctor. She seemed good but that is not who I want to see when… I go to see a doctor! I expect to be seen by a doctor. I was not asked if I wanted to see a PA and I will not be going back there again!
Staff was nice and professional and medical exam was thorough. However, when I went to get prescriptions for my son they were merely Tylenol and OTC cold meds. I wish the Dr had said specifically what he was… prescribing, as I have those things in the house and didn’t have to make a trip to the pharmacy as well as the pharmacy filling a script I didn’t buy. Kind of odd…

It’s the off site call center that sucks, they never know when your appointment is, send you wrong info, and sometimes will text me accusing me of missing my… appointment when I literally just left.
