My experience during my first visit was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner, making inappropriate comments and even accusing me of drinking as the reason I… missed my intake. I also overheard staff speaking negatively about other patients, which was concerning and made the environment feel uncaring and money-focused rather than supportive. thankfully i’m only here for dwi so i’m not really in need of help but for people that really want the help please stay away.
