I feel genuinely heard with these clinicians. Whether receiving counseling or medication prescriptions. Very welcoming and caring here!!

I’m extremely upset. I had 2 therapists move on in less than a year, got nowhere because of it. My husband also had the same experience. Now my daughter just lost her 2nd therapist as well. I’m not understanding how… this company loses therapists so often! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I've had a great experience in terms of the counselors and staff at Harmonia, however, there seems to be a greater issue with the organization. Turnover is extremely problematic, and people with mental health concerns… need stability and consistency.

Growing up I was always against getting counseling thinking it wouldn’t help and that I didn’t need it. This year I decided to give it a try and honestly could say it was one of the best decisions I made. Cierra has… been extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does. She breaks things down and connects with you on whichever level you need and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I highly recommend keeping her around when her license gets pushed through. She is someone you don’t want to lose out on.

The staff is very helpful! Always friendly! Appointments are easily made and on time.

Keep seeing counselors hanging outside of businesses acting like homeless Quit ruining store fronts

I love coming here, I’ve made so much progress and everyone is so welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to find yourself and heal from things you went through. The people are great!

Dangerous at best, malpractice at worst. Even if you have no other place to turn to.. keep looking. They program you to get back to work and then you're cured as far a they're concerned. You are some words on paper to… them, not a person. Told a suicidal person with mental health disabilities to leave because they were too much to handle. They are dead now. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a Great therapy until they let her go didn't go so well with the next now I'm at square one again with a med that for heart they always tryed the psychic meds but never fell for it

They really do not have enough room to see the clients they take on. I believe going here actually destroyed my relationship sadly.

I cancelled my service a month ago, yet I kept getting scheduled. I would call and send emails informing them that I was not going to continue services with them, yet they kept me on schedule. The counselor they paired… me with kept goofing up dates, and began scheduling me for online sessions, despite being very transparent from the start about wanting in-person sessions only. I would not suggest this to anyone. Counselors should make you feel welcome, not pushed away. If you want mental health support, you are better off without counseling than wasting your time with Harmonia.

Very dismissive of me canceling my services with this office as my councilor had initially rescheduled during a snowstorm then suddenly left the company. Very disappointed with the office clerk when I called today not… assuring me that wouldn’t happen again just kept saying “uh huh” to me. It didn’t feel like I was talking to someone who took there job seriously or cared about mental health in any capacity.

Cannot day enough good things about this office. I have struggled to find good treatment for my mental health issues and have had many problems with other providers and offices. This place truly cares and lets you take… more control of your treatment and are so friendly and open and not judgemental (I felt it at other places) and I have finally started to improve in my life because of the treatment I'm receiving here. I am so glad I started to come here

This , is a Safe and secure place , where I feel relaxed and Confident , and trust in the fact , that , whatever , hurt's , habit's , ... ( baggage) etc.that I have ; I know I can talk to and trust the professional… people that I talk to here , they Care ! This place has helped me through some Really tough times in my life and I am forever grateful ! I know that they have my back and are Always there to help guide me through , life's unpredictable , ups and downs ! I feel So much better now , knowing that friendly, and professional Staff , are Only a phone call away !!! I am greatful , thank God , for the good honest , caring people who work So hard to help others !!!!
