Mindfully – Marion

Would genuinely like to be contacted by literally anyone from this office. But phone calls aren't returned and prescription refills go unanswered, which you arent supposed to talk to front desk about it so not sure how… that's okay. The front desk and nurse are WONDERFUL. I would 100% skip ever seeing Dr Naskar if you have another choice.

doctor changed my meds, fine. But is told her specifically that I am hospitalized Everytime I get my meds changed. This was the first time we had ever met but I was optimistic and agreed to the medication changes. I had… a really aggressive return of symptoms. I called reception and told her I was extremely suicidal. She told me to send a message in the patient portal and the doctor ALWAYS reads them same day. I found the patient portal. Made an account. Messaged the doctor that I was suffering. I wasn't sleeping or eating and extremely suicidal. 2 weeks go by, nothing. I toon myself to the emergency room and was admitted for my safety. The social worker in the hospital also says they could not get ahold of anyone from this office for my discharge planning, so I said forget it, I'll find a different psychiatrist.

My doctor nenneh Davies is an awesome doctor I like her but the office people never answer or call back I have literally been trying to call the office for two months straight and nobody calls back. What’s the point of… having a phone number nobody answers

Front desk is unattended

I'm a Marine Corps veteran & have seriously struggled over years with PTSD complications. When my regular doc retired I was referred to Mindfully. They've always been super nice, helpfully intelligent and genuinely… concerned about how to best help you out. The previous poor rating and complaint is blaintently redundant. The recorded answering device clearly says not to make multiple calls because it's not only confusing but makes it even more difficult to listen to & return the calls. What's so hard to understand about that when it's so clearly advised?

I absolutely love Mindfully, specifically Abbie. Abbie is the best therapist I have ever had. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. She has been a HUGE part of my mental health journey over the last 15… years. I'm not sure I would be where I am today if it weren't for her.

there is never anyone in the window, the door is always locked when i have appointments so i always have to call to see if anyone is there so i can be seen

They refuse to answer the phone. Left a dozen messages explaining that my meds never got sent to the pharmacy. They literally ignored me until I had to call corporate TWICE, who also did not answer but instead had to… return a call. After all of this, my provider called me from a private number, making herself even more unavailable, told me no one told her my problems, then didn't even put in all my meds and put in my one med incorrectly that I still can't get it. I lost my job over going through withdrawal, and it wasn't like I didn't call and try to get my medication. Still considering getting a lawyer involved. I didn't even get an apology and they expect me to continue to see the same provider, even though I have literally no trust in her. All I could recommend is running from this place as fast as possible. They have proven they do not care about the patient in the slightest. I am absolutely appalled with this behavior.

The staff at the Marion office is amazing!! But I can't say the same when you call in and it goes to a central office even though you press button to get to Marion office. Really annoying that someone from somewhere… else, takes the call and promises to get appointment set up and it didn't happen. Went directly into Marion office and was taken care of. Sad that such a big mental health office has no compassion to make it easy for local patients to talk directly to the local office of Mindfully. Mindy said she'd call back and she did as she promised, unlike the person that took my call on Thursday. It's not the staff's fault when they have to follow Mindfully procedures, but Mindfully's main office/call center has no clue of the local level patients. Thank goodness, Marion's staff is alert to the patient's needs and gets things done. IF the main call center continues to ignore patient, they may find another facility that will help. Do better Mindfully.

Best experience I've had very good for me

Really disappointed with the clinic’s lack of time management. Appointments rarely start on time, and I’ve had to wait way too long more than once. It’s super frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with… mental health stuff and just want things to go smoothly. The whole experience feels unorganized, and it ends up being more stressful than helpful. I hope they figure things out and start respecting patients’ time a bit more.

Incredible psychiatry office. Friendly staff. Sweet and caring providers. In person/telehealth services offered. Accepting new patients! They are also looking for another psychiatrist MD to join the team!

The doctor can't get a prescription right.the6 lose documents thst I filled out as a new clients

There is no psychiatrist and the persons who are making the med decisions talk more about themselves and do not focus on patient needs.
