Greet clinic, from front desk to Consulars to nurses they are solid well run and care about the clients

They don’t accept commercial insurance and charge $250 out the door first day. The front desk lady purposefully declined phone calls two hours after they opened. Nobody there acted like they wanted to be there and I was… there maybe 10 minutes. Super sketchy and strict feels. Go to Community Medical Services in Akron they accept commercial insurance not just “Medicaid aka poor people insurance” plus it was a completely different feel as if they actually care and get things moving right away. It was my first day at CMS and I was in and out in less than two hours. Avoid this CTC Massillon place I’m honestly glad they didn’t accept my Insurance I feel like I would still be there not at home.

This past Friday I usually get my take homes for the weekend we'll when I came in I wasn't feeling good I'm diabetic and also hv insomnia the receptionist Mary gave a note to the nurse JOE accusing me of being high!!… And refused to give me my dose and take homes!!!! All bc I had low blood sugar and no sleep I'm reporting them and Joe to the nursing board and head of the company! I'm livid!! I don't even do that stuff anymore!!!

Great place to go for support and recovery. Everyone serves with a caring heart. I respect the program as well it has worked well for myself and many others. They work with many insurance companies and even state… insurance like the different types of medicade. If you know someone in need give them a call 😊

This place literally saved my life. Wish I knew it was that close sooner I would of got in there sooner.

Best addiction Doctor you can find in NE OH. Him and then Doctor at Meridian in Youngstown. Progressive harm reduction attitudes which is what's needed in opiate addiction. Many don't understand that and there's a lot… of ignorance about it which is sad considering how many people we've lost to the epidemic just in the last decade. Say what you will, These are the doctors on the front lines that are stopping people from dieing. The staff is great and really cares. Nurses are friendly and respectful. Very well run clinic, very clean, and virtually no lines that get you in and out. If you're looking for MAT clinics this is the best place I could recommend .

Great place for out patient treatment. They believe in harm reduction, meaning if you aren't perfect they will not discontinue treatment the way Commquest does. The most unique philosophy of Canton Comprehensive is that… they do not use medication as a punishment, meaning that if you miss an appointment they will not punish you by refusing to give you your medication. As someone who has worked in this industry, I've never met an addiction doctor with such a progressive attitude. Normally addiction doctors use the medication to control the actions of their patients. It's nice to finally meet an addiction doctor who truly respects his patients and treats them as adults.
