Mindfully – Fairfield Detox and Rehab Services

Mindfully – Fairfield appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Addiction and mental health are worked on at the same time here. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Mindfully – Fairfield Address, Location and Contact Information

Mindfully – Fairfield is located at 1251 Nilles Road in Fairfield, Ohio, 45014. Fairfield sits in Butler County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I have multiple physical and mental illnesses and limitations. I needed to find a new mental health provider as the one Id had for years was no longer an option. I went through all the rabit holes to schedule a new… patient assessment and had to wait almost 2 months to have my appointment. I agree, schedule and then the day before my appointment I recieve a call to tell me it is canceled due to the doctor not being available now and that Id have to wait another 3 months before I could get another appointment. They then offered to schedule a telehealth appointment soon but will need to call me back. I never received a call back. I understand situationd happen but with mental health and mental health medications, its not like I can just pop into a doctors office for it. Mental health already makes getting help so much more difficult, when things like this happen, its far more detrimental I feel.

Mindfully is amazing! I did the genetic testing and I think everyone should! Very informative to me and my therapist. Game changer. My therapist is Miranda, and she’s amazing. Listens and is very much attentive and… understanding of my life. Gives great advice and I wouldn’t dare miss an appointment! Patient portal is awesome. Can send messages. She responds to me professionally and promptly.

Just an insane situation. Ive been taking lexapro for a while now and I was told by my pharmacy that I need to call in for an appointment to get it refilled. When I called mindfully they let me know that my psychiatrist… (Jonathon Cole) had left the practice. Ive been on the meds for a couple of years and not one email was sent to me to lef me know that my psychiatrist left the practice?!?! How many people are prescribed meds by him and not told that he left the practice? Thats alarming. They tell me they can schedule me with Ashley Walters in 3 weeks. I say okay although I am already low on my meds. I join my session via telehealth and wait 10-15--30mins and Ashley does not join. Weird. I sent her a message through the portal, no response. I called over the next few days and I keep getting voicemails. Eventually Stephanie calls me back. I tell her the situation and she asks me if I joined through the zoom link. I told her that ive never gotten a zoom link, I got one from telehealth.kareo. She says oh no thats our old system you shouldve gotten one from the new system and Ashley cant get you in till June (its end of april. WHAT?! So Im out of meds, im not told my psychiatrist left, they didnt send me the right link and I have to WAIT another 6 weeks to get an appointment?! Everyone knows that you cannot suddenly stop anti depressant meds??!! The receptionist Stephanie didnt seem to care to help in any way. Absolutely appalled at how unprofessional and DANGEROUS this practice is.

I just have to say I’ve been coming for almost 2 years now and Katie Kemper has helped me a lot. She truly cares about her clients, she wants the best in everyone. I don’t know where I’d be without Katie because all the… other therapists I’ve seen are not like her and have just up and left me. Katie has stuck by my side. I know that I’m in good hands with Katie. Update 4/11/26 : I have to do invasive rodbt and I’m nervous and scared and upset to leave Katie and want to come back to see her she’s the best therapist and person I’ve had on my side no one can replace her ever I also need to find a Nurse Practioner at mindfully because I feel Dr.Dunseith isn’t a right fit for me

My only complaint is that I cannot schedule an appointment or change an appointment myself through a patient portal or request meds to be sent to a different pharmacy or request a different manufacturer for meds online.… For this I decided to deduct a star because there is definitely room for improvements. I have not had any issues getting an appointment in a timely manner whether it is in person or telehealth. A lot of reviews mentioned the provider cancelling or not showing up to the telehealth appointment. That has not been my experience. My provider is Courtney Moorehead and she has fulfilled every appointment we have scheduled together. Courtney has listened to my needs and is also receptive to my requests or suggestions as her patient. My experiences and struggles are always validated by her and met with understanding. She often reassures me I am not the only woman feeling how I do or experiencing hormonal shifts and whatnot that can impact the effectiveness of medication during the month as well which makes me feel less crazy! Sometimes I cannot get a hold of anyone at the office to schedule an appointment and that’s why doing it online would be nice. The receptionist does always call me back even if it is sometimes not until the next day- but if I accidentally miss her call back then return her call and there is no answer again we can be stuck playing a bit of phone tag which can be annoying but it’s not her fault so it’s nothing against her at all. Just something to consider making available for patients. But don’t take her hours away and replace her with a robot or self service only because she does a great job!

As a clinician, it can be difficult to find psychiatry providers that our clients trust. I began referring a wide range of clients to Courtney K. It has been a lovely experience and my clients have given such positive… feedback about their experiences with Courtney. I will keep sending as many clients as she’ll take!

HORRIBLE experience with a woman called Courtney Kissel. She kept insisting I have tests that were not medically necessary and invasive for me. Also just rude and nasty.

Anyone in the Cincinnati area looking for Psychiatric services, stay away from DR. NEAL DUNSIETH. This was the absolute worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life! I had my very first appointment… with him today. He did not have access to my medical records or my Psychiatric history and within 5 minutes of speaking to me he decided that there is nothing wrong with me. He told me that my diagnosis mean nothing and that I'm just aggressive. 5 minutes into my appointment with NO prior knowledge of me or my history. He didnt ask about any trauma or abuse that I've experienced. He didnt ask about symptoms. He didn't ask about medications or hospitalizations. Nothing. Complete waste of my time. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio licensing board and with my insurance company. This man has no business practicing psychiatry.

Sara Molony is an incredible therapist. She changed my relationship and my life. We look forward to therapy each week because it is educational and we never feel judged. She has taught us how to communicate as a couple… and provided us with a safe place to voice our frustrations. She always comes prepared to teach us a new technique and hear us out on what worked and didn’t work. She is so so talented and we would recommend her to anyone!

This place is so unprofessional and genuinely a waste of hope and time. They take weeks to get back to you and even then nobody has any clue what is going on. I had an appt in September and was told I would start… therapy in 2 weeks and it is now been 3 months and they have reached out to me once this entire time. I have left countless messages and sent requests over and over again and to no avail. Please if you are struggling with your mental health and you are reading this please find a different provider. I am begging you to find a different provider because this place will genuinely kill the last bit of hope you have left. I hope this review saves someone out there. This facility actually deserves 0 (ZERO) stars.

Went to an appointment and the doctor wasn't even. There was informed that the appointment had been canceled but they failed to tell me did my intake paperwork while waiting for my ride. Since I'm already there, I had… an appointment with no doctor and made a follow-up appointment for the next week and still got a call about intake paperwork. They don't keep track of nothing. They're not very good at their communications. End up canceling service before I ever went to my first real appointment with a doctor of course. Other companies out here that offer TMS don't go to the wrong company just because it's a new process. Very disappointed in this one

The provider has not shown up for my appointments twice which means I missed those treatments. The canned responses I've read here are despicable and absent of any real accountability. I've been informed twice Upon My… Arrival that the provider couldn't make it. Yesterday 11/213025 I was told he overslept and I should reschedule or wait About an hour. They are very unprofessional, unprepared and that is a terrible combination, especially when treating serious mental health issues. Document and contact the Ohio medical board if this has happened to you.

I was referred to thoughtfully by my physician. She originally referred me to Nya or Nyla but she had a long waitlist so after a month I had to choose a different provider. When dealing with ADHD you know some of the… simplest tasks are hard to accomplish. Coupling that with depression only makes it worse. For me therapy is like dating so I couldn't just choose one at random. It takes time to choose a new one that you feel is the 'right' one, especially if part of your issues are self doubt and anxiety with decision making and not trusting anyone around you . The first time I worked with the receptionist we took our time before I found a new therapist that I was open to get to know. I was bummed by the fact that I was going to have to wait almost two weeks to see her but whatever. I knew I just needed a safe space to release this heavy mental load. On the day of my appointment Yolanda Ali cancelled my appoint a few hours before the appointment. I called upset and spoke to the receptionist Jill again. She was kind which is why I gave two stars and not one, but she kind of minimized how big the situation was especially for a person that feels alone and has no one to talk to. She offered to schedule me for someone else but, Like no you cant just toss me on someone else's schedule idk. No explanation for why my appointment was cancelled (we are in confusing times and I thought my insurance was giving me issues so that's what initially sent me into a panic anyway) so I declined. Jill offered to call me back so that she could get more clarity on why the appointment was cancelled. She called back a few hours later stating that Yolonda had an emergency and that she could see me the next day. THE NEXT DAY YOLANDA JUST DIDNT EVEN SHOW TO THE APPOINTMENT. I sat and waited 22 minutes before calling the office for the sake of my insurance to inform them no one ever showed up for the appointment (it was telehealth btw). Jill offered again to reschedule me but I was completely disgusted so I declined. The next morning I wake up to an email and text confirmation of an appointment set for a week from now. No call to apologize or right her wrong, just a text message confirmation that she had added me to her calendar. Side note I am a single mother dealing with PTSD and a plethora of other things, mom guilt, etc. I needed to take my son somewhere but I know that I need to prioritize my mental health to give my son a better quality of life. I STOPPED MY SONS WHOLE ENTIRE DAY TO MAKE TIME FOR THIS SECOND APPOINT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN THE PLANS. I felt horrible that I wasted his time stopping and sitting on the side of a store to have this appointment for the lady not show or even have the curtsey to say sorry. Just reschedule lol. I promise I do not need the let down, that was why I was seeking therapy to begin with.

Help with explaining paper work etc. She left seat a referral… for another therapist 2 weeks ago still no response. I was charged $35 don't have a clue why . The telaheath canceled by therapist because she moved on. Still have no clue Who this new therapist is. Same thing with referral to a phycrist does meds nan was really helpful. She wants tonwork with label who.left. no therapist I guess you goingbto say it's my responsibility to call make appointment. Which is bs . I'm just waiting I'm am seriously getting pissed off at this place. Can't recommend this place to no one at this point

I knew as soon as I walked in the door that I was not going to like this place. Firstly, I have no idea how to contact my provider even if I wanted to, because the website only had contact info for intake purposes,… nothing for current patients, and doesn't guide to a patient portal or contact info to contact a provider directly. Secondly, the office has a very dark and dingy feeling. It felt as if they had hurriedly thrown something together and that was that. But, that could be excused if the care was outstanding. Except, it wasn't. I had two appointments with Shannon Bailey before changing to a new office. Immediately, she left a bad impression on me. She was not friendly or compassionate. I did not feel like she genuinely cared about understanding my condition or cared to treat it properly. Right off the bat, she tried to dismiss my ADHD diagnosis (that I've had for 3 years) and say that I was depressed. After explaining myself, she believed me, but seemed as though she had never heard about the research or medical reasoning I was telling her, which is alarming since a psychiatric provider should know more about ADHD than me. I got the impression that she was not up-to-date on the most current ADHD recommendations and guidelines. Secondly, after complaining to her that I was having issues waking up in the morning, she basically told me that's not her problem and that she can't help me with that. She practically laughed at the fact that I brought it up. Apparently, I should've known it would be silly to assume my psychiatrist would be able to help me with sleep issues. Even if she genuinely didn't know how to help, she could have still offered support and been empathetic. Instead, she was dismissive, condescending, and very flippant with her response. And, it wasn't until after the appointment that I realized how wild it is that not once did she mention the fact that sleep issues are common with ADHD or propose a hypothesis that maybe my stimulant medications may be impacting my sleep. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Perhaps other providers at this office are better, but I would not recommend Shannon Bailey, especially if seeking treatment for ADHD.

Life has its seasons, and some of them are heavy. I reached a point where I knew I needed a safe space to unpack years of emotional weight and begin truly healing. I was looking for a female therapist who not only had… strong professional skills but also carried a deep sense of spiritual understanding. That combination isn’t easy to find… but then I met Darlene Neal. From our very first session, I felt seen, supported, and gently guided. Darlene has a way of holding space that is both compassionate and grounded. She helped me walk through some of my deepest pain and into a place of clarity and freedom. Finding the right therapist isn’t always easy, it takes more than credentials. It takes alignment, heart, and presence. I feel so blessed to have found all that in Darlene. Being referred to her was truly divine timing, and I’m beyond grateful for the healing journey we’ve shared. Thank you, Darlene Neal—from the bottom of my heart.

Rev. Dr. Bethany Fulton helped guide me through a lot of obvious trauma, but she also helped illuminate and compassionately guide me through repressed trauma/memories I was unaware of. She offered a multitude of… techniques to stay aware and present within my life and kept me accountable throughout our entire time together. I appreciate her unique balance of professionalism, multi-facted intelligence, and empathy. She was a bright ray of light within my life and her advice, silly quips, and words of kindness and encouragement will continue to stay with me.

Okay so far I haven't talked to my psychiatrist yet and it's an hour away for me so I hopeni don't regret going that far away from home. I got an appointment fast it's the 21st and I just called today. I talk to a… therapist the 14th. I see good reviews but alot of bad ones. So I hope I made the right decision here. This is my last hope for help with my mental health and I deserve my meds back. Seeing my last Dr retired and in my town no Dr's care about you here when it comes to mental health. I'll be back on here to let everyone know how it went. The lady that scheduled me was amazing so I feel alot of these bad reviews could be lies but we will see cause I'm very blunt and I will not hold back at all....
