Very friendly staff.

Son was there and was released and was not near ready to get out, they don't take time, they medicate and release and don't care of the effects that their actions have on the family members.

Rude disrespectful staff. Medically negligent to patients

They advertise walk-in hours, only to tell you that you can't see anyone because you're a walk-in. Such a waste of time that it actually felt like a practical joke. Places like these are a depressing reminder of how… much of a joke the system has become.

I used to think this place was cool until today. I tried to get an appointment to schedule and get in and find out that you have to walk in. You know the problem with that is I'm not some lazy SOB who's on SSID and have… a job so some of us actually need appointments. Thanks a lot great job I'll go find somebody who's more in tune

If I could give zero stars I would. This facility is a Christian ministry masquerading as a legitimate mental health office. My first visit, there was a Gideon's Bible in the mental health literature. My visit with a… therapist, her office was covered in Bible verses and Christian aphorisms. The final straw was the 700 Club playing in the waiting room. This is not a neutral space that is patient-oriented or medically professional. You will only feel welcome here if you are an Evangelical Christian. If you want real mental health services, I advise you search elsewhere.

The groups discussed everything I needed to hear at the time. I am very grateful to the staff for their positive attitudes, patience, and understanding. I am glad to have had that break to recover and think.

If you’re seeking help I promise you this is far from it!! Made psychiatrist appointment 4 months ahead they rescheduled me another 3 months ahead ! They keep pushing and rescheduling making me feel even worse I just… want to get my life on track these people do nothing

The bottom line is if you need help and you want help you got to be willing to get help I showed up here from New York had to completely rearrange everything in my life from the ground up and I found this facility to be… very helpful and getting me doctors and helping me find support when I didn't know where to look this place comes highly recommended.

the doctor is fantastic when you can see him but they keep rescheduling my appointments which isn't helping. I know others can see him idk how many see compared to being rescheduling. the therapy is good.

I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER. I WILL GROW OLD WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER!
