Everything went well on my visit to the Wright Center 🤠

Well if not getting the proper doctor when you show up for an appointment for your PCP isn't bad enough. Now they have switched to AI calling so you cannot talk to a person to tell them that you may be a few minutes… late or that there is a problem with something they've just done. Time to switch to a new doctor not putting up with this. Places been going downhill for a while. I had a medication that was necessary to live and it was not being refilled and after five calls into them it turns out the doctor that prescribed it hasn't been there in 3 months but they never bothered to check on that so they would sooner I died and do their jobs. If you're looking for a caring doctor's office that actually does their job this is not the place you want. This is the place to send somebody you'd like to see die.

Staff and doctors were amazing. Had a very good experience.

This place sucks

I see my primary, my mental health and my dentist at Mid Valley. And I live in Scranton right next to the Scranton Wright Center. I choose to drive 30 minutes because I like the people so much at this facility. No one… is ever rude and they are always on time. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a new place to go. Thank you for being so kind to me!

I’ve only had one appointment, but first impressions are everything. The staff was extremely kind, the dental assistant was very sweet and personable. I have some things scheduled coming up, and I’m hopeful those… appointments go just as smoothly.

Excellent visit with my new PCP

I got new dental insurance and had to go here. Cleaning was excellent, however when I had to go back for a filling they found in my upper wisdom tooth, one dentist gave me the shot and drilled, then some lady came and… filled my tooth. It took forever and then only lasted 4 months. Would not stand behind the filling. I have fillings in my mouth over 20 years old. I waited until I got different insurance and went back to my regular dentist. The Operations Director Kimberly was very rude, as a matter of fact, she doesn't even go there, she has the same dentist I have at Century Dental. I would definitely not recommend this place!!!

I had incredible dental work done at the Wright in jermyn PA. They gave me back my smile with confidence. It was completely pain-free. The staff was very kind and more than efficient

Dr. Rebar's assistant was very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Rebar himself was friendly and to the point. The whole experience was enormously positive. I would recommend the Wright Center to anyone.

very negative experience here. I thought the dental would be different than all the Wright Centers with such LOW community regard. You could die before getting adequate treatment. How they get all the funding is hard to… fathom. For someone older with disabilities and hearing impaired I cannot manage the automated phone system which caused me great anxiety. Trying to ask questions of the only email address I had elicited reprimands and intolerance. I did not feel respected in the least bit. I will not accept being treated like that!!! I would never go back here and highly recommend other people to AVOID The ALL Wright Centers. DONT GO THERE! They don't give a damn about you!!
