Rehab After Work – Pottstown Detox and Rehab Services
Recorded services at Rehab After Work – Pottstown are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

I highly recommend the programs at High Focus. Brittany's grief and trauma group is exceptional, professional, holistic and life changing.
Abby was my counselor, she was awesome. Turned an experience that I originally felt I didn’t need into a very knowledgeable and supportive one. Very grateful for the things I’ve learned and the opportunity to better… myself. Thanks for everything 👊🏼
Wonderful group of therapists. Very responsive.Across the board great group of people to partner with.
Wish I would have went anywhere else to get help for my son. From the comments before the Summer it looked like an amazing program. All Summer though it was inconsistency, and it seemed like no one knew what was going… on there. Director should be ashamed of the type of program she is in charge of. I believe her name is Kathryn. Must be paying people for reviews now to cover up the ones where people are sharing the truth about how messed up this place is. The people you help deserve better but all they are to you is a paycheck. Avoid at all costs for yourself and your kids. There are more qualified therapists who arent all about their wallets.
I am SUPER thankful for this center and the programs they offer! The therapists I’ve worked with have met me right where I am. I have been so seen and validated through my wellness/recovery journey. A huge thank you to… all! :) if you need help in your journey this is the place to be!
Personalized care and meaningful care.
I would have given this place 5 stars when they had their original IOP therapist Marcus but sadly he is no longer there. My child was enrolled again years later with a new therapist Logan, I would have classified him as… the best in the business. 5 stars plus!! But we got the call today, he is no longer there. So why is it that there is such high turnover with great therapists. I am sure it is because it really is all about the money and less about the care. Marcus and Logan were there for the children and to support them in their needs, but this is not how this business wants to run, they would rather lose therapists that do their job because High Focus themselves is just another business. Well shame on you for your choices because you have hurt many children by not being able to retain the kind of therapist that Do Their Jobs!!
Would give one star but I know two is harder to remove. Can honestly tell you to go anywhere else for care. Therapists are seen as expendable and disposable. Overworking therapists and burning them out is a theme often… ignored by leadership. Mental health is important when its profited on or performative and those are the only times. Don't be fooled by the commercial appeal its still Pyramid at heart.
Hello i wanted to leave a review because Logan had helped my nephew so much mentally. he is straight forward and very upfront about how he need to handle things. I’ve went through multiple therapists and he is truly the… best one he’s had
Fantastic staff!! Knowledgeable and attentive super professional and easy to work with. Always a positive experience!!
High Focus is a great organization with very compassionate staff who take treating patients very seriously. They are client-centered, and always willing to go the extra mile for those they serve. I work closely with… Sara Linderman and always enjoy connecting with her. She has been an amazing contact providing new updates on services HF offers and ensuring that our collaborative relationship stays strong. I also appreciate the continuing education events they host throughout the year. Very informative and a great networking opportunity.
High Focus Centers is a wonderful program and I’d refer to them over many other places.
I was only able to do two weeks of PHP because of my insurance, but this place honestly saved my life. I learned so much and I am already better at using coping mechanisms instead of losing it. Everyone on staff was… amazing and the center was clean. I really learned to trust and open up quickly from how gentle the process is. Thank you! PS - Brianna, Monica, Brittany, and Nicole were amazing!!
I had the worst experience ever here. First of all, they told me after 3 weeks of partial I could join their women’s trauma IOP. This was the group that I actually needed, which is why I put up with so much crap in… partial. Well AFTER the 3 weeks and AFTER I spent over $1000 on services they decided to tell me that I actually needed to do 5 weeks of DBT treatment in order to get into their trauma program. This was crazy unethical to promise one thing and then to do another. I never would have wasted my time and money if they were upfront with me. We all also had issues with their supervisor, Monica Conrad, that were never addressed. We would talk on break about how no one liked her therapy style and how she didn’t listen to us and our needs. When I brought this to the attention of my individual therapist, Brianna Nielsen, she gaslit me and told me that I was the only person who felt that way about Monica when literally everyone in group was complaining. She then censored us by telling us not to talk on our breaks instead of addressing the problem. The groups were all terrible. I was only in them to get into the trauma group that I was promised. There is no real therapy, they are basically just babysitting you as you do yoga, movement, etc. When they do talk about real stuff, it’s never stuff that the group wants to work on. For example, we as a group decided that we wanted to work on trauma and Monica told us no and then gave us a skill that no one cared about. No one listened to us and our opinions. If you dared to disagree with Monica about anything, she would kick you out of group. Monica Conrad also broke HIPAA and I reported her to her supervisor, and absolutely nothing was done. I guess High Focus just lets their employees do whatever they want to clients with no consequences whatsoever. This place is crazy unethical and they’re just in it to steal your money.
This place seemed to be one of the more helpful for my child. The therapist communicated very well. They offer a variety of services and I will keep them in mind for my own clients who might need a high level of care.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I was referred to this facility by my regular doctor, completed the full 120-minute appointment, and then heard absolutely nothing for more… than two weeks. When someone finally reached out, they scheduled me with a virtual provider—even though I specifically said I do not work well with virtual appointments and would not do them. The provider told me she would notify the others that I needed a different type of care, and after that… nothing. No follow-up, no call, no options, nothing. At this point, I genuinely don’t know if my case is too complex, or if they simply didn’t want to take me on as a patient because I have too much. If they didn’t have anyone who could help me, I wish they had just said so instead of making me feel like this. Being referred here by my doctor because she told me you guys could help and then essentially getting ignored and ghosted feels like a slap in the face. Overall, this experience left me feeling overlooked and unimportant. Very disappointing.
I attended the PHP program and had a wonderful experience. Monica, Briana, and Nichola were great.
Brianna was the 🐐
Had a great time doing PHP here, and i’m looking forward to getting through the rest of the recommended treatment options to finish up my goals. Brianna, Monica, and Nicole have been fantastic; As well as a huge thank… you to the rest of the members i’ve seen there!
Monica, Brianna, Nicole S. And Nicole H. were all SO AMAZING!!!! Their constant support through group activities and individual sessions was everything I needed!!! I feel so much better after being able to be myself and… getting such great support from everybody there!
I cannot recommend this treatment center enough. Brianna, Monica, Nicole, etc etc… these women are beyond great. I can’t be more thankful to have had them be apart of treatment. If you are on the fence about getting… treatment here, simply don’t be. They are the ones to go to in order to heal. Thank you guys!
PHP helped me a lot. Brianna was so nice and helpful and took time to talk to me and get to know me one on one. I recommend this place to anyone with mental struggles.
High focus centers have been great during one of the hardest periods of my life! Monica and Brianna were great in the ways that they handled the groups and brought insight. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of… treatment:)
High focus treatment center has been a huge part of my recovery journey. I have attended all 3 adolescent programs (PHP, IOP and GOP). In all of these programs the therapists have been extremely supportive, caring, kind… and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some extra support!
I went to an IOP here around four years ago. I am still paying it off, so I wanted to share my honest review years later. The psychiatrist I saw here was extremely Invalidating and condescending. The actual group… therapy was awful, the group leader had zero control over the group and would allow other members to speak for over thirty minutes. I got nothing out of the group and am horrified that I am still having to pay for awful mental health treatment over four years later. They had charged me over 800 dollars by the time I realized, so I dropped out of the program. Go elsewhere, the clinicians are inexperienced and misinformed. I hope things have gotten better, but I highly doubt it.
The residential program I went to prior to this saved my life and it only took this program 2 weeks to destroy the progress I made. The group education for the trauma group is sorta irrelevant half the time if you're… only there for mental health, as they like to focus on substance abuse a lot. But my main issue was the provider that made me feel invalidated and hopeless when I asked for a med adjustment that was denied and I was argued with about my own feelings and symptoms. The lack of help on top of the invalidation and gaslighting depressed me back down to hopeless again. Very heartbreaking that I worked so hard in inpatient to be brought right back to the reason why I ended up in inpatient to begin with. This place honestly did more harm than good for me..
Mr.Franz was the best and does a great job of getting us to focus on our future of abstinence from using substance while helping us exercise daily coping skills for our future endeavors!!!
