Money hungry. People are actually suffering and the staff could care less. Every phone call goes straight to voicemail, part of your job is answering the phone to asses and take care of your patients. Staff is… incompetent. I’ve had psychiatrists laugh at me, therapists talk over me and make the appointment about themselves. If you need MENTAL HEALTH CARE, do your research and find somewhere better. Jeez.
I got some of the worst services here management did not care about any feedback that I gave when it came to my mental health and my appointments I was stood up multiple times and I almost had them in a breakdown. The… quality of mental care was not taken seriously in my case ended up going through a lot of hardships due to this and one of the worst experiences. Especially when it came to management pretty much drugged off what I had to say and disregarded the fact that I was not getting the mental healthcare that I needed did not care one bit. Service suck and it was normalized from the receptionist to the provider, especially When it came to management I would not even rate the service a one I would give it 10 zeros across the board
If you have mental health issues i wouldn't go here. Every time i go i leave feeling worse than when i did when i was going in.
Been trying to get services transferred for my daughter since April. I was told she doesn't have HCS although she is in a HCS home and has had it for several years. No one is responding to me.
These have to be the most unprofessional people they don’t care about helping people they’re not worried about helping others. They’re just money hungry they’re slow and inconsiderate. They keep missing my call and… somehow try to find a way to make it my fault then it becomes my problem. There are definitely way better places that are actually worried about your well being
I has a worst experience Ever sense day one when i got to georgetown tx , I would never happy end Georgetown with Bluebonnet Trails or even a draco I had the worst experience ever. I had no help with job help or even… provider
I called the number listed here for Bluebonnet Trails in Round Rock. Turns out, that is NOT the number for the office in Round Rock. Also, I had hand delivered a doctor's order that needed a signature and told them my… phone number so they could let me know when to pick it up. No word from them. So I called. The staff, Colleen, said she could not find the order. She said she would look for it, and send me her email address so I could check in with her regarding the order. She never sent me her email address. I called today, and the phone number listed here is for intake. You cannot access Round Rock office with this number. I was told to call there medical records office. I did and had to leave a message. If they haven't found the order, I will have to reprint it, take it for the person's signature and again hand deliver it to them in Round Rock. Not impressed.
I would give 0 stars if possible I started calling at 3pm until 5pm called over 100 times no answer they just sit there lazy on their phones. This place sucks.
Very annoying & not useful at all .
Definitely took care of my needs as far as my mental health. Took some time, but Brooke and Craig are very patient with me as I was having a difficult time navigating through life and it's curve balls. Life the last 2… years has had more downs than ups. Im slowly starting to feel myself again as I'm going through grief, trauma and loss. Medication is definitely helping and using new coping skills. If you're dealing with mental crisis I would start here. I did not have insurance at the beginning, but they will help you. They will help with costs if you qualify. Not all heros wear capes.
Providers I dealt with for my child were wonderful, but that's where it stops. Their administrative staff and billing department will ruin you. They can't adequately explain their billing practices, but assure you… they'll work with you. Then after getting your signature will change the story. Don't work with these people unless you have no other choice, and if you don't have another option, make them go over every word of every document and explain it 3 times to make sure they stay consistent, cause they probably won't.
Was told after 3 months of services that I am not allowed to see them and was discharged and sent back to lone star circle of care which I was initially seeing before being lied to by your emergency crisis line that… this is a place who cares. There’s (now) 2 places in central Texas that have the worlds worse mental health services and you’re expecting people with actual mental health issues to trust you guys or someone else after being denied help after promising you would And I won’t list the other because it makes me physically ill. As of today I will NOT be going to ANY therapists in a physical sense ever again. Thanks for nothing.
I had been seeing a psychiatrist here an receiving medication from her for two years and things were going fine. That was until my caseworker told me that no longer needed their services and convinced me to move my care… to lone star circle of care. She made it very clear to me in my appointment that they would be able to transfer my prescription, so that I could get it for six months at a time. She also said that my current psychiatrist could give me three months prescription so I could have medication while waiting to get into seeing another doctor. Well, she did not have my psychiatrist put in any of my prescriptions and lone star circle informed me that they aren’t even able to transfer my care, but i would have to wait to be recommended to a new psychiatrist to even get my refill. I’ve been having to go to a walk in clinic to get my refill monthly for the past six months. Please do not go here, the case managers are unhelpful and dishonest.
Been going here about 5 years or longer for bipolar disorder (mental health) I appreciate their services but the phones aren’t always answered quickly and it’s frustrating I know they are busy hopefully they will work… out the bugs in the system.
The best! From the front desk to my PA
the caseworkers care about their promotions more then their clients
Excellent and professional staff
Insane how badly they treat patients. I've been there for over 20 years and just stopped going after being disrespected AGAIN (which happens every single phone call) and treated like im beneath the employees. I do not… understand why this clinic hires people who are so offended by people with certain diagnoses but the stigma is strong here. At the time I was being treated for an eating disorder, I was also met by an employee handing me paperwork on weight loss and being called unhealthy as if the purpose for my being there wasnt deeply wrapped in my history of anorexia and recovery from it. If you need community services such as these for your own needs, I recommend working to find other options quickly once you are in with bluebonnet. Lonestar circle of care offers the same services with a much more compassionate and empathetic approach (which is any at all) and many telehealth doctors are available and much quicker to see.
Beware of this place. They don’t care about you. The general staff are rude, and you can see it in their eyes and hear it in their voice. Go look for yourself in person if you don’t believe me. You’ll sense right away… that you’re just an annoying talking body to them. Go find out the hard way like everyone does. It’s the only way anyone learns (the lucky ones at least).
Front desk staff is awesome! Answered all my questions. And addressed all my concerns.
Can someone tell me if this facility houses their patients in a room with just a bed, no pillows or blankets? If so, why?
This place is horrible. Doctors don’t send scripts in, and just seem to not care. The biggest problem is the staff in general. Our son was receiving services and his longtime caseworker informed us she was leaving as… bluebonnet was asking her to do things that were morally against her believes. After she left everyone disappeared. Shawna used to be great, but she changed after caseworker left. To give families hope, and promises to only fall short every time. We have been with them for over 2 years. Final insult was our son’s new caseworker Jose just completely seemed to forget about our son. Lastly when my wife and I started letting people know how we felt Bluebonnet then tells us they are ending services for our son. You have been warned. STAY AWAY !!! Shawna, and Jose shame on you.
My daughter is incarcerated and these people have been tasked with helping her with her mental health. The “ director” over jail operations is rude and dismissive. If you’re able to pay out of pocket do so. What a joke
Great people. Appreciate the service to the community.
