I sent a message through the app a week ago and call to receptionist and still haven't received a response to Dr. Lisa. The lack of communication is concerning, especially when dealing with health issues , no advocacy… to patient

Worst Hospital I been to so filthy and they can even put you in a room been here for 5 hours and they have me back and forth. I felt like Dr was bit rude and didn’t believe what I’m feeling so back to the waiting room… to wait another 5 hours to see what’s going on . But nurses were super nice to me. You’re better off going to Greater El Monte or the Queen of the Valley Emanate. First and last time here.

This weekend I had a close call with a heart attack. Thanks to God the Father and the prompt, professional care I received, everything turned out very well. Many thanks to the nurses, doctors, and assistants who were… with me. Sending thousands of blessings to each of you. To nurses Galy and Laura, my deepest gratitude and affection; you were extraordinary. I was there from 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2026, until Monday, July 20, in room 215D. I also thank nurses Corazon and Aylin. on Sunday, July 19, 2026, until Monday the 20th, in room 215 D. I also want to thank nurses Corazón and Aylin.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful ER doctor. We were among the very first patients that day, with only three people ahead, yet we were forced to wait over 4 hours while many later arrivals were seen first. It… felt like they simply didn’t think our daughter’s pain was important and kept pushing her evaluation back. The doctor suspected nursemaid’s elbow, made only a brief attempt to reduce her arm, then suggested it might be a nerve problem and sent us home to observe. Our daughter continued suffering in pain for hours. We later went to CHOC, where another doctor immediately recognized the problem and fixed it within seconds. Our daughter’s pain clearly wasn’t treated with the urgency or care it deserved. This was one of the worst medical experiences our family has ever had. Other parents, No problem — your daughters aren’t important to me either. May God give them exactly the same treatment you gave mine. please be careful.

Received a distrubing phone call from the hospital demanding pre payment for an upcoming surgery. The lady was rude and quite aggressive in demanding payment. This was an unpleasant experience before any procedure has… been done. Will cancel the surgery and look for another hospital with caring customer service.

Their emergency room is pretty descent. You can make an appointment online so that you don’t have to wait there, that’s super convenient. Unless of course it’s a life or death emergency you would have to call an… ambulance. I’ve taken my mother in law here a few times so what I’ve always done is book the appointment online, go pick her up then come here so that by the time we are the emergency room we are there for the appointment time. It will still take about 3 hours for the overall care given as opposed to 5 hours plus without an appointment so totally worth making that appointment online. The nurses are always nice and Dr’s are always in a rush so you’re mostly relying on nurses. Overall a good experience!

If you Want to die come here. I unfortunately had no choice tonight as the ambulance took me here. All the 30 year old "adults" are on tik Tok and talking about obscenities and boobs, sex etc. I have been dealing with… heart issues for a year and tonight was the worst it's been yet I still was not treated seriously. I was having a hard time breathing and asked for help at least 3 times before some aggressively rude Dr Garcia told me "you have oxygen and you can leave if you don't like it". Cold and angry people should not be in the medical field . I am unsure why they can't stop discussing inappropriate things loudly instead of helping patients. Being on Tik Tok and flirting and discussing a woman's breasts should not be done in a hospital setting. I am unsure who is in charge but it needs to be addressed.

My experience in the mental facility here was akin to prison. I was brought here because of suicidal ideation, and my stay in the ward made me 1000x more suicidal than if I had just been sent home. Absolutely miserable… place with staff who do not give a single shit about you.

The receptionist nurse at the entrance JAMIE D. was unnecessarily rude with such a disgusting attitude, this is a hospital people come feeling completely sick as my self, the last thing we need is to come and deal with… a person that doesn’t know how to control their emotions, lack of patience. She made my blood pressure rise made me feel sicker than I was and more stressed being at a place with these kind of employees, that just here for the money not because they actually love their profession, lack of mercy and grace.

I went to the emergency room for what I consider an embarrassing medical reason. I had never been to this location but on entry, the security guard guided me and explained I needed to fill out a basic information form… and turn it into the check in desk. Within 10 minutes of arriving, I was triaged. I then explained to the PA, Alejandro what was going on. He took the time to fully assess what was going on and I felt that he did a good job of creating a safe space for me to explain my symptoms without feeling judgment. I believe the nurse that took my bloodwork was named Angel. I let her know that I’m squeamish when it comes to getting bloodwork done. She was super gentle and explained the medications that I would be taking. Later, I was sent in for CT scans and other testing. I think I was there for a total of 4 hours as my situation was not as dire as I made myself believe. Everything was explained to me when I was discharged and I knew what the next steps were for receiving outpatient care.

Thank you DOU nurse Michael for taking such good care of my mom whenever she had you as her nurse and Maryem for checking in with us. And, thank you Lianny and manager Annie for being so quick to take care of an issue.… We were extremely upset because of the long discharge wait time. We have places to be! It was a different nurse this day and he told us he would be back, but never came back. An hour went by so we asked for the nurse, but they said he was with another patient. So I asked to speak to the manager where someone pointed to her and I saw how busy she was. Even with her hands and arms full of things, she stopped and listened to me with a smile. Within 5 minutes, the charge nurse came in apologetically with the wheelchair, helped us get ready and off we went!

Warning. If you want to pass away faster, this is were. They will leave you waiting longer than needed. To add more salt on the wound "no pun intended" they will try to add up unnecessary "necessary diagnosis". Make… sure your wallet is deeper than the knife on your back.

I took my Daughter Julieanna G. to the ER on 4/7/26 around 8 PM. She was having really bad stomach pain. We left our house in a hurry because she was crying in pain. She left the house with no shoes. After we checked in… and everything I asked the Girl at the check in Window if I could have some socks for my Daughter? She said I would have to wait till we got a room in back. We waited more the 40 mins. My daughter said her feet were cold. So I asked the guy taking the vitals if he could give me a pair of socks for my Daughter? Without hesitation he got up and got my Daughter a pair of socks. He was very kind and professional. His name was Augusto C. Good job on hiring him. He made our time in the ER a little better. Thank you

I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I previously had been admitted for this and it resulted in double bypass open heart surgery. Ihad been having a reoccurance of these symptoms. I was concerned and went to… the emergency room. I was told I was doing the right thing to check on it and was told I would be admitted as you would expect given my situation. I laid in the ER for a full day and was then told I was being discharged. How was my situation bad enough to be admitted, yet because they didn't have beds, I'm suddenly well enough to go home. I'm scared and concerned that I just got blown off because I wasn't screaming. It's my heart and i don't see not checking it out in detail, not half-assing it.
