Dr. Kelly is a great dr and Makayla is easy and comfortable to talk with.

Out of the two counselors I saw here, neither of them were able to get me closer to understanding what is happening to me and why, and how to treat it. To their credit talk therapy is probably beyond what I need at this… point but I wish they could've pointed me in the direction of other forms of therapy or resources that might be more useful. I thought coming to this center would potentially link me to various resources of support. Of course, there's always the pysch referral for meds when the counselors don't know what to do with you, and the first thing the Dr does is prescribe the usual suspects SSRIs and anti-psych meds. Again not to help you or to bring you closer to understanding what is happening to you, because that would take multiple sessions to achieve, right? Awareness and knowledge should be treated like currency in the mental health field, but here it all falls on deaf ears. So, in one sesh with the Dr I am diagnosed and prescribed? That feels like sedation cosplaying as care and treatment. Who's bold enough to say, "I don't know what's going on with you but here's the number of someone who might!" Sometimes I felt more knowledgeable about certain matters regarding conditions and alternate forms of therapy. I spent so much time going here and felt like it all yielded nothing. I am as lost as I was on my first visit, almost a year and a half ago.

Absolutely amazing staff! Very helpful and nonjudgmental.

They have the temerity to change my appointment time from 2pm to 8:30 AM. Then the Doctor here is condescending and tells me you look very tired. I'm looking for a better team of Doctors. I advise you to only come here… if your desperate.

Everyone I've talked to at Sinnissippi has been friendly, kind, and helpful. My counselor and psychiatrist are especially wonderful and a huge help to me. I'm so grateful that this place exists and that I can finally… get the help I've needed for so many years.

I'm sure they're wonderful. Too clinical for me. If I wanted to feel like I was back in the crazy hospital, I'd go to the crazy hospital. Good luck to those looking.

My experience with Sinnissippi has been beyond my expectations in a very positive way. I've been to two different offices and met with their people in the hospital and elsewhere, and they are truly genuine in trying to… help people without judgment, etc. And they are very good about only keeping therapists and psychs who are actually nice and helpful.

Caring kind hearted people

Counselor was more interested in my insurance, AND she pointed out that she has over 100 patients to deal with. As one who is dealing with BiPolar Depression...this is NOT MY PROBLEM.

Great place to help me with a therapist, she is always helping me with solutions, always pleasant and my meds doctor has always discussed my depression meds with me. I don't have any issues with either one. The… secretaries up front have always been polite with me. Amazing staff that I have seen. Thank you for helping me thru some very difficult times in my life and listening to me. Don't think I would be here today if not for my therapist.

Counselor was great but unfortunately the Dr I was told was going to help take over a med...decided not only to diagnose me in 1 visit lol.... They had the audacity to try to trick me into lowering a medication without… 😤😒even consulting me. They are a huge joke,don't waste your time ⏲️

Horrible place staff is very rude.

Kind staff, good, caring people. My therapists helped me grow a lot and come into my own. One gripe I had was it took 4 months to get on any sort of medication due to complications with their provider at the time.

Between the Behavioral Health Management Team and Attending physicians, it is one of the best places I've been to in the entire Rock River Valley. Way to be, Sinnissippi Staff!

They don't care about patients at all.
