About Lincoln Recovery – Raymond
Lincoln Recovery is located at 19067 West Frontage Road in Raymond, within a few minutes of Waggoner and Litchfield. That radius takes in Raymond, Waggoner, Litchfield and Harvel, all within 8 miles. Raymond sits in Montgomery County, and the county’s own provision is limited enough that this site draws from a wide area.
Lincoln Recovery delivers detox, residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Medication-assisted treatment is part of the offer, the approach with the strongest evidence for opioid dependence. Some contact can happen by video rather than in person. Veterans and serving personnel are among the groups served. Lincoln Recovery – Raymond Detox and Rehab Services
Lincoln Recovery – Raymond offers detox, residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards.
The focus here is on one side rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what happens if the recommended level of care is not available immediately.

Very rude and petty. I arrived there and was literally on the phone with administrators and they told me I had to vacate the premises, that my sobriety wasn’t paramount to their coverage.
I was admitted to the mental health group and I had an amazing experience! Staying out of drama and being your best advocate is key!! Don’t let anyone define your recovery for you. Great therapists and groups, the… providers got my meds straightened out, and I feel like myself again! The people complaining or that get kicked out don’t follow the rules or take it seriously. I would consider coming here again if I needed treatment again. Staff cares so much! I always felt like my needs were met! Put in the footwork and you will get a lot out of it! There were lots of activities and the food was balanced. A mix of healthy and fried stuff. Salad bar and soups, stocked with snacks. Its impossible to go hungry here. Always available to do laundry. Plenty of smoke breaks. You can have your phone.
I’ve been to 6 different treatment facilities. This is the only one who actually treats you like a person and not a patient. I can’t explain it all, just come find out for yourself. 11/10
Update!!! I have completed my 30 days of treatment. Just wanted to post that photo of sunrise and express my gratitude to all the staff at Lincoln Recovery. Thanks again!!! I’ve only been here three days, but I feel… like I chose the right place to get the help I needed to become the best version of Shawn that I can be once I complete the program. Thanks to all the staff and patients here that have been a huge help and made me feel like I chose the right place to get back to being able to help provide for my wife and others. God bless this place and all the people here.
Kenny Ray is Awesome! She gets things done and has an awesome attitude for her job.
The facilities were excellent. Private room, and bath. The staff was relatable and very helpful. The food was very good, they seemed to care all around. I would definitely recommend if you need help with addiction, my… experience was exceptional.
i almost wish i had extended my stay here because i truly found this place so helpful. while at this facility, i met a therapist named ms paulline who truly cared about me and wanted the best for me. she totally… destroyed my fears of being honest in my mental health, and i was able to get a diagnosis i had been avoiding that has been life changing. this diagnosis is very rare and many do not even believe in it, but paulline believed me every step of the way. the only bad thing about her is that i can’t continue seeing her after my stay was up. i have never clicked with a medical professional so well. the staff was all kind, i loved shelly who would always check in on me and have a nice thing to say. 🦋 the place wasn’t the most clean all the time, and the staff has communication problems, but i think it can be chalked up to the mental health program being new. despite the few bumps, my stay here truly gave me hope. staff listens and accommodates and i have made lasting friendships with people i treasure dearly. if you’re thinking about going, do. it isn’t perfect but it changed my life for the better. thank you ms paulline
Although I left AMA, this place has been nothing but a blessing. The community and work you put in will without a doubt be what you get out. The staff, peers, and people you make genuine connections with make this… possible. I am truly grateful to be sober, this journey isn’t over especially being in early recovery. Just don't fraternize 🙂↕️😉
Lincon Revocery genuinely saved my life. I don’t say this lightly. It’s nothing like any of recovery center I’ve ever been to. You are treated as a person, and an equal. The staff is amazing & they will do whatever it… takes to make your experience easier, and more successful. Leaving the facility as a new person, a healed person, I would highly recommend Lincon Recovery to anyone!
This place clearly doesn't care about helping people or saving lives. My insurance was covered here and they denied my admission into treatment based on the fact that I had been in treatments centers before and… overdosed on arrival. Years previously. They do not know me, they have not had me as a client but they refused to accept me after I called many times asking them to reconsider offering to sign a contract. I really want treatment and recovery and this place really made me feel so awful about myself and past mistakes. Obviously we don't make good decisions in active addiction but no other treatment center EVER has refused to help me or admit be because of something like this. It's very wrong and situations like this can cause people to stay in addiction. It could cause someone's death, I don't know how they could feel right about doing something like this to someone who is honestly begging for help and has a desire to be clean based on past experiences in active addiction. It's very sad to not even give someone a chance when they need it and their life depends on it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Lincoln Recovery was truly something special. From day one, the staff made an impact. The Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), nurses, counselors, therapists, chefs, and support team all… treated guests with dignity, compassion, and respect. The level of care and genuine concern was next to none. The environment itself helped create healing. The food felt more like dining at a great restaurant than being in treatment. The amenities—gym, indoor pool, pond, foosball, pool table, ping pong, and more—weren’t just entertainment… they were part of recovery. What stood out most was how intentional Lincoln Recovery was about preventing isolation and keeping guests engaged. Between group sessions, off-campus activities, local meetings, church services for those interested, golf outings, getting your nails done, and opportunities to reconnect with life, there was always encouragement to participate and grow. That matters more than people realize. For many guests, this may be the first time in years—or even ever—that they experience enjoyment, connection, peace, or simple activities completely sober and present. Recovery isn’t just about stopping something; it’s about learning how to live again. Lincoln Recovery created opportunities for people to laugh, connect, build confidence, and discover that life can still be full without substances. To every staff member and every guest who shared the journey—thank you. The experience left an impact I won’t forget.
I was a client at Lincoln Recovery and felt like my time spent at the facility was a complete waste of my time and money. For starters several members of the staff would talk back to you. They were constantly under… staffed but would argue with you when you would ask why they did not have enough nurses or BHTs on site to properly provide care for the clients. The groups were a complete waste of time. We spent most groups watching Ted talks or doing music therapy which is something I could have saved a lot of money and just done at home. When we did have a real group that focused on our thoughts and feelings it was frequently hijacked by someone in the group and the facilitator normally failed for get it under control leaving those that wanted to bring something up out of luck. On top of all this it took them 19 days to complete my FMLA paperwork. The facility is not that bad it’s an old hotel and the outside is probably the best part of the place. I thought the food was average at best, but I heard several other clients say it was good so maybe I just have high expectations. Overall I would not recommend seeking care at this facility and was highly disappointed with my experience there.
Absolutely not a place to send your child for mental health. They forget to give meds that can trigger mania if doses missed, or as they say are out but magically find some when we complain… Stacey who runs the mental… health side, plays high school mean girls games and does not treat the patients equally; made my daughter feel singled out and excluded. She’s extremely unprofessional when questioned about her actions! The place is a disgusting pigpen! No one cleans as claimed on Sundays! No one cleans ever; dishes, trash, dirt everywhere. Staff steals from patients rooms. My daughter had high blood pressure there, which was new to her..ended up in ER, as they were all over the place with meds and not giving anything to control it, until we demanded it. She’s 20 years old and 100 lbs! After ER visit, they stopped doing electronic check bps, as they didn’t want her to know her own readings. People bring drugs there! The list goes on…..
the food is good. no housekeeping gets done. mental health side is neglected, understaffed. i loved my therapist, that’s about it. the supervisor of mental health does not care about you, acts like we’re in high school,… and neglects clients needs. in a place where you’re trying to get your mental heath straightened out - that is crazy to me. i enjoyed topics in group and the bonds i made there. the staff, unfortunately, doesn’t seem to really care about your well-being. they want you there so they get paid. things were very unorganized and meds where always getting messed up ( i.e them not having correct dosage so just giving me a different one). i left before my 30 days were up. the substance side seems like they’re getting better care.
As a mother that sent my son here for over 30 days it was HORRIBLE! Drugs were allowed in, when I went to visit it was dirty, dishes everywhere, nobody picked up after themselves. My son's meds were all over the place.… I asked several times to come do a group meeting and "NO". He was just another addict that failed. He was discharged to live in his car again. Nothing changed. Sad
This is a great facility, but with one glaring caveat. If you have any type of seizures, epileptic or pnes, I do not recommend this location. They will flat out ignore you having a seizure. It happened to me and 2 other… people during my stay. They had all the necessary information to help me and ignored it. They will laugh about something being in the air. Nurses will walk right past you. It took 3 people telling her I was having a seizure before she punched me in the chest. I was then treated with zero compassion or gentleness. Like I was faking it.
If you need an upgrade in your life, Lincoln Recovery is the place to go. The staff is amazing and grounds and facilities provide a home away from home. I am extremely grateful for my experience at Lincoln Recovery.… Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
People overdosed while I was there…. If that doesn’t say enough…. Bathrooms weren’t getting cleaned and on top of all of that I try and try to call on multiple occasions regarding my after care and it’s going on 2 weeks… now and still not a returned phone call. Parents if your gonna send your kids here it’s just gonna be a play ground for them to find a new baby momma/baby daddy don’t waste your insurance money send them to a more secured facility
I’ve had a really positive experience at Lincoln Recovery. From my personal experience, you can tell this place is about more than just a job for the staff—it’s about genuinely helping people. Executive Director Allan… stands out right away. He truly cares about the clients and goes above and beyond to make sure people feel supported and heard. That same level of dedication shows in other staff members as well, including Stacy, Morgan, Adrian, Ashley, and so many more. They consistently show compassion, patience, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Recovery isn’t easy, but being in an environment where the staff actually cares makes a huge difference. I’m grateful for the support I’ve received here and the effort the team puts in every day.
Shelly was GREAT!!! But… Please please please!!! Ship my clothes to me. I forgot them, called right away, called again, called again. Left two voicemails. Called headquarters. If they’re lost I need to know and proceed… accordingly but please I need an answer! Pink sweater, black and white striped dress, 2 pairs of Lulu flare leggings, Jean jacket, gray zip up sweater, blue zip up, yellow sweater, purple striped sweater. Room 134, lower right drawer
I went here for mental health treatment and they cut my dosage of my antidepressant in half and added another psych med. on day four the withdrawal from cutting my mirtazapine dose in half kicked in and they diagnosed… me, by a nurse, as having a psychiatrist breakdown. Classes were often interrupted and it seems to be more for substance abuse. If you are seeking help with mental health stay away from this place. No doctors on staff it was a hellish experience.
I don’t know where to start. I know I’m worse off then when I came here! I spent a lot of money out of pocket believing and following through with everything they said to be made to leave before I was ready no therapy… and worse off. I just don't understand any of this and gut no explanation. They are demon for the money and don’t care about their clients what so ever!!! They have lost my meds repeatedly and their therapy is a joke the so called “care” they say is completely a lie!!! They just lie to flash the independent life you will receive phones privacy family involvement when the under lying issues of reason for us to be here is not taken seriously!
This place was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, I would rate it 100 stars if I could! Everyone I met was very welcoming and the place itself was so beautiful. I definitely recommend going to Lincoln… recovery if you are in need of mental health support!
The director Alan only cares about money not his clients. He would rather throw someone to a homeless shelter than help them. The staff under him are amazing and advocate for you and your therapists care about you. But… he only cares about making money. He puts the value of someone's life as nothing. He takes people who care about their sobriety and need the program and working the program and just throws them away. Almost cost me my recovery. He told them to drop me off at the nearest homeless shelter when I was 63 days sober. He was willing to take all my money and the last of my money and throw me away like I didn't matter. I am very disappointed in him. And lost all respect for him as a human being.
Amazing facility
Pauline and Stacy are great!
First off I just graduated the mental health side today 2025-Dec-04 at LRC. You get out what you put in. Attend the groups I. The day and evening. Cons - Nurse shortage that has long lines sometimes (not the only… place). Food service is a bit high in sodium. Therapist - none Group facilitator - NONE BHT - none. Facilities and house keeping - none. Pros - Nursung, they truly care and under new management. She absolutely cares about the facility and people. Kitchen - accommodated me in my meal dietary meals Therapist - amazing. They know their people even though you may not be your therapist. MV, SC, PW and JC care. And give so much to us. The groups they are is amazing. Group facilitator is beyond amazing. SB is simply amazing. Always cheerful and always willing to help. BHT - again they care, they put in the extra mile. The supervisors of BHT give more than they should. Not one BHT lacks at their jobs, all 3 shifts are full of people that are amazing at what they do. Facility and housekeepers do an excellent job at keeping the place running. Management- Put in the extra mileage. They work long hours and I usually have to remind the work life balance. All and all this place is one of a kind. Personal rooms, keep electronics, visitation on Sunday and once PHO you are allowed to leave sight. This place saved my life. The director of clinician made three initial promises to me and he kept all 3. If you are struggling please consider here. Attend groups and extra groups in the evening. The trauma class will change your life. Trust the process. If you choose elsewhere, that is fine. But get the help you need. It’s ok to not be ok. Thank you LRC for the tools that will help me with my SI.
The best part about Lincoln is it’s real life. They don’t shove you in a corner and lock you in they give you freedom and the support to get better. All the counselors and the therapist were awesome. BHT was very… helpful instead of forceful.
at first this place was really nice I came here for mental health after a suicide attempt but really quickly I learned 50% of the staff are rude for no reason 1. I had a lady tell me to “cover all that up” after putting… on a swimsuit to use their pool and the exact same staff member said I was “being to judgy” about the person who killed my best friend and that I needed to “tone it down” 2. Some of the nurses were extremely rude because I’m a fragile type 1 diabetic and my blood sugars drop low extremely quick and on 2 different nights I couldn’t find help for 30 minutes dropping as low as the 30s 40s which is seizure zone or passing out for a diabetic 3. I had $200 dollars go missing from my wallet that I’d brought with me and the head of the facility proceeded to tell me I was “lying about my story” 4. after being up til 3 in the morning because of my celiac disease which causes extreme stomach pain and vomiting for hours They expected me to go to groups when I’d been in the ER til 9 in the morning without rest and in pain I didn’t know why but I had to get my mom to fend for me (I just turned 18 and I’m 4’11 so I look like a child) multiple staff emphasized that they only wanted us in groups so they could get paid which felt really disrespectful because it felt they didn’t care and bunches of patients also noticed how poorly the staff act.
