Never made past the "office staff". Scheduled an appointment, showed up, no one was there. Called and was told counselor did not have an appointment scheduled today. They acted as if it was my fault and could not… understand why I was frustrated. RUN!!! If you need help, this is not the place for you.

Liz and the office staff are very helpful and kind. David is very knowledgeable. Easy going and non judgemental conversation. Has the tools and steps back to the top.

Needs zero starts. They say they take your insurance but they wont check it and try to charge you weeks after the visit

Received counseling here back in 2024 to 2025 and it was the most life changing experience. I’ve learned coping skills and the tools to succeed in my daily life. The staff team is very helpful and friendly. When you go… to a business every aspect from the people who check you in to who you see in your appointment matters, and I think that Braden does it right compared to other counseling offices. The amount of services they offer can apply to anyone from 5 years old and up, so if you’re interested in counseling or even just an insight into yourself as a person give them a call and it might change your life, like it has mine.

Jayne and the entire team at Braden Counseling Center were incredibly helpful to my family during a stressful time. My husband needed an evaluation quickly, and Northwestern told us the wait could be nearly a year.… Jayne got us in the very next day. She treated my husband, who has processing challenges following a stroke, with genuine kindness and empathy. She was thorough without overwhelming him, and we received the completed report the same day. I’m truly grateful for the care we received and would wholeheartedly recommend Braden Counseling Center to anyone seeking compassionate, responsive support.

The billing practices at this clinic are sloppy and poorly managed. Across multiple visits, they repeatedly billed Medicare using a telehealth facility fee (Q3014) that does not apply to at-home telehealth appointments.… Medicare denied these charges every time due to “incorrect information,” yet the clinic continued submitting the same incorrect code without fixing it. This created unnecessary confusion in my billing, including inconsistent charges and unclear patient responsibility. Instead of correcting the issue, the billing department dismissed concerns and attributed everything to my deductible, ignoring the repeated claim errors. Patients should not have to audit their provider’s billing or chase down mistakes that are clearly avoidable. Repeatedly submitting incorrect billing codes without correction suggests a lack of oversight or attention to Medicare billing requirements. Also the billing department is rude.
