I was treated horribly by a doctor here, who called me delusional.

I saw Dr. Ewing today. I was really impressed with his knowledge and appreciated the time he spent teaching me. Highly recommend Dr. Ewing.

The people that staff this place are the best of the best. If you find yourself caught in the safety net of their care, it was a very good thing! They are highly skilled, trained, empathetic, and treat their patients… with DIGNITY.

Saved my life

Theres no way I can put in to words how new start has changed my life. The program and the faculty continue, throughout the years, to be a cornerstone in my growth as a human getting over ptsd.

They have been nothing but gracious, understanding, nice and sympathetic to me. They give great care and advice as well as coping skills. All of the doctor's I have spoken to have treated me very respectfully and… professionally. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. I noticed in one spot when you first search it that it says for alcoholism, but they actually have an outstanding Suboxone treatment program, as well. My doctor, Dr. kellum is the best doctor who really listens to how your feeling and actually listens to how what your exactly saying and who believes in you. And the front office staff are the best in my opinion. Always… very helpful and friendly. Not once have I got an attitude from any of them at new start. Thank you.

When you're ready to get help breaking your addictions New Start is the place to go! They really know how to support you through compassion and education. I can't say enough great things about their system! I never… could have gone sober if not for Blake and the rest of their staff.

Best place in town. They take medicare Medicaid yet the doctors are the topnost quality in Madison. As someone who has been to a myriad of rehabs this one is the best. They do classes at night, meditation and are very… focused on harm reduction versus shaming and over prescribing.

I finally found a psychiatrist who understands addiction and mental illness. This psychiatrist doesn't believe that because I'm a recovering alcoholic that I'm likely to become an opiate addict, xanax addict, etc. Ew. I… highly recommend NewStart in Madison, WI if you have mental illness and are an addict/alcoholic! My life has been forever changed! I've been waiting for this since I was 23 (5 years later!).

This is hands down the best I've ever experienced! I've absolutely love this place. Highly recommended. Addresses many issues. Never be afraid to ask for help, it shows the most strength. And if you do. I promise you GO… HERE! You will not be sorry.
