Denver Recovery Group – Littleton Detox and Rehab Services

Care at Denver Recovery Group – Littleton spans intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage.

Combined treatment does not appear to be offered, which is worth checking before committing. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset. Ask what the assessment recommends before comparing anything else.

I have been a client at DRG for several years. I have been to several locations to courtesy dose as well. I love DRG! They have helped me when I had to "go away" for a bit & were there when I got back. They go above &… beyond! They are professional, yet comfortable & nice. They are efficient, helpful with ANY issue one might have. If they cannot assist then they give resources that can. They treat me kind & have understanding & compassion for my addiction. They are always going the extra mile. There are a lot of "little" things that are actually the BIG things they do that matter. I'd love to name each one individually but do not want to leave anyone out. From the front door to the counselors to the medical staff and of course Tootsie the mascot, everyone is awesome. The place is clean and convenient also. Thank you DRG my extended family.

Why cant they clearly state the day, date and color on the color line. The guy that records the message does everything he can to make it confusing. He likes to make some story using 3 or 4 words that rhyme with what… you think will be one color, but then says another color. Some mornings i have to call more than once to figure what the hell he is talking about or the color. Twice in the last two years i have missed my ua from being confused on what the color actually was. Not everyone has rhe best hearing from hearing loss. When someone says 5 words the rhyme with black, the says green or 5 words that ryhyme with red but says gray. Tuesday, June 3rd, Red Monday, April 4th, White How hard is that!??? Complete lack of professionalism.

I called this company this morning to switch locations due to not being understood at the clinic I currently go to. I called to ask if they offer split dosing because I am getting too sedated after 2 hours but its not… lasting 24 hours. I shared that with him asking if this location split doses. Chris was not understanding what I was saying. Chris said it depends what it says in the paperwork from my clinic im transferring from. I told him they weren't understanding me so its not in the paperwork from them im asking if this location will split dose from peak and trough. Chris informed me he is understanding what im talking about and had the nasiest attitude. I would not have him answering the phones or working the front desk. Completely unprofessional and did not understand me nor wanted to. In the methadone world we need less people like this.

This clinic is amazing. I’ve been a client for years and am treated with the most respect imaginable. The process for takeouts is very easy to achieve. Not like the old days where you were waiting a year for one… takeout. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great staff here! They are all truly invested in helping you regain your physical and mental well-being, and will continue to help you make the changes you desire in your life. There are classes and counselors available… every day, and the treatment is on an individual case-by-case basis, with no pressure and no set timelines. These folks are all genuinely happy to help! The doctors on call are highly trained and very kind as well. Nothing bad to say about this place or the programs they offer.

There has never been a group of counselors, front desk employees, clinic managers, and of course the MA’s, RN’s, and PA’s, who have ALL been more kind, caring, understanding, and absolutely positively the most non… threatening group I have Ever worked with. Every last PA is my favorite, they are so brilliant and as kind and brilliant as they are genuinely interested in your situation, and your success. One of the PA’s and probably the most intelligent woman made me feel that I CAN do this, and she and all the others will literally be by my side the entire time! One of my favorite MA’s shared a bit of tears on my first time in. I cried for hours. I was Absolutely terrified. She saw me and cared so much, and felt so much for someone she had never met she shed tears with me. I hope she will know how much that meant to me that day. Now I am So lucky to have one of the most joyful, upbeat RN’s I get to see daily. She is always smiling and when she sees me she makes me feel like she was waiting for just me all day!! Haha! Not really, but she is THAT welcoming, and she does such an impressive job with every patient. They are all educated and/or have years and years of education, experience , and some personal experience with addiction. They all have special things to offer. You are able if you try to get to know them all, and take away from each so many things to learn, you could never wrote them all down. It’s given me a level of understanding of myself, and others I did not have before. I always felt empathy, but now I feel educated and have been taught so much! Now I am armed with knowledge and it helps me with me everyday! Which is some of the most important things to me. It helps me with others everyday as well! One of the hardest things todo is open that door and walk in, or even call before. You will get Chris and you will know right away how much these people care. He will lovingly and gently give you some information on coming in. He and even if there is a substitute for him, they are just as warm to welcome you to come in. If those 2 things are stopping you in any way to go start down a path to recovery , do NOT let them! Please. You will become part of a group that is in it with you, and alongside others who understand you. Not for a single moment will you feel judged or like you failed in life or that what brought you here defines you in any way! If this is in your heart and you are ready do not wait a second longer! I am So mad I waited As long as I did out of fear! Everything is extremely confidential! Over all though there is ONE employee who tops them ALL! Her name is Tootsie. She will most likely great you, but if she is in unavailable at the moment if you just ask for her, or even just say her name, she will show up, and I PROMISE with all of my heart you day will improve!! She brings my joy and love than anyone else!! No matter the day she is just as excited as the other. I wish I knew to go so much sooner, I’d just one person reads this and says you know what I’m a little less afraid, I’m going to do it! All of this long review will be worth it!! They deserve a 10000 page writing on what incredible human beings and professionals they all are. No matter where you are in your addiction, or recovery YOU MATTER AND THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WILL HELP YOU AND LOVE YOU! both Littleton and the Colfax are the same with the employees, they are ALLLL amazing!!!!! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!

They're a great place to get off of opiates...for the most part they truly seem to care about their clients but some of the unprofessionalism from some of the staff is the only reason I'm leaving a review - they need to… support their clientele a little more vs other clinics I've been to in terms of not making fun of you if you slip and drop a hot UA and the fact unless you're the most perfect client you can forget about getting off of having to go there daily - I've been to other clinics and only had to come in once a week but DRG seems to want to keep you coming there daily forever - my recommendation is stay on the absolute lowest dose your body can stand and taper down immediately or else just plan on going in every day because it'll take you forever to get off of their zero phase (which is going in every day)
