Do not recommend staff are kind but graduations are tricky to them. If a client has gone through the php program and the IOP with the ability to leave the program early due to progress made and the parent seeing it also… they will not graduate you simply discharge you. However if you complete a 8 weeks of the IOP on top of the php program congrats you get a whole ceremony. But not every client needs 5 weeks of php an all day program 5 day a week and then 12 weeks of IOP which is 3 hours 3 times a week. The program is inconsiderate of progress that is done quickly by a client and they are not celebrated for it. However their dbt lessons and criteria of teaching coping skills is well. Easy to understand and useful for everyday and moving through problems. However both child and parent disapprove of the mistreatment or congratulations for completing program. Unless you have completed their time limit for money purposes as they get paid for the time you complete.

I did the impatient and the IOP programs and I can tell you this, this is the type of facility that if you wanted the change and info it works but if you give no effort it will do nothing for you. the staff are MOSTLY… empathetic and know exactly how it feels to be where we are because they are addicts as well! I would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help!

If your child needs help: do NOT send them here. This program affected my mental health extremely negatively. They do not treat the children in their program with care or grace, instead treating them like a problem… child that needs to be punished into being “fixed”. This program deserves to be shut down permanently.

When I went in i was having a really hard time and hade been to the MH multiple times and nothing was helping till I went here. They helped me with a lot of my social issues and my personal self issues and I left after… 5 weeks it was the best help I could have ever gotten. I really recommend this place so much!

This facility is not equipped to deal with children who are experiencing issues with their mental health. The therapist has absolutely no idea what she is doing and created a harmful environment for our daughter. We… would reach out to the therapist about behaviors being exhibited at home that put siblings in danger and we were gaslight. Our daughter would come home with safety scissor from PHP. We expressed our concerns with her therapist as we felt in danger with her getting sharps. After expressing our concerns the program continued to do art and craft which gave our daughter access to sharps she would steal from the facility and bring home and hide. She finished her five weeks of PHP and was graduated from the program. We had expressed to her therapist her behaviors and threats being made at home was evident she was not ready. After graduating the PHP program she joined their IOP program and attempted to commit suicide after one day of IOP.

This place is awful! I'm forced to give them one star and they deserve 0! They discriminate and are not experienced enough to help adolescence with mental health! Our daughter's therapist was a joke. 5 weeks of what… they call intense therapy and she came out worse then when she went in and they graduated her!! What a joke of a place. Can't believe her therapist qualified for a degree in this field. My daughter has had many therapists throughout her life and never has she abused her words with us and says her therapist told her she could???? You kidding me? I agree with the other parents who have had a bad experience...If you have a child suffering do not waste your time here!

My teenage child attended the IOP program last year, and it has done wonders for them. The transition we have seen since she completed the program was more than I was hoping for when we started. The staff are caring and… kind, all while holding patients accountable. If you have a teen who is struggling with mental health and or issues with substance abuse, this place is fantastic, I highly recommend it.

I just wanted to leave a positive review and say how wonderful this place has been. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My 15 yr old daughter came to to this place and was very resistant to go the first week, but… the staff encouraged us to keep bringing her and not give in and let her stay home. After the 4th day, just like they said, she went without hesitation. She has learned new skills to help with her depression and anxiety. The counselors were great. She ended up loving the program and went every day without complaint and on time. Just having the daily routine helped her gain confidence and pride in herself. I recommend this place to anyone struggling...it is a great place and it helped...not just her but the whole family!

I have gone here for almost a year now, the staff is terrible, I had 2 incidents with staff acting badly and straight up lying to my parents and i talked about it in a group and the staff member running the group pretty… much told me to keep my mouth shut. The one star is for the front desk lady and the case worker.

If your child has an eating disorder, this facility is not for you. This place is geared towards adolescents that have substance abuse issues or behavioral/legal issues only. The counseling staff are poorly trained and… don’t care. The star is for the very kind and knowledgeable Dr. on staff.

This place will discriminate and are not experienced enough to help adolescence with mental health. My daughter was denied before even getting a chance, we have tried multiple services and we were hopeful that this… place might be something new for her to try. If you have a child suffering do not waste your time here!
