I use this clinic for my primary care, and feel so fortunate that we have it in Albert Lea. From the office staff, lab techs, X-ray people, nurses, to PA Connie, all are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring… and get back to calls promptly. My wife is a nurse, and we both are very confident trusting my health matters to the staff here.

Tried to get extra help for my dad and it was very difficult to get ahold of the social worker. I was told the VA makes it difficult for people to access benefits, which I’m starting to believe. Disappointing

Easy to locate and follows the rules. We are fortunate to have a well equipped VA clinic in our rural community .

Best VA clinic I have ever been to. Personable, friendly staff from receptionist to Med techs & Dr. Very compassionate, make you feel cared about not just as a patient but as a person. I found my permanent home for.my… medical needs. Thank you.

Update: I have been utilizing this facility since it opened and the clinic, itself, since 2018. I am still extremely happy with the care I receive from these folks. They work well together to care for the area veterans.… They care about the folks they see and try hard to ensure you get the care you need in a timely fashion. Original in 2020: Have been a patient for over two years. The staff is a very caring group of folks. The doctors and nurses are awesome to deal with, Getting appointments is usually very easy and quick. The recent move across town lost at least two of their great folks. For reasons unknown, the Department of Veterans Affairs chose not to hire them. 😒. They lost two of their awesome team from that. Utilizing the clinic saves the three hour round trip to the cities for small appointments. Now only have to drive for specialty appointments.

Nice building, great alternative from going to the Minneapolis VA for many things primary care, lab, x-ray, and several specialized services. Staff is all very friendly.

I have been using the Albert Lea Veterans clinic as my primary health care provider. The nurses, laboratory, physicians and office staff are always the best! My latest nurse, Emily was fabulous! Thank you Emily❤️

I just transferred my care here in June 2016, they are well staffed clinic with plenty of nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors. They also offer mental health care and psychiatry care, they have their own x-ray unit,… diabetic eye screening as well as a whole lot more. I have only had 4 appointment's their 2 being real well and 2 not so well. I have been going to Minneapolis VA Hospital for about 2 years to the dental clinic and thought that the care was excellent their so why not transfer and get a steady set of Doctors and nurses to work with. Well kind of the same there at the Hospital as with the clinic, 6 meet and greet my specialty Doctors. 3 appts went to hell in a handbasket and 3 were by far superior than I have dealt with elsewhere.
