Have not been yet
I think this l lace is great and if ever a problem u have dont hesitate to talk to them cause they if possible will do anything so u have what u need thank u crossroads treatment center
Been there for a couple yrs an there all pretty awesome I won't go anywhere else!!!!👍👍👍
This place has no intentions of helping anyone. They will violate your hipaa rights, they lie to you to get you to stay there and will call the police and try to have you arrested if you do not agree with what they say.… And there counselors are ex addicts themselves so they claim which I highly doubt. There only interest is getting you addicted to suboxone or methadone. They have no intentions of weaning you off, they simply want to be your new dealer.
If u want to change the lifestyle u r living now go to crossroads. They have friendly and professional people who will listen to u and talk with u and it will be a life changer for sure. It saved my relationship and my… life.
Love this place! I cant say enough good things about it. The employees are great! Especially my counselor Rachael. She is very caring and nonjudgemental. This place saved my life. I highly recommend getting help here.
If we’re going to beat this epidemic more people should have an open mind about the treatment.
Really nice employees and it actually works! My partner and I had tried every kind of opioid use disorder treatment before this, including suboxone. The methadone program at Crossroads is a game changer. The staff are… SO nice. I was shocked, as most other treatment places we have been to, the staff has seemed really over worked and burnt out. Jasmine at the front desk is truly a delight. She is so positive and will really work with you if you are having trouble financially. The nurses are also wonderful. Shout out to Tina. And also the nurse with black hair and tattoos. She is so so nice. And also the nurse who sits at window 4- she always asks me how I’m doing, if I have weekend plans, etc. These women have been amazing. Can’t forget the counselors either! I love Janae, she’s awesome. I miss Dr. Feisser. I’m so sad that he left the practice as he truly helped me to get sober and back on my antidepressants too.
Do not EVER think that they can solve issues with you. Incapable. Now if you just need a quick fix for the day, they’ll work. Find a good family doctor to help you if you can. Good luck!
Had to come here while I was working in this town , been to many clinics because my job requires me to move around and I gotta say this is the most welcoming, clean , and efficient one ive been to yet They will greet… you with a smile on they're face and do whatever they can to accommodate you. Loved them.
This place literally saved my life. If you need help, this is where to go.
Absolutely great
I would prefer anyone that has a drug problem. It’s a clean facility and a very friends staff
This is the most horrible place I have ever been to in my entire life! They only care about leaving at 11:00! You can't ever get anyone on the phone! They look at you like a fool if they don't like you even if you… didn't do anything to them for them to act that way! They pair you up with these counselors that some of them need to be given drug screens their selves in my experience there! They always have different people working there! All the good ones that aren't there anymore and now I see why! They will give your information to people outside of their office without your permission! My information was given to some woman that was pretending to be a peer support specialist that kept calling my phone and once I asked the head lady there or whatever whoever she is brooke, she said she had no idea who was calling my phone and I'm like what?! I have no idea who this lady was and neither do they in my experience there was absolutely horrible and I will never go there nor will I refer anybody to that place again! My opinion they need to shut that place down! The clinic that I go to now is absolutely amazing and they actually care it's the other one in Charleston. Some people may have had good experiences mine was horrible and listening to other people that would come in and out of there said the same thing.! People if you're trying to find a clinic don't go here because it is horrible in my opinion. I'm not trying to sound negative I'm just being completely honest with my experience here. And the only reason why I gave it one star it's because I had to to leave this review
Every morning when I walk inside of the clinic, I see the faces of individuals that are trying to do the same thing that I'm trying to do. One day, I'm going to walk inside of the clinic and greet everyone with a happy,… happy, hug, and say to them, "I'm glad you're here, and I'm glad to see that you no longer fear, the addiction that is no longer there." Amen, amen, and amen.. 🙏🏾😇🙏🏾
Crossroads has been a MAJOR part of my life and recovery journey! No they don't have a magic wand to make everything go back to the way your life was before addiction stepped in..... but I'll let you in on a little… secret! They're ( Crossroads) the Yellow brick road that leads you into a life you didn't even know was possible to have anymore! And I personally have witnessed Mrs Courtney going way above her job duties to make sure everyone is comfortable and relaxed and also the staff to do an Amazing job to making sure you feel and know you're important!!! So you are able to focus on the the most important thing..... Your Sobriety!..They are Awesome! And I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone who is ready to take that journey!!
Everything usually pretty good! Thank goodness!
I have nothing bad to say about crossroad everything is on a positive level I recommend them to anyone
Brook was very helpful and was able to get things done for us. Just wanted to let her know that she’s awesome. THANK YOU
Everyone is extremely nice there and they have a good system with dosing so it doesn't take long at all. All the staff there are absolutely AMAZING! My son loves everyone there and they all love him and are amazing with… him if i need to see my counselor or the doctor. I trust everyone there and they are very understanding, they can relate, and they are very helpful and truly seem to care and want you to succeed and to get off of whatever medicated assistance you are on. I feel safe going there and I feel safe bringing my son there which means everything to me. I think crossroads is amazing. If anyone needs help getting clean and staying clean I would 100% recommend going to crossroads!
Everyone is always so helpful, I have been going there for about 6yrs it helps me to be able to work a steady job.
It's a great place and a good environment.
Crossroads helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel. With their compassion and support, I been able to stay on my journey of sobriety. Thank you crossroads.
Cross road saved my life,my father and brother go as well and they are very satisfied with treatment. I would recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction
We transferred from a different clinic to cross roads in Charleston and I was scared to death but the ladies at crossroad and the gentleman really really helped me and made our transition as easy as possible. I would… recommend Clinic to anyone
Ive had a great experience over the last 4-5 years that I’ve been a client there. Until recently I was assigned to the same counselor who I goes above and beyond for me whenever I have a special situation or issue. I am… also pleased to say the nursing staff has provided excellent care and medication support throughout my time at Crossroads as well. Overall I have no complaints and only positive feedback about this MAT program. The team at Crossroads has been a key component to my success in recovery and I will continue to be grateful for all the support I receive through their services!
