I struggled with addiction for 20+ years. Thanks to southwest Carolina treatment center I’ve been clean for 4 years. Everyone at the clinic is nice. Sterling is down to earth and easy to talk to. He cares about the… people he works with. He genuinely wants to know how you are doing. Everyone at the clinic is very helpful ,hopeful, and I get to feeling that they genuinely care about helping curve addiction in our community. 10/26/25 still using this same clinic, sterling is no longer there . Vick is my counselor now and he's awesome. He doesn't rush and takes the time to talk with me for as long as I need . This place saved my life literally. If you need help and have been unsuccessful at treatment several times please do yourself a favor and get to a clinic who offers out patient therapy.

My treatment plan through SWCTC saved my life. I'd never heard of methadone and a friend told me about it. I was in denial and had spent so much money and time finding drugs. My whole existence depended on getting my… pills. I wanted to stop and prayed for a way. I've been clean for 22 years now. If you really want to stop, call SWCTC or a clinic near you to make an appointment so you too can get help without going through a horrific withdrawal.

They are friendly people that work there. They work with you on things you don't want. I have been there for 12 years have not wanted to change clinics. They help you with counseling every month and they are nice. Tish… has been my counselor for a long time she has been my favorite so far. So has been such a help with talking about things.

Great place. Very helpful. Everyone is very understanding of different situations. Never once felt judged. Tish is my counselor and she always goes above and beyond. Nothing negative to say about a single employee.

My counselor samera is such a caring and intelligent person just like everyone else there. Specifically Mrs. Tish, Mrs. Kiera, Dr. Kimmie, the pharmacy gals, and the nurse who is hilarious! My friend and I started going… a month ago, best decision I’ve made in a long time. They’re there to help, not just collect a paycheck, and it’s truly very affordable.

I have been a client at SWCTC several times in the past several years. I have been extremely pleased with counseling services and specifically those received with Ainsley Greer. While my current counselor is wonderful,… the entire clinicl team works together to provide services that are beneficial. I would recommend these services to anyone in need of help.

I’ve been going to Southwest Carolina Treatment Center for a little over a year now, I have been to similar other local Clinics Before coming here but was never successful with sobriety. I have now been sober for a… year, take it from someone who tried MANY times before to stay sober Southwest is by FAR the best. My counselor , and everyone there really, is very supportive and will go above and beyond for you. Whether it’s helping you get a grant to pay for your medication, being Closely involved with your DSS case, legal issues, and just overall helpful with knowledge to help you STAY sober. Everyone there is easy to talk to so don’t be afraid to come in and talk to someone! My counselor is Sterling if anyone wants any recommendations! ****Update**** my old counselor he to leave but I now speak with Victor. He is just as easy to talk to and honestly everyone there is SO caring and understanding. I will forever be grateful.

This place is a awesome place. They don't judge you for what you do or have done they are there for people with addiction to opiates or whatever it may be. They saved my life and I'm thankful for the help they gave me… and I wouldn't change that for anything. My caseworker is named Tish and she is amazing. Tish is just one of the may that work there but they all are amazing. These people at this place whether it's the workers or others like me they are like family. If you ready to make a difference in your life this is where to begin.

Dee is probably the strongest, and most loyal person at that clinic I know! She is wonderful, and she does so much more for the patients then most people even realize. Dee is a wonderful woman, and helps me when things… get into a cluster lol. I still love Neff, and Natalie

This clinic is helpful and caring. My counselor Tish is a wonderful person that's helping me and makes me feel like she really cares and wanna help. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing to get off… of pain pills. I also like the structure and how they do things with the signing in with Dee, dosing with the pharmacist Danyelle and even seeing the nurse Kelly. This is a great place.

TISH IS A GREAT CONSULAR ALWAYS HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE VERY APPROACHABLE & UPLIFTING SHE ALWAYS POINTS OUT THE GOOD IN BAD SITUATIONS AND THE OVERALL FACILITY IS RAN GREAT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IT'S small then crossroads… treatment center but 100% better it feel like a family member

I've been coming here for s year before i decided to review them.. The nurse Fred enrolled me into the clinic was genuine & The lady at the window Dee Just had started her job and his fit into her role perfectly and her… past employment gives even more insight to her position there now at helping... Vic is the best counselor at the clinic and seriously genuine however he's not my counselor I have Tish which isn't the best counselor but she's efficient ... If I judge this place on only one individual it wouldn't have gotten the five stars but when you add all these individuals in together including the doctor who I've never met in person this place is legitimate I've been to the methadone clinic in Seneca went there five or six years and that time had one counselor that was honest and legitimate I went to the methadone clinic in Easley for 4 years and had one counselor who no longer works there legitimate The staff at both of those clinics think they're better than the people they serve Southwest is the only clinic that knows they work for the addict

★★★★★

Absolutely wonderful place and people. They always make you feel welcome and will help you any way they can that's in their power. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing to be on a MAT… program. From the receptionist to the nurse to the counselors and everyone in between they really do all care. Tish was my counselor and she is patient, caring and really listens to what you are going through. She gives great advice and truly wants the best for her patients.

I don't do this that often to tell the truth this is my 1st EVER review. I've been coming to S.W. Treatment Center for over 3 years now and I'm what you would consider a monthly patient. My counselor, Ms.Tish is overall… the absolute best. She is someone who actually cares for YOUR wellbeing. She will and does everything she can in her power to make sure you are taken care of. I appreciate her with a whole heart.🛑 Now, next person I must say something about is the nurse Jerry I believe his name is. First of all I wish my father had 1/2 of his energy and get up and go. If he did he'd probably still be with us. But this nurse is by far the ABSOLUTE best. He doesn't know me from just seeing me now and then, but still; when it came to me needing his assistant he treated me like I was his best friend and that he knew me from birth. Really, I do appreciate his help. Thanks J...
