GOD sent, very clean, staff on point, every one from the staff to the clients that live there are helpful. Peaceful, friendly, organized. Highly recommend, please keep this place open.
Best in the recovery and health care arena. 28 days-Season's of Serenity 3.1-Sober living-Mental and Physical Health. Compassion second to none. Beautiful grounds and the best structure for any type of recovery. Despite… all the rumors and drama from living in the apartments and blue house. Get your health and recovery and move on.
Acadiana Cares is a very warm welcoming place. I had my first appointment and everything went smooth. The front desk ladies are very sweet and nice. The nurses are very knowledgeable and nice. My experience was very… nice.
I have the best Dr. Dr. Clinton Young. He is so nice and explains everything so thoroughly. You couldn't ask for a better doctor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been having him as my primary Dr for over a year now.
Poor service, poor communication, absolute garbage employees. Rude, unhelpful, and unable to properly explain the parameters of their organization. They hang up on the phone with the minimal amount of provocation, and… have absolutely no customer service values. They should be shut down. You can expect me to submit a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Health about the quality of care and service within your organization.
From the kind and smiling faces of Ms. Monica and Ms. Leona at reception, to the gentle and attentive nurses and finally to my final destination...Andre'. She is so kind, compassionate, reassuring, attentive, informed… and genuinely concerned about my physical and mental well-being. She always takes the time to return my calls. She is definitely one of the best providers I have ever had. She genuinely makes me feel like I am important.
Acadiana Cares needs and SHOULD be Audited by ALL necessary entities that govern its programs and the monies alocated to these programs by Donations and The Ryan White program. I've been tryingto get Mental Health… services for over 5 years through Acadiana Cares, and told there's no one available to help, yet people with NO HEALTH ISSUES are going into rehab, counseling, and even getting beds for In-house help. Where are the funds and resources to help the H.I.V/AIDS and HepC communities? On more then 1 occassion, I was given paperwork to fill out for surveys or resources that were misleading to say the least as it was designed to admit certain factors that are untrue and that are in line with a way to manipulate the "System" and get funding for services that aren't needed for the patient or to get paid for a service not given. Bottom line: Acadiana Cares was Founded and Funded further sole purpose of care for HIV+/PLWA/Hep C. When people are being refused services bc those services are given to people who are healthy, we have a problem! These people are conning you!
Great place. They can help you where you need to be!
Great caring loving people and nice clean place!
Hands down this is the best non profit organization I ever dealt with friendly people helping with everything dealing with a healthier and Happier life i love everthong anout them and there goals
Very Helpful!!!!!
My caseworker Charlie is nice Sasha is nice mr. blame linear is nice and the reception are nice on the clinic side However, as for the doctors when it comes to the doctors, just put it like this the patient must… advocate for themselves
Love this place and it is a great clinic for the transgender community and main health as well.
Going on 3 years clean off meth thanks to the wonderful staff of this God sent place. I am happy. Involved in my ministry and giving others hope. This is Barry Antee saying WE DO RECOVER
Exceptional Services!
Acadianacares has the nicest staff I have ever met. Walking in for my appointment I always feel at home. They are very informative also.
Such a great place for care! Nice people. Lots of services. Thank you Acadiana Cares
Accepted me for an appointment for FTM HRT in November for a February appointment. Turned me away when I showed up because I was 17 even though I had parental consent (my mother was there with me), and told me to come… back in May. In May, the doctor doing testosterone had left and they told me they'd call me the following week as they had a new doctor lined up. Never spoke to me again, despite numerous attempts at communication. Never calls out correct names or uses correct pronouns despite having a slot for it on the form. Will not be returning.
This place and everything it stands for is purely blessed and if it wasn't for this place many, many times I wouldn't know where I'd be. From the staff to the grounds, the rehab, the IOP, this place doesn't get the… recognition it deserves. I love you Acadiana Cares! Thank you for everything and moreover! Huge hug!!
Ms Martha is one of the most kindest souls I have ever met. She takes such great care of my best friend. He has an angel disguised in human clothing making sure he is well taken care of. I truly believe in this place.… It offers hope to those in need of their services. They provide everything from food to care for these patients. If there was ever a need they are there for him and others. Thank yall so much for loving my friend as I do.
