Friendly staff, convenient location glad we found a therapy place for those that need.

They say they are willing to help suicidal people but only during certain times and don't interfere with lunch or you won't get seen at all. Very poor business ethic especially on the subject. You failed me

Their ISS program is garbage, they could not administer therapy correctly to a dog let alone a human being.

We visited the urgent care building by the Mercy hospital, was a good experience, would visit again if we had to in the future.

This place changed my life! Not only is the all women staff amazing, but they truly care and they truly will do anything and everything to help you get where you want to be. This place saved my life and I will always… and forever have major gratitude because they loved me until I could love myself!

Its awesome. Everyone is so nice. Don't listen to the bad reviews, they're crazy. Lol

I love the group therapy they provide for my daughter but we've changed therapists and psychiatrists (due to them leaving) since we've been going here so at this time I'm unable to speak on the quality of Drs. The… initial therapist/psychiatrist were amazing. I'm disappointed to see them go. Especially Dr Abid. She is the most thorough psychiatrist that I have dealt with. I'm hopeful the new one will surprise me as well. (2 months)

My appointment was set for 3 they said they closed at 3. It is an inconvenience when you get a wrong appt time. They could have least saw me since it was not my fault that I was given the wrong time I even had the time… printed out on paper.

No real empathy or concern here. The same schizoprenic man in obvious distress has been coming here for a year now and they see the state he's in but have yet to contact adult protective services. This is NOT the place… to go if you're seeking a thorough professional counseling program. They rush everyone along through the process like cattle. One day it's individual sessions and the next you're being stuck in a group for weeks. Most "therapy" in there is religion talk or drawing with crayons. Dr.Stewart runs everyone through her office like beef cattle as well. Come in, how are, here's your pills, get out.

I do NOT recommend this place. I have showed up to do my in-take for the last 3 Wednesday’s in a row (can’t make appointments for in-takes btw.) I walked in the moment they opened and told every time that they are… booked. They say to come back the next Wednesday and they will fit me in. That was a lie! Stop telling people to come in when you open at 8am 3 different times just to have them waste their time and gas. I don’t have an income or insurance at the moment. Today, after talking with them and being turned down yet again, I got the vibe that they just want to make the most money possible off of someone paying out of pocket or with insurance. People that don’t have to pay much or none at all, are at the bottom of their list, sadly. The lady said I could probably talk to their “student” therapist. I told her I’ve had that experience with a student therapist already and it did not help me what so ever. I would like to at least have someone licensed and with experience if at all possible. She was trying to make every excuse possible to avoid helping me. I hope one day they realize that someone begging for their help, should never be lied to or turned away like that. I will never have anything to do with that place again, ever.

Had a great experience with the therapy for a few months, but then they filled my spot for someone else. Finally got another time worked out last week, but was told today that they had another patient that needed the… spot. The psychiatrist also keeps moving my appointment times without any notice to times i can't do. Definitely don't recommend this place for any service any more.
