I want to give that a thanks to cdl 3 counseling the Domestic Violence group is amazing Crystal Kimber she helped me when I was going through a domestic violence and helping me focus on healthy and effective… communication skills and to help me identify healthy relationships and help me with red flags I appreciate you in so many ways thanks I would recommend this class 👍👍👍👍
I highly recommend CLD3 Counseling! Debra M. has been my counselor and she is truly amazing. She’s compassionate, insightful, and makes you feel genuinely supported every step of the way. The whole team is professional… and welcoming, and the environment feels safe and non-judgmental. If you’re looking for quality mental health support, this is a great place—especially with Debra M. on your team! :)
so grateful to have gone through counseling with Crystal at CLD3. she was paramount in supporting a good family communication dynamic and ability to navigate issues that arise with compassion and care. if you are able… to request crystal for your family therapy i would highly recommend you do 5/5 🌟
My “counseling” sessions with Alex was like talking to a wall. Do not recommend.
I've been sober for 4 months but because I'm just starting with them they want me doing classes Monday through Friday and they are making me do UA'S before my treatment on Monday. How that works I don't even know.
This is my second time attending cdl3. They do not keep true to what they say. They did it to me this time and last time. They gave me my recommendation at the end of the assessment. Now that I'm halfway done with the… class that they told me I would have to complete, they sprung something new on me saying that, "I owe them more groups". Again, they did this to me last year. If you want surprise classes sprung on you go ahead and go to CDL 3. Nothing but a lies that will cause you more stress and headaches then you need. This review does not however reflect on the therapist that was assigned to me Priyanka
So I Had 10 sessions to do everything was going fine until they started charging my account without my permission twice, and then I was kicked out of the program because they screwed up. I’d find somewhere else to go… and don’t let them take your money!
Debbie McGowen is great. If you have the chance to take her class or work with her at all, do it. She is amazing and you will learn a lot.
Daneal, was great! She was very patient and kind, while getting my info to get started with their program. I’m new to this and man what a great experience. Thank you, Daneal for all your help.
Daneal is a sweetheart and her calling me this morning to get scheduled for counseling services with CLD3 felt like an answered prayer. She is very empathetic and informative, which helped streamline my experience. I’m… grateful for the kind staff working here and their due diligence to assist clients like me every step of the way!
I am so grateful to have found this treatment. I have been in treatment for the last 2 1/2 years and felt like I wasn't getting personalized, meaningful, quality interactions from my clinicians. I was just a $$ in their… chair. I have found a treatment where I am a valued member of their community and when I ask for help I am really HEARD and the staff takes their time to figure out the best course of action for me as an individual. I get so much information and treatment from (especially) Allison that I have never gotten in any of the other treatment centers I've been to over the last 15 years. She has an extensive knowledge and education on addiction and takes her time to make sure I feel like I'm getting the most that I can get. I have an individual therapist that pushes me in so many great ways to be the best me I can be and helps me to learn the tools to become those things seamlessly. My group sessions along with my individual sessions are helping me in my recovery as well as a functioning member of society and someone who I am proud to look at in the mirror every day.
Allison is the best. I learned so much going there. She has taught me so much about substance abuse. She had my back through my whole journey. There is not a word that explains how awesome she is.
Been going here for almost a year, and I really enjoyed talking to Allison H. She is the best she know what she is talking about and I would recommend her for anyone who has to go here. The other employees in the… building are also very cool and make you feel comfortable being there. Gonna miss the weekly talks.
Debra was an excellent counselor, made a tough situation as easy and fluid as possible, you can tell she cares
I was court ordered to take some classes. I chose to come to CDL3 it was the best decision. Allison was my teacher she's so knowledgeable and had an great insight and different perspective on how you can change things.… I would highly recommend them to all family and friends.
I had a wonderful experience always available staff was amazing especially my therapist she taught me bout things iv learned NO WHERE else iv gone!! Thanks guys and Allison!
As a former patient of Chuck, I cannot only attest to his Professional abilities but also his extreme humanity he posses. I learned so much from him in our sessions and taking his lessons with me has continued my… learning and healthy development long after our sessions as well. Under Chuck's care, I was able to fully change the trajectory of my life for the better and I know that's those of his patients who were reciprocal in treatment have done the same. You are a patient first, and after that family. If he was still practicing 1x1 I would do anything necessary to secure a place! 😂 You could not ask for a more perfect guide and confidant, or even human being. I hope everyone can experience the joy and comfort he naturally provides all around him!
Not a safe space! Don't accommodate disabilities. I second the post of gaslighting for more money as well. That was also my experience. Also the one supposed to be full appointment (was 35 mins) I had the video call was… horrible and the clinician clearly didn't think I could see his face simply because he couldn't see me. People are really too relaxed (and rude) when they think they're not being warched. Good luck getting anyone in the phone here.....ever. incredibly unprofessional, bordering dangerous for mental health.
Allison is literally the most caring, knowledgeable, compassionate person I have ever known to work in the field of addiction recovery. I am embarrassed to say I have gone through many different treatment programs… ranging from detox, inpatient, outpatient, and everything in between. When I first found out that because of a DUI I would now have to add yet another program to the list I was less than thrilled and convinced that nothing could be gained. I am so happy to admit that I was completely wrong. I learned so much about this insidious disease from Allison's groups. In the past I could never take non addicts working in recovery seriously. She has become the exception to my rule. I truly feel like she can empathize with the struggle as if she has walked through it herself. Anyone who has the privilege of getting to work with her should consider themselves beyond blessed.
I would not trust this person with my therapy needs or with anyone that I care about. They attempted to gaslight me into thinking that my (problem I came to them for help with) is not real and that I made it up (re: was… faking it) simply because I was unhappy with my life. This is very dangerous for a therapist to tell someone that is vulnerable (especially when it's ONLY THE VERY FIRST SESSION!). This person is clearly not qualified to be offering treatment for serious mental health issues as he literally laughed at me and then proceeded to tell me my (mental health problem I was seeking help with) was not real. What kind of professional does that? *speculation*: I suspect this operation is still in business due to their relationship with the state in taking on bogus "drug addiction evaluations" that the state likes to hand out for no reason. This is essentially a state sponsored "therapy" office. I hope this helps someone seek out actual help, because this ain't it. ***I think it's also worth noting that I saw them back in 2018 and after seeing a REAL therapist, I decided to add this to their reviews to give fair warning to those truly seeking help/relief.
The instructor Debbie is amazing! She taught me a lot! I’m thankful for her and the prime for life program.
The incompetence of CLD3’s secretarial staff is baffling. They did not complete my paperwork in a timely manner, did not answer any of my calls, promised a date of completion and then did not deliver, and were rude and… surprised when I had my lawyer call.
I never thought I would’ve been “that guy” when it came to having a therapist. Chuck helped me realize that it was a somewhat normal thing to feel like that. Honestly though, thanks to Chuck helping with vulnerability… issues, I have never felt better and I look forward to every visit! I’m a truck driver and Chuck is %100 willing and able to work around my needs when it comes to scheduling.
Totally unprofessional embarressed me try to degrade me. Dont know who he thinks he is totally bad experience very unprofessional no matter who you speak with the secretary or chuck. They aint got a clue waste of drive… a month for appointmeant time recommend any other council therapy somewhere else this guy is a joke did not take my matter seriously hes about the almighty dollar nothing to do with you shame on him and his office staff.
Charles and his staff are at the top in their profession's. Thank you Charles and Florenda for taking me under your wing .
Cld3 counseling has drastically changed my life for the better I would much rather go to this place because they are friendly comfortable and easy to talk to I highly recommend it Chuck and florinda are both extremely… knowledgeable and know what they're doing awesome place love them both
The staff is down to earth , no judgement.. a place where I feel I can get the truth and great advise of how to move foward. In life we all fall is how graceful we get up.. like I said I completely love the staff and… they are always willing to work with you..
I’ve been to many different group therapy’s over the years and was skeptical of attending another. However after 3 weeks I was amazed at the changes that were beginning to take place! Chuck is extremely good at what he… does and loves his practice! I highly recommend attending this group regardless of what challenges you may be facing in life.
