Clinical Consultants LLC – Ogden

I came in for mental health specifically and they automatically profiled me and assumed I need substance abuse treatment when I broke it down to exactly what I'm looking for. Haven't met a therapist, just been doing… stupid online classes that dont even do anything for me. I dont understand how they've been in business so long but do the exact opposite of what I asked for.

Not my choice to do the program, it was an inconvenience at first and I came in with a negative view about having to attend group. Cody was my assigned therapist and I absolutely love her, she helped me see things that… I didn’t see before and helped me work through some of my struggles. She made our therapy sessions, supportive and it felt like I was speaking with a friend who actually cared. Cody is the type of person you want to hang out with because of the vibe she gives off, I learned so much from our therapy sessions and my view on the whole thing has changed and I feel like it was a good and needed experience after all. This place is so unprofessional. You can help someone with questions without assuming they are a patient or not. The said manager who runs the place was rude and disrespectful and unwilling to listen. I never once asked… for personal information just if certain classes were at location and or if insurance was accepted. Apparently I’m entitled and don’t know how HIPPA works. I felt insulted as I was not asking for anything abnormal. This person should not be working in this field. Not the first encounter with her! Very rude and needs to take classes within her company on how to treat and talk to people!

Very disrespectful toward myself and my husband who went in seeking help and was treated very rudely and much so like a criminal... We would never go here even if it was the only place to seek help... All in front of my… 5 month old. I've tried calling to get their names and no one wants to answer.

Not professional or successful for $300 down the drain. Ogden location. Internet doesn't work, no call backs, nobody available when you stop into the office and promises are not met. Go somewhere else for the cost you… should have some respect from the office for that amount of money being processed.

This review is for Britney Nilsen, my DV Therapist and Dawtae shaw my therapist! Britney is one of the kindest and most caring therapists I’ve ever met. She has an incredible ability to see things from a different… perspective, which often helps me look at my own situations in a new and more positive light. Her approach to navigating and talking through difficult experiences is truly amazing. Britney’s personality is awesome - she’s completely down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely feels like someone you could call a friend. She’s soft and compassionate, yet still direct and to the point when it matters most. I always looked forward to my sessions with her each week. Dawntae Shaw is super nice down to earth and a very great listener. I felt she was kind but direct when needed and helped me open my eyes to see things from a different perspective. Dawntae knows my deepest hurts and truly was there for me through every tear shed during the most difficult time of my life. I owe her everything and then some! Thank you for helping me pick up the pieces of my brokenness and helping rebuild my strength through my darkest moments. This woman saw me find my faith use god as my strength and make the changes that I needed to be a better mother. Thank you Dawntae!

My one on one therapist Brittany is the best in the profession I have got so much more help from her then I have from any of my other therapists. Thank you

I recently completed some counseling/training through Clinical Consultants. There are a few areas for improvement, like the internet seemed to be a constant problem at one of their locations. However, the counseling… experience was really good for me. I had Britney for both individual and group sessions. Britney was great! She created a very comfortable atmosphere where everyone feels open to speak what is on their mind. She was very supportive of everyone's feelings yet could kindly call out concerns with how some people deal with conflict. I was clear that she cares about the individuals. The program covered some really good information. I would recommend learning the skills and tools they teach to everyone.

Cody was amazing!!! She was a great therapist and genuinely cared about me as a client. She went above and beyond to help me not only in my recovery but with crisis I had in my own life. I don't know what I would have… done without her by my side. She is the reason that I give clinical the five stars that I do. Doing and outpatient program sometimes is not the greatest experience and you almost seem forced into it but not with her I enjoyed meeting with her every week looked forward to our talks and she always made me feel like I could call her for anything. Thank you Cody for always being there for me You're the best Gina.

Clinical consultants was a horrible experience for me. I was humiliated and insulted by Fred during therapy. This place left me in a worse condition. Sloppy, unprofessional, and unkind. Save yourself time, money, and… additional psychological trauma by staying far away from clinical consultants.

Brittney was my Therapist and I loved her she got me threw so much I love her I recommend her if you go here!

Kevin is super awesome! Very professional but keeps the atmosphere light. While coming in to clinical consultants I've had some pretty good conversations with him. To be honest I'll miss the guy once I'm done with… therapy.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Clinical Consultants and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Britney, who went above and beyond to make our time together smooth and positive. Britney was incredibly friendly and… welcoming from the start. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explaining things in a clear and understandable way. She treated me with kindness, respect and NEVER made me feel uncomfortable. It was evident she cared about my needs and made sure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Clinical Consultants, especially if you can interact with Britney. Her positive attitude, kindness, compassion, and willingness to listen made my experience a great one.

Britney is just absolutely exceptional. The difference a few months with her made for me is AMAZING. So thankful for my time with her!

The staff and the program was amazing! Everyone played an important part in my recovery. Very attentive and great support. I want to give a special shout-out to my individual therapist, Britney Nielsen, she was always… there for each session, listened to everything I had to say and always had good advice. She taught me great coping skills so I could learn how to navigate life in recovery! If you take the program seriously, it truly does work! :)

My experience with clinical consulting was very good, when I came here I was skeptical about what I was going to get out of this. Britney ,Nancee and Kori were wonderful I’ve learned a lot in the short time that I’ve… talk to them, my communication skills and the way I’ve learned to understand and help myself to be a better person is all contributing to those 3 lady’s. If you want to better yourself and grow as a person then I could recommend going here, they are Great counselor and mentor very knowledgeable,very helpful, very caring people.Thanks Britney for making me be a Better Person!!!!

Nancy, Kori, and Britney have been nothing short of amazing to me. They have gone over and above for me and I truly appreciate them.

My experience with this team was great in every aspect. I felt Britney did an excellent job in keeping the sessions interactive, insightful, and very non-judgmental. Nancy also did a great job working with me on… information I needed, printing out documents for me and helping me work through things with my insurance. The whole staff was excellent at every step of the process.
