Lifesaver! My life has changed for the better because of this place! I’m able to live my life and take care of my family with no worries! Thank you to the staff for always being there and taking care of us!
I have a 4 star honest rating! No one is perfect especially in the recovery addiction business. But these guys actually care. They care about you your health. You deal with a counselor Kevin he’s a 5 star counselor!… Definitely cares and knows a little about what he’s doing! Definitely a blessed man indeed! The doc doesn’t know a whole lot about addiction because he came from pediatrics so Kevin fills in well! If you’re struggling and need help go to this clinic? It’s more than worth it if you have Medicaid people! It’s free to those with Medicaid insurance! Why not better yourself and take the first step in recovery? It’s helped me get my life back not addicted to pain pills anymore! Praise God for that!
As ANY Addict knows getting CLEAN is THE HARDEST THING to do!!! I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE TRYING TO GET CLEAN!!! But I DID IT with The Help of Family, Loved Ones, and The Staff at BAART!!! I am Celebrating 9… Years soon!!! This is such an AMAZING BLESSING!!! One of the Toughest and Loving People I have Ever Known was there for me!!! She NEVER JUDGED ME!!! Always supporting even when it was hard!!! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL for Martha!! The Director, “Mom” of BAART!! You gave me strength, hope, encouragement, and even Love throughout my journey at BAART!!! I hope you will FOREVER KNOW HOW MUCH YOU MEAN TO ME!!! Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart!!!
If you are looking to get clean and stay clean, there are much better places than this that will help you obtain your goals. When Metamorphosis was bought out by Baymark (Baart Programs) existing patients weren't given… a Baart Programs guidebook, which is important because they had different rules and regulations. I was one of those patients. It didn't take long before all but one counselor quit, even the clinic doctor and it went downhill from there. The clinic had this one counselor for over 300 patients. You cannot get the help you need with that kind of staff. When the new manager started, she ran it like she owned it and was heard telling patients that she didn't have to show anyone the rules of the clinic because she knows what she's doing. It went downhill from there. The single counselor at the time, during a group session told everyone we were customers because this is a business and we pay for a service. I could not believe my ears. The manager and counselors could be heard yelling and berating patience from their open door offices for everyone in the clinic to hear. Once anybody voiced their opinion about how bad the clinic had become, the staff would treat them like crap until they left on their own accord to go to a different clinic. If that didn't work, they would find a way to remove them from getting treatment. People go there to start their lives again, and for a clinic that becomes more hurtful than helpful is inexcusable! And they didn't hide how disposable patients became because they had a wait list. Of course, they didn't do this with every patient, just the ones that dared to speak their mind. Other patients noticed this and were too afraid to say anything because of the repercussions. Below I attached a picture of an open UA sample next to the cup I was given to give my UA sample. I took this picture just in case my cup was crossed contaminated sitting next to someone else's sample.
This is hands down the best baart programs around! The staff is what makes this location amazing!! I feel lucky to have them there for me during my time in the program I honestly wouldn’t change anything !! By far the… best !! Thanks baart programs staff
I really liked this place at first. After going there for a while. I noticed a few things that made me uncomfortable. If someone was walking up to the door and the it was 10:59. One of their counselors. I don't remember… his name. If they didn't open the door before that clock went from 10:59 to 11. He would lock them out and he would laugh about it. My husband and I had lost our Medicaid. We were made aware of that when BAART tried to bill Medicaid for 2 months of service for each of us. Suddenly we had a $1,600 balance I will give their director this at least. She was kind enough to allow us one week to get it fixed before initiating a brutal administrative taper. It took over two weeks to fix our Medicaid. By then our doses had been dropped by 10% every day. Once someone reaches 40mg they're discharged from the clinic. After 1 1/2 weeks. My husband and I only had 2 days left before we would be discharged. We were so sick. Medicaid only paid one month for each of us. Our balance was still $800. We had been struggling. We were still working on getting our lives back in order. Hence the methadone. My husband had just found a new job after months of searching. We explained our situation to the director. We offered to make weekly payments of $50 for 4 weeks and then we'd pay the remaining balance in full on the 5th week. She said that wouldn't be enough to stop the taper and the discharge. That we would need to bring at least $200 with us the next morning and we'd have to pay $200 weekly. There was no way that we would be able to come up with that
I love it here with all the team taking care of everyones needs that are being met with is very important and they do that!! Kevin is my counselor he does an amazing job to help me in my recovery. Thank you Martha for… being amazing, also the nurses, and felica also at the front desk. Becca is an amazing counselor to help me get through my recovery. Thank you everyone for not just treating us like a number.
I've been a patient for years and it was quite the rollercoaster ride for the first few years while I was fighting my addiction but NO MATTER WHAT the staff was ALWAYS there for me in whatever area of my addiction and… recovery I was in every single staff member that I worked with was there to help me from my darkest and worst days to my brightest and best days nobody ever made me feel like they turned their back on me or had given up me as long as I kept showing up and just kept putting in the work to be successful they all have had my back through it all so here I am 8 months into my recovery and going strong but it's not only me but my man as well we did it together and have BAART to thank for a HUGE part of our success... So to the entire staff at the Ogden, UT BAART Program, Thank you from the bottom of my heart you have helped me accomplish something in my life I NEVER thought was possible!!! Here's to our continued success in our on going recovery, one day at a time... 🩷🩷🩷
Kevin is the bomb!
BAART programs is a life saver, literally!! The staff is AMAZING, they truly care and it shows! My family and I are grateful for their services and their care. 🙌🏼
The professionalism at this Clinic in Ogden is first-rate. I was experiencing some unusual health symptoms, that the nurses and Dr. Le immediately determined were due to my extremely high blood pressure. They were very… persistent in their firm recommendations that I seek Urgent Care soon. So much so, that I had to acknowledge their sincerity and sought immediate treatment. Alas, their fears were confirmed and I was treated accordingly and I'm now feeling much better and my BP is now normal. Just another example of how they treat not only our addictions, but they genuinely care for all of us and are quick to recognise other health issues that they encounter. Kudos to Martha, the Clinic Manager, Dr. Le, their exceptional Nurses and Staff at this Clinic. They quite literally, saved my life.
I’ve been a patient at BAART Programs since 2017, and overall my experience has been positive. Getting help isn’t easy, but the staff here have always treated me with respect and made the process feel less overwhelming.… I want to give a special shoutout to my counselor, Kevin. He truly goes above and beyond. He’s easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and very understanding, and he’s made a big difference in my recovery. There can be some wait times at times, but the support and care I’ve received here have been worth it. This program has given me structure and stability when I needed it most.
These people keep people sober. They are loved.
They're super amazing help me out when I needed it most and they got my wife and I sober and we love them to pieces thank you keep doing what you do Love you and you continue to save our life every day
I have now been coming to BAART Clinic for over 2 years now. Since I signed up for treatment here, all the staff (former and current) have been so awesome, respectful, and caring for my individualized needs. The Program… Director, is a sweet kind lady, the therapists are all trained and ready to help all the clients, the front desk staff are on top of clients coming to check in, calling in, signing up for the program (and depending on the time of year, serve coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate, etc.) Also, certain times of the year, they have client appreciation days where activities and even breakfasts happen! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking substance treatment, they always will have a hand open for you and your needs
Baart Programs has definitely changed my life for the better. Moving to Utah and continuing my sober journey with Baart has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everyone is so kind and actually takes the… time to get to know you without judgement of your past which is HUGE for me. If you are lost or struggling with addiction then I highly recommend giving Baart Programs a chance because I bet it can change your life too! Thank you to everyone at Baart for all that you do!
Be aware of policy handling and lab procedures Review: I was a patient for two months and followed all program requirements. On [specific date], a routine urine test showed no methadone despite being on a prescribed low… dose (around 22 mg). I requested a retest, which was denied, and take-home privileges were immediately revoked instead of following policy for confirmatory testing or clinical review. I transferred to a new clinic, where staff explained that false negatives can occur at low doses and should be handled according to procedure. The response at this clinic did not follow expected protocol, causing loss of take-homes and additional disruption. This review is factual and intended to inform potential patients.
BAART is soo much better than before! If you’ve had a bad experience I’d give it another try.
BAART Programs saved my life. They got my life back. Thanks to them I'm a working man have 2 new baby boys and now enjoy life and now want to live to my fullest. I would be dead if it wasn't for them.
Opioid addiction is a tough battle and more often than not,we need a little help in order to tackle the physical withdrawal symptoms that come with opiates. Most of us don't have the avenues to be able to quit your job… or stop parenting in order to achieve clean living, so Baart has always been there for that helping hand when medication assisted treatment is or was needed. I have been very happy with Baart program in Ogden for years. I've never thought about seeking out other providers.
Been going here for a long time. They knew me when I didn't even know what I was trying to accomplish, and they waited for me to figure it out and I did and continue to. BAART helped me get to where I am today and I am… very grateful that they admitted me, readmitted me, had patience with me, held me accountable, and believed in me. When a person is ready to " TO TAKE ACTION" and get control of their life back BAART programs will be there to help you succeed. 5 stars to the clinic, 5 stars to the counselors, 5 stars to the nurses, 5 stars to the doctor, and 5 stars to the director.
Baart is amazing they go above and beyond for their patients.
I never thought my life would change for the better. I was by far WRONG! Since day one of this program my wife and I have made a total 360. It's been the best thing that has ever happened to either one of us. Thank you… guys soo soo much.
My Wife & I began our journey with the clinic a lil over 2 months ago & TBH I don't even know where to begin to tell people what an amazing program this is!! But hands down, the staff here are literally some of the most… amazing people I've been blessed to have contact w/ almost on a daily. Very professional, non judgemental, and great vibes from the lady's that greet you with their smiles & knowledge. Alma, Kevin, & Becca for their amazing peer leadership & understanding, Dr.Le rock's & the 2 awesome nurse's that also leave me with a smile and too their Director that takes you in & guide's you with a big heart & the passion every staff member here has literally makes me wanna be a better me everyday!! XOXO

This place saves many lives and helps people turn their lives around. I highly recommend it to people with substance abuse.💓 I have to add that the manager Martha is very helpful and understanding you can tell her… anything without judgement and the consulers and nurses are equally top notch. I would give6 stars if I could. Thanks for the help you provide to everyone in need.
