Callahan Counseling Services – Martinsburg

I’ve been going here since early 2023 and I’ve seen a gradual improvement to just about every aspect of my life. Most of that is me choosing not to be a dumbass but the rest is because of the consistent help and support… from Laurel at Callahan Counseling. Cannot recommend them enough.

Laurel and Eric are very helpful, relatable, and friendly counselors. Being able to use the zoom app was very convenient. Would recommend using Callahan Counseling Services to anyone that needs them.

Absolutely, an AMAZING group of professionals, especially Laural! Worked with me through my insurance crisis and I couldn’t be more thankful!!!

I can't speak for all of the therapists there, but Sue is compassionate, forthright, and helpful: there's little for me to complain about and much to praise.

They are professional and provide mental healthcare and substance abuse services for the local community.

Awesome recovery center

While I really liked the counselor that my daughter saw, the billing office is incompetent. We were double charged multiple times for visits. I would always pay prior to my daughter being seen and then receive a bill in… the mail requesting the co-pay yet again. I had to call them and show proof of payment numerous times. If you choose to go here, hold on to your receipts! The counselor that my daughter saw is no longer there anyways, so my advice is to avoid this group.

I would go to Eastridge seems Peter is in it for the money they will tell u that you need extra care $2000 more dollars when i went to the other place showed all my hard work i had done in treatment meetings had it… comming out my ears but they still wanted that money just my opinion though. There's a protocol to be folllowed but you still need to help the people some people don't have extra 2000 laying around just remember that

Great place for all your counseling needs with great counselors. The office staff is also great people who are easy to work with. Definitely would recommend

This counseling service is only out to eat your pocket book. Specifically Peter Callahan. Soon this facility will go down for how corrupt they are. They do not care about you are your well being. The state of West… Virginia pays Pete to launder money for them. DO NOT DO COUNSELING HERE. IT'S A TRAP!!! Go anywhere but here or anywhere else that DHHR recommends. If your insurance will cover another facility, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I promise there ARE places, counselors, and therapist that care more about you and not a pay check or even more so laundering money in conjunction with DHHR.
