About Groups Recover Together – Martinsburg
Groups Recover Together operates from 143 Aikens Center in Martinsburg. The site sits in Berkeley County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Berkeley Springs, Charles Town and Hedgesville. West Virginia draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Groups Recover Together
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Buprenorphine is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

I have been going here for addiction help for years and I absolutely love the staff and the group of people I do my classes with. For the first time ever I really enjoy and look forward to classes every week 😊 (even tho… I don't have to do the weekly groups still )
They understand more about addiction than anywhere I have ever gotten treatment from. They understand that we didn't become addicts over night and it takes time to get it right. They understand that addiction looks… different for everyone and that each journey is ours and that we may not get it perfect, but we are doing our best and that we are trying. Understanding is key and they definitely care and definitely understand. Great to be in a group that doesn't wanna give you the boot when you make mistakes.
Great program, compassionate, understanding and respectful.
It's more convenient and comfortable where it can be done right from home
I absolutely love Groups Recover Together, they truly care about the people they help and show compassion and empathy for them.. I think anyone who needs help rather it be alcohol or drug addiction should give Groups… Recover Together a chance and believe me I am somewhat of a critic when it comes to what other people say about places like this.. I was going to a different treatment program and just wasn't getting the support I felt I needed and then I was referred by a lady friend who said come true Groups Recover Together myself and well here I am. I'm going to continue my Recovery Journey with Groups Recover Together and I hope who ever see this will take that next step, rather you are just starting your journey or already on your journey to Recovery and come be a part of this s Great Group of people who truly care. ❣️🙌🤠
I recommend groups for anyone who is an addict. Ive been clean from fety/herione now for 16 months with Groups help
I love this place and the people in it. You can tell they care
Helps me stay sober and able to hold down a job.
The people at Groups are a blessing. Staff is wonderful and make you feel like family.I look forward to my meetings. No judgement, no one looks down on you , just healthy support from people like you.
Groups has impacted my life tremendously! There's always somebody to talk to! It's nice to know there are people that you can talk to that are going through similar things in life. I look forward to my groups every week… which is something I never thought would happen! They have Helped me to use tools I never thought I had. Like reflecting on things I've done in my past, like why I did it what led up to me doing it and what was the outcome. And the staff is absolutely wonderful ! They're always there for you and always so understanding and anytime you have a problem somebody always answers you back ! So yes having groups by my side has brought nothing but good in my life
I absolutely love Groups Recover Together. I started in VA and it was easy and cheap compared to other programs. It's all over the phone with great people in your area. I recently moved to WV and they made my transition… to a new state smooth and simple. Give it a try and I'm positive you won't be disappointed. When my insurance ran out I had to leave the Dr I had been at for years and Groups was my only choice. I'm glad I found it because it's so much easier and more efficient. 1 hour per week over your phone through an app. I think without insurance it was like $65/wk without insurance plus medicine cost which depends on your dosage
Very loving staff! Very understanding! Will help you and be there for you through absolutely anything!
