About Community Medical Services – Minot

Community Medical Services operates from 300 30th Avenue NW in Minot. The site sits in Ward County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Burlington. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Community Medical Services

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Community Medical Services Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 300 30th Avenue NW, Minot, ND 58703, in Ward County. The catchment reaches Burlington. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

How Much Does Treatment at Community Medical Services Cost?

Self-pay rehab in North Dakota typically works out at $40 to $170 a day for standard outpatient care. No prices were found for Community Medical Services at the time of writing, so the daily figures are typical state costs.

In most programs the fee includes the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Nothing from Community Medical Services itself was found on this, so that is an assumption. Ask for a tailored price and what it includes.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and the incredible staff who truly care about their patients and our well-being. I went to BAART Programs in Utah for 12 years, and when we moved to North Dakota, I was… honestly terrified to transfer clinics. From my very first phone call with Latoya, though, I felt at ease and was really hoping I was in the right place. She is so friendly and welcoming, both on the phone and in person, and she greets everyone with genuine warmth every single time. Stephanie, who handled my intake, is absolutely incredible. She worked hard with my insurance and actually got my treatment covered, something BAART never once even attempted in 12 years. I paid $380 a month out of pocket all those years, and BAART never mentioned they could even try to bill insurance. Stephanie’s dedication and persistence changed everything for me, and I will always be grateful. My counselor Paige has been so kind, professional, and truly invested in helping me make positive changes. She listens, supports, and encourages in a way that makes a real difference. The two nurses here have also been amazing from day one. They’re always so kind, caring, and easy to talk to while preparing my medication. They work so well together—an incredible duo that brings comfort and consistency to every visit. The office manager has also been wonderful. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been filled with kindness and respect, not just toward me but toward every person I’ve seen her help. And then there’s Georgia, the clinic’s medical provider—truly phenomenal. She is dedicated to every single patient and genuinely cares about our progress and well-being. She listens, understands, and wants the absolute best for each of us. I never experienced this level of compassion or individualized care in my 12 years at BAART. I am someone who truly understands the difference between a staff who offers genuine care and a staff who treats patients with judgment or indifference. I’ve been in clinics where people were made to feel like a stereotype or just another number, and I’ve also experienced care—like here—where patients are treated with dignity, compassion, and humanity. This team sees each person as an individual deserving of respect, and they understand that addiction and dependency affect all kinds of people from every walk of life. I have been on MAT for 13 years now, and this past year at this clinic has been a far better experience than the first 12 years in Utah. The staff at Community Medical Services in Minot has been absolutely incredible—true advocates who genuinely care about our success, stability, and health. I am so grateful for this clinic and every single person I’ve come in contact with. I cannot say enough good about them. They have changed my life for the better.

My wife transferred here and was so impressed with the whole staff from the receptionist to the doctor that I eventually transferred here too. This place has been amazing! They worked with our insurance to pay for our… visits and medication. We live about 2 hours away so they work with our schedule so we can both make our appointments at the same time. I truly couldn’t be more satisfied with CMS and the people who work there. The entire staff treats us like family. Highly recommend anyone looking for care to set up an appointment with Georgia and let the staff help you too.

This place really helps of course rules to everything but some of the people are super friendly and helpful. There are always people who are at a job just for a pay check but some genuinely care. There are some that… really help. Mrs Paige Mrs Georgia Mrs Stephanie bemis are great. Be aware that help can only help if you are ready and willing.

Don't get me wrong methadone helps but whatever they got going on at this one in minot has something fishy going on. I am an avid Marijuana smoker and i smoke everyday i cant remember the last time i haven't smoked… Marijuana but I took 2 urine test and they came back negative. I do occasionally buy Marijuana off the street but I also get from the dispensary so I know for a fact it shouldn't be negative. I think who ever doing the drug screenings are giving false positive for fentanyl so they can keep you there because they only get paid if they have clients. I know for a fact I haven't been using and when I use an at home test it comes back positive for thc has anyone else had this problem here? Not only that I took a test 1 time and they claimed they misplaced it. I had to come in twice a month then I had to do a urine test 2 times in a week and they took all of what i gained away. They need to do the test right in front of you so there is no questions. Especially when you know what you been doing.
