About Crosspointe Family Services – Twin Falls

Crosspointe Family Services operates from 1363 Fillmore Street in Twin Falls. The site sits in Twin Falls County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Jerome and Kimberly. Idaho draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Crosspointe Family Services

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Crosspointe Family Services Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 1363 Fillmore Street, Twin Falls, ID 83301, in Twin Falls County. The catchment reaches Jerome and Kimberly. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Opening hours shift with staffing, and an evening slot one month may not exist the next. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

The team at Crosspointe have been nothing shy of exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door, each interaction is met with the most caring members. Jennie Fullmer, and her team have taken care of our family since… day one going above and beyond, making the process of seeking community based services for our kiddo simple and comfortable. We are eternally grateful for each of them. Would recommend them to families with complex situations and needs.

I’ve been going here since 2014 and quite frankly it saved my life. Mark has been a wonderful therapist and gotten me through a lot of tough times in my life. Highly recommend!

This place is unreliable. Mixed messages. Unreliable peer support who caries on more about themselves than helping you. It’s like a roll reversal you helping them instead of them helping you. When coming to my home she… has suggested I help her with gas money. Than she looks you up on social media like a stalker and bring up things your doing in the community when your not in your sessions. They quote you one thing and bill you another. Seems like my money goes to help others pay their bill. The women’s group used to be good now there is another person in there that it’s obvious she plays favorites adding to my trauma. Changing back to a more reputable therapy service. I used them previously and should have stayed there.

My therapist kept falling asleep during our sessions. It's my fault I didn't switch therapists. It would be awkward in such a small office to run into him. I had to start over every single session. He would completely… forget me and what I was there for after a month. Then, all they did was give me apps to download to learn breathing techniques. I was shot 4 times in the stomach and have PTSD, my fight or flight response is all out of whack and I'm violent. Plus I've been to therapy a ton and it's patronizing to tell me I need to breathe. I know that already. Bad experience. And when I didn't show, I would've liked to get a call from them to find out why. They have a two missed appointment rule and your out. Which is absolutely opposite of helping me because that's my problem. I can't be around people or reach out to anyone when I'm in a crisis. So instead of two no shows, maybe call and find out why your patient isn't there. Or email them. Instead of punishing them for going through exactly what they are there for.

If you are more than 10 minutes late or cancel your appointment within 24 hours they are charging you $75!! That is insane. I have crazy adhd and am late more than I like to admit, so today will be my last appointment.

Crosspointe Family Services was the best resource I ever found for my son! I was at my wits end with his behavior and I felt like he needed more help than what the other places had offered. After getting signed up with… Crosspointe He had counseling and had participated with the outreach programs as well. It took a couple tries to get the right Counselor fit but they were great in helping him feel comfortable. The staff that helped us were truly a God send! I can not recommend them enough!!! They helped us so much and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them! Counseling, case management, peer support, Cbrs, along with groups for kids and adults! Most all agencies have a wait list but their programs are worth waiting for.

So grateful for the compassion and kindness my son was shown here. He has grown leaps and bounds in his abilities to manage his emotions. For those who have complained about finances and insurance issues, remember that… the responsibility for knowing your insurance benefits and coverage is yours, as is assuring that the provider you are scheduling with is in your network. Most places, I'm sure Crosspointe is included, bill your insurance as a COURTESY to you. I had the opposite experience here. I wasn't able to pay my whole bill every month because our deductible is so high and all the allowable would go toward that. The billing lady was wonderful to work with me and make a plan for me to pay what I could until the bill was paid in full. I would definitely recommend Crosspointe Family Services.

These people don’t care at all about the “mental health”, all they want is a paycheck and nothing more. The counselor my son had didn’t even care enough to create a care plan with him even after I asked for one. Then… she broke the law and told other people about stuff he said in confidence to her. DO NOT TRUST this place with your mental health or your families.

I've been going here for about 8 months now and have had a wonderful experience. The person i go to has been one of the sweetest people and has never judged. There's a huge age gap, which I was a little worried about… cause I have the wild hair and piercings, but we always end up laughing with each other and I always leave feeling a little better. Price wise I think it's rather fair. I haven't had an issue.

I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE YOU GO! I called before I went in, to make sure they accepted my insurance and to find out how much each session would cost. I was quoted a reasonable price. I went to a total of four… sessions. They didn't inform me the first session costs double for "new patient fees," but despite that, I went another 3 times and paid UP FRONT with an HSA each time. Then on the fourth time they told me that they had mis-quoted me and had been charging me the wrong price. Now each session was going to be an additional $40+ and I had to pay them an extra $160+ for my past sessions. Do not go to Crosspoint Family Services!!! All they want is your $$$$ and they will get it even if they have to lie!

My last appointment was 10/25/17 or should I say non-appointment. Upon my arrival I was told in front of a very crowed waiting room that I must talk to their financial person. What a wasted drive and use of my time! My… insurance info that had to be approved before I was ever seen and granted a counselor to talk to, and it was. But, the woman in charge of money informed me that I still hadn't met my deductable...I tried to tell her she must be looking at my husbands policy as Cancer eats up the money fast. They just wanted money...talk about making a difficult time even more difficult. Needless to say I was hurt & embarrassed. Not recommended if your already dealing with too much. I would never go back. Anyway I wasn't allowed to see my counselor and turned away.

Kinda mad, just came from there, I received an out of network bill for seeing a new hire NP there. They didn't verify her credentials with the insurance companies. They gave me the interview time and instead of a copay… i got a bill for $160. They charged me $90 dollars for that two question session. Well i paid the 90 dollars, they lost a patient that's been going for two years. It looks like they would rather keep their medicaid users instead of helping people who pay their own insurance. It's less work and more money to them.
