Dragonfly – Post Falls

This is a direct response to Bailey White the owner of Dragonfly. You thought you could retaliate against me after I kindly asked you to lowere your voice during a group meeting among 8 of us that day. I didn’t… disrespect you in any way. But you chose to Retaliate agents me EVEN after my 2 Wonderful councilors told you that I had been very good in my therapy. I had a good attitude and attended my classes with interest and learning. Then you decided you were going to Punish me by making me do another 12 weeks of a class. But that didn’t work out for you! I did my due diligence and had to stick up for myself and the PO on my case told me it was rediculse . And that was a no go. So I’m just letting you know that your retaliation against me was uncalled for. I hope this finds you thinking about your behavior. Have a good day!

Absolutely love the staff! They are always welcoming, kind and caring! The counselors are amazing they take the time to listen, and give you back positive solutions, but you do it together! Thanks again Dragonfly, you… help me learn to find and love the real sober me!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to schedule an appointment. Dave texted me to get my daughter on the books. I asked him any day after 3. He said next availability would be November 27th. On Thanksgiving. He… said misty is only available every other Thursday. So I told him to put me on the schedule for December 11th which he confirmed was open. Then he told me he cannot schedule that far out. I have never heard of a clinic not being able to schedule a few weeks out. He told me he doesn’t “typically” schedule that far out because of no shows. So I asked him when I can call to secure the 11th. He texted back and said even if I called next week he can’t guarantee that the day will be open. So if someone else were to schedule it they can. But for some reason he wouldn’t allow me to schedule it. It sounds like they are open holidays though so they have that going for them. I wouldn’t waste your time with this clinic. Unless you’re able to get in on a holiday. I did text back and told him to go ahead and put my daughter down for Thanksgiving day and he never responded back.

I was told to be there at 4 pm and if I haven't done my paperwork then to be there at 3:45 pm. I showed up at 4 pm and they denied me even though my paperwork was done. When I asked them what I should do they said to… find a different facility. They obviously dont care about people.

I haven't used drugs in over 14 years and I was honest about that and in my evaluation they recommended that I went back to treatment a complete joke if you ask me

Extremely poor communication skills from this establishment. No follow up, no call back. Had to beg for information that I was still never supplied with. Cycles through people like cattle here. Coming from someone in… the industry I have now heard from multiple people of position say to stay away from here. On behalf of my client who transferred from here, I couldn’t dissuade people enough from going here. Extremely frustrating and disappointed people are putting their mental health in these people’s hands.

Don't go here, if you actually want help find somewhere that actually wants to help you. Their evaluation tactics are a joke, they don't take their jobs or our recovery seriously. They are more worried about how much… money is going in their pockets. They use cheap print outs for the workbooks that you could get on the internet for free and charge an excessive amount, frequently end sessions early, and will make you feel like you are worse off than you are. Dragonfly is a joke, if you seriously want help this isn't the place to get it. They are greedy, unhelpful, and have actually pushed people INTO relapse. PLEASE AVOID THEM. Edit: There is a huge difference between glorifying/romanticizing past experiences and simply talking about past experiences and how they affected me as a person and changed my beliefs. I never actively 'glorified' my past, I simply spoke on my experiences and beliefs.

Would not recommend them for an assessment. My po recommended I get a second one and the results were much different. I chose a different place for treatment and have heard many other bad reviews of this place. Just a… warning

My review isn't even on the services. Simply due to the fact that it is virtually impossible to actually get someone to answer the phone. Or receive a call back. . Good luck to those trying to seek help.

If you need to do a court ordered evaluation, go someplace else. The husband had to do one and went here. It took us three times of requesting before it was finally received by the court by email. They will also tell… you that if it's court ordered that is against policy to give you a copy of your own evaluation. We have been informed from another counseling service that it is required by law for them to do so.

These people don't want to do their job & I feel bad for anyone who's looking for help through them bc they really don't care. They won't lift a finger unless you make it a point.

If you’re nervous about attending therapy and/or rehab, please give dragonfly a chance. I’ve never even considered therapy but coming here for the past 6 months has opened my eyes more than I could’ve ever imagined. I… look forward to coming here every week. And I also have gained amazing relationships with the staff. Everyone is so kind and professional and has done nothing but make me feel understood and accepted. I’m so grateful to have found this place when I did. I will continue attending therapy and classes well after I’ve graduated just because of how much better it makes my life. Bailey is amazing and hires amazing staff. I love Dragonfly! 10/10

The counselors here are great at what they do!!! Ty Dragonfly!

I recently started counseling at Dragonfly. So far my experience has been stellar, despite my preconceptions and logistical shortcomings. The staff has been outstanding, the atmosphere calming and comfortable, with… counselors that actually care about your recovery. Clean restrooms, open lobby and complimentary coffee. Isolation is the worst. possible counselor. Miguel de Unamuno So take the time, self care is good for everyone.

The receptionist is absolutely amazing! After going to a handful of different clinics this is the first time I’ve been welcomed with open arms and respect!

I absolutely love Dragonfly!! Everyone here, from the friendly receptionist and other staff to my counselor Carmen, are amazing! The setting is so peaceful and inviting!! Check this place out for all of your mental… health needs!

I had the opportunity to work with Dragonfly Support Services Their concern, caring, comfort and consideration were beyond professional My counselor was was honest and frank, with kindness and complete professionalism I… attended group therapy, which were not only very educational, but brought self awareness and self truth to light in a compassionate, safe setting Because of Dragonfly, their staff, their philosophy, my personal path and future are so much more confident, safe and bright Thank you to Alicia and Bailey for making a significant and needed, positive change in my life.

Phone number is an invalid number can’t reach the counseling place at all trying to get an evaluation done for cps and the number on their website doesn’t work either

My daughter had suicidal tendencies. And went to behavioral hall. She had been gone there a few months and we would have out of town about an hour away. On the way to taking her to therapy my serpentine belt went out… and my harmonic balancer broke in half. Was the second missed therapy and they kicked her out. We were not required to go there we went there on our own terms. Very frustrated.

I went here because my lawyer recommended them. After receiving the evaluation from Bailey J. White, my lawyer told me to get another evaluation based upon discrimination from the provider. After reading the report I… would have to agree with lawyer 100%. If you get an evaluation from this company my advice would be to avoid Bailey at all costs. My second evaluation was through a different company and my lawyer and I both agreed it was a better fit and had no bias. Edit: Upon further research it turns out Bailey is the owner. I would just avoid this place altogether folks.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this place and the staff! I can not express how welcoming they all are!!! I can be completely myself with no judgment! If you have to attend group sessions the environment is great and you… end up feeling like you’re with a group of friends with similar hardships talking it out all while learning how to cope in healthy ways!!! I have recommended this place to everyone I know and will continue to do so! My partner now goes for her mental health and so does my son and our lives are so much better for doing so!!! We are met with nothing but kindness and understanding! If we can’t make it in they also offer Telehealth which is a huge help! The receptionists are exceptional and efficient! And each of our therapists, Bailey, Ginger and Carmen go above and beyond to be there for us for any of our needs! They offer resources for any obstacle we come across and I couldn’t have asked for more!!!!!! If there is a waiting list, they are worth the wait and often end up seeing you sooner than projected!

I am going here presently and the 2stars go to the consolers.My issue with this place is them saying I owe them 240 dollars.I pay cash every visit.I am trying to figure how to resolve this matter without.going to court.… They never gave me any receipts for cash taken (poor business practice)If I have to go to court and have a lawyer suppenia the cash in on days I attended I will.Always ask for the receipt they don’t give unless you ask and if receptionist doesn’t log it you might have a problem that threatens your progress.Hopefully I get a response. From someone other than a clerk who never gave me a receipt.
