About Littleton CBOC – Littleton
Littleton CBOC operates from 264 Cottage Street in Littleton. The site sits in Grafton County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Berlin, Bethlehem and Lancaster. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Littleton CBOC
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Naltrexone is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Littleton CBOC Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 264 Cottage Street, Littleton, NH 03561, in Grafton County. The catchment reaches Berlin, Bethlehem and Lancaster. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

courteous, professional and lovely nurses
Despicable. Long ago appt. cancelled without notice, and then after checking in, both Mgr. and Nurse had me sitting there stewing over the delay without telling me until I got up almost an hour later to ask why. I had… called 8am to ask if any cancels for snowstorm, answer "NO". Waited almost an hour after checked in just to have them tell me "we cannot take blood because there is no order". If they can't get the paper right, who is stupid enough to let them stick a needle?
The VA Eye Clinic's staff & service is top notch.
Decent CBAC (out patient) location. Masks required. Comfy reception area with both electronic and human check-ins.
Right now there are no in-clinic PCPs. All PC is via telemedicine.
After getting out of the Marine Corps I heard that the VA is extremely difficult to deal with. This has not been my experience here at all. The staff and Dr's care and help get me the appointments needed.
The VA Clinic in Littleton, NH is easily reached, right off the interstate. Was treated professionally and used kiosk to check in. Physical therapy was great. She listened and accommodated for disabilities, while… teaching proper movements. Really was good and a tad bit painful. No pain, no gain!! Lol.
They get two stars for calling back. However, when I asked if there were any appointments available for tomorrow, I was told "no, we're all in training all day." No question on why I needed to be seen, would another day… work, nothing. Just "it's our annual training day!" Yippee. I'll try not to shoot myself until ya'll are fully trained. FFS
