About Manchester Comprehensive Treatment Ctr – Manchester

Manchester Comprehensive Treatment Ctr operates from 20 Market Street in Manchester. The site sits in Hillsborough County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Hampstead, Hooksett and Pinardville. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Detox and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Manchester Comprehensive Treatment Ctr

Withdrawal management covers opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Stepping down into continuing care happens with the same team, so there is no second intake to sit through. What a first week looks like differs between providers more than the level of care name suggests.

Methadone is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

I’ve been on MAT for approximately 12 years now. Ive moved and had to switch clinics multiple times over that period and can easily say that they all have their positives and negatives to them. I’ve found that most of… the negatives only feel that way because as addicts we are typically resistant to big changes in the way we have to live whether it be getting up early in the day, Keeping required counseling appointments or group attendance where it should be (100% me. Sorry ctc 😅), or not being able to infinately increase our dose at an unchecked speed. I can 100% say that Manchester CTC has an amazing staff. My favorite of any clinic I’ve been a patient to. I havent met anybody here that would not move mountains to help us whenever humanly possible. My case worker kim spent months with me last year helping me to find and sign up for an impatient program that fit my specific needs and never once got impatient or frustrated when I pushed it out further and further to avoid going. I also recently have been lucky enough to meet the director here named amy. This woman is a godsend!! I live about 30 minutes from CTC and my insurance had cancelled my medical rides temporarily waiting on paperwork that could not be filled out in time and amy reached out to me and has ordered me uber rides to the clinic and back home twice now while waiting for this situation to be fixed. Also went out of her way to find a solution for my paperwork just to make sure that i would be able to keep coming to the clinic and stay healthy. From the security guard outside, the women at the front dest, nursing staff, to the farthest hidden counselors office In the back of CTC Ive only ever come across people that genuinely want to help you as much as possible and are always happy / polite / encouraging. I strongly recommend CTC for anybody looking for help. Thanks for everything CTC you guys are the best 💯

I’ve been at the clinic for a year and a half now with Beth as my counselor and I have nothing but good things to say they actually care about us and don’t just raise our dose to make us happy like other clinics do.

Manchester CTC has been a huge help in my life. The staff here actually care and treat you like a person, not just a number. The counselors listen and really want to see you do well, and the nurses are always kind and… respectful.

The team of counselors here are dedicated to helping the community, have a variety of resources to offer and want to make people lead better lives. If you need support making positive changes and successfully getting… sober this is a good place to visit.

Manchester CTC is a great place!! Friendly people! Nursing always going the extra mile to help you! It's a different environment at Manchester CTC. People that work there actually have compassion for the people needing… help! They treat people with addictions as everyday people!

Manchester Comprehensive Treatment Center truly goes above and beyond. The staff here genuinely care and treat every person with respect and compassion. They don’t just “do their jobs” — they listen, support, and… encourage every step of the way. You can feel that they’re dedicated to helping people succeed in recovery. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated as a person, not a number, Manchester CTC is it. I can honestly say this is the best clinic around if you want high-quality care from people who give their all 100% of the time.

This has been an amazing place to get treatment. The staff is incredibly caring and still holds patients accountable to push them into making autonomous choices regarding their treatment. Manchester CTC does little… things often, like muffin Friday, celebrating different themes like recovery month. They work hard on outreach and connecting with the community.

This place focus on client care creating a balance between medication assisted treatment and addiction counseling. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable and willing to meet patients where they are at and work on… getting them to improve in their lives and better their recovery from addiction.

If you want a clinic that cares this is the right clinic for you I see other saying they don’t let you go up as fast that’s because they just aren’t about getting you dosed (like other clinics that don’t care) the… nurses are amazing! Office staff are very friendly Chantel is so awesome! Karen is awesome as well she always is so busy but she works her hardest to get everyone done and with a smile! Not always easy! Lastly my Counsler Ashley is the best Counsler I have ever had she is a tough cookie! but that’s exactly what I need/needed! Even the things I don’t want to hear but need to she is so caring and always want to see what she can do to help and she dose and makes me feel like I’m not alone and just so caring and supportive highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with addiction.

A close friend of mine has been through many clinics and rehabs over the years. This place has changed his life! It is a very structured program that teaches ones self that by working the program you can change your… life. I felt like he was always over medicated at other treatment centers. At Manchester Comprehensive Treatment Centers I feel like I have my friend back, the friend who had been gone for a long time.

This place rocks! The employees go above and beyond to help the clients. I love the fact that Manchester CTC is treatment based vs medication based. Love the fact that there are tons of groups to pick from.

Office staff is mediocre at best. Clinical staff are literally the greatest. I personally wouldn’t recommend this treatment center to anyone. Staff are not the most reasonable, it’s really slow going over there. This is… the only option for me otherwise I would not be here.

After seeing the YouTube video on how horrible staff treats people out in public, minding their own business, I can assure, I will never seek help here. Absolutely disgraceful!
