This place actually not only saved my life in many ways , but it helped know who I truly get my strength and courage from and that is Jesus Christ my Lord & Savior!!!

The staff and experience was life saving . I was feeling rough and they really helped me out and got me in quick . Thank you I would reccomed them to anyone who needs some mental health care

They are the kindest helpful staff who i appreciate all of them ❤️ Sherline is absolutely amazing n has helped me heal n I look forward to seeing her for therapy n Maureen for checkup n updates n of course the group… sessions are enjoyable. I Highly recommend this place its been an awesome experience n I always feel good when I leave 🥰

terrible.went there in a mental health crisis to make an appointment for a different day and i forgot my insurance card. they would not schedule me and refused to schedule me.they could’ve gotten my insurance when i… came in for the appointment !!!!! were very rude and i was in my work uniform in tears, all i needed was some help and they failed to do that. obviously they don’t care about mental health. i called someone else and made and appointment. 0 stars. this plane is right across from my job and the whole reason i tried to go there.

I go to the Milford office for appointments; Rasheen is always upbeat and helpful! My therapist and nurse practitioner have been extremely effective in providing whatever I need. It's a great place. I highly recommend… it.

I walked into Mind and Body December 2024 praying they could help me. I was met first by Rasheen, my voice was shaken, my eyes with tears. I told her I needed help, was there a way I could make an appointment. Within… minutes Rasheen had managed to get me in right away for intake. Next day I was in therapy. Rasheen and Dani both have been a big part of my healing. Kind words, showed an interest in what was going on with me no matter how busy they would be. Feeling welcome like your part of that team helps in so many ways. I can't thank Mind and Body, or Rasheen and Dani enough for all they have done for me. Don't want to forget Chris my therapist he is amazing! Maureen a big thank you for finding the right medicine for me from the start. One year later im better than I was when I first walked in that door. Thank you again Mind and Body, Rasheen, Dani, Chris and Maureen!

I have Janet as my therapist now. In 30 years of therapy I have never been able to get as far as I have with Janet Riviera. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful Rasheen and Dani are so wonderful. They… all seem like they care they show it every time I go in there. I've just never had the best experience with therapy in all my years. Thank you all so much

Very friendly treats every one like family

My therapist is Lenora is very caring and enthusiastic person. Her office is warm and very comfortable. A very relaxing place. Staff is very nice also.

Nikki is always so friendly she always make me smile

Cindy Cunningham is a superb NP . She listens throughly to my concerns and prescribes the proper meds without disturbing my health. I highly recommend her for your mental health.

Lies about important documents. Supervisors are rude and demeaning then try to dasligjt you to be the problem. They have you get the paperwork resent only for. them to continue to dodge your calls and lie further. The… Psych team there seems to not care about their patients but instead about their paychecks. Pushes meds but refuses to fill out documentation on said meds. I had a doctor that was ill He was shaking and falling asleep a way older gentleman. They had a guy training under him doing his paperwork and Neglected patient needsand lied further. I got transferred to Chris who also expressed his sypmathies for past care and Claims to offer help and care but then lied to again. Two weeks later still no word back when They had me get more paperwork sent to them to send back like they said they would. I call there day after day leaving messages and only to be ignored further. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, Do not have them go here. Very unprofessional and makes it impossible to solve problems they cause. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I said what I said and will stand on it. do better peoples lively hoods are at stake and you play with other peoples lives.

I go to the milford mind and body. I would just like to say for one, Jessica partin is a true and authentic therapist. She has helped me tremendously. She really cares and it shows. I also want to shout out the… receptionist Rasheen Dani. She has been so kind and helpful. Truly felt like I was in good hands. She totally stands out as well. I did not have a good experience with Miss Lenore. Somehow my appointment got canceled without me canceling it. Then when she was informed, I was there she had me sitting there for almost 30 minutes waiting while she… was in her office. Doing nothing when me my Experience wonderful and mind and body was the Receptionist ladies Rasheed and Dani They made me feel very comfortable. They made sure my appointment. still went on, even though somehow it was canceled leaving out of Miss Lenore’s office, my anxiety was filling out of control. I felt so much worse I felt confused.q Was supposed to be in an hour appointment turned into not even a whole 30 minute appointment But due to these ladies at the front desk, they uplifted my spirit They had me walk out of the With a smile, it made me feel confident enough to come Just with a different therapist

First of all, your mental health does matter and should be your priority. Mind and body around the state may have their own issues, but the Milford one is the place to be!! Rasheen and Dani are the front ladies who… always greet you with a smile and can even make you laugh which is so blessed to receive if you are having a rough day as is. the counselors really get to understand you and find out what your capacity is with trying to improve yourselves. the schedule setting up is amazing, can make appointments weeks in advance and always give you a reminder call before your scheduled appointment. 10/10 facility and services. wouldn’t be able to write this review if it wasn’t for the mind and body team in milford ❤️

Rasheed and Dani are great and make it easy for checking in and out. It's a warm and welcoming place and Jeremy is someone I heartily recommend. He listens and deeply cares about his patients.

Though some reviews seem to recall negative experiences (particularly around billing), I have never experienced such difficulties myself and in fact have only ever had a smooth and pleasant ride when it comes to them.… Any appointments that have to be cancelled or rescheduled are very easily dealt with and often times without me even having to call the establishment. The front desk people (Rasheen & Dani) are very kind and even remember my name when I walk in (I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but in todays world where it seems like basic human kindness is ever dying, especially when you don’t really talk to people anyway, those little things really help to make the place feel more comforting).
