Never answer the phone and communication is horrible. Staff don’t help and the whole class isn’t worth it. Have to drive an hour and 30 minutes to this place and $1000 for the whole thing. Worthless
How do I find an email of a counselor here? I got a new one recently and i have a could of questions but I have no idea where to find their contact information
They say that they want 2 help.but, l work full time and i am a full time student but they interfere so much i all most got fired and had a hard time in school from there less than helpful counseling meeting that only… are available 3 days a week and only for a few hours a day.!!!
Why are there so many bad reviews? I got a DUI in 2013 in North Carolina, im trying to get my license in Delaware now. But the reviews im seeing are making me think I should not do it. Can someone from thresholds please… reach out so I can get some information?
Total joke of a counseling rehab. Its,a money grab. Very rude staff. Go somewhere else.
Very, very poorly marked building. The sign is hard to see from the highway. Theres no signs in the parking lot to the entrance, and once you enter the outside door you're in a room again with three unmarked doors. I… knocked on all three, no response. Went out to my car to call and ask where should I go, and it went right to a voicemail during regular business hours. I got charged an extra 35 dollars for missing an appointment I couldnt even find because the building is so poorly setup.
Money grab, under the guise of “addiction counseling” so nobody questions it... very rude counselors and office workers in my experience. It’s not hard to be courteous and decent. The state of delaware is sanctioning… this also
This is the agency I recommend to people seeking help with addictions. I am a therapist who has worked with Thresholds for several years. They are more than competent, more than compassionate. I've worked with several… area programs, training therapists and administrators in trauma-informed practices. Thresholds is the best of them.
They're taking your donations and using them to lobby against the legalization of cannabis. If they were actually a real company that wanted to help with drug and opiate issues they would actually be for legalization… considering it has been proven for years that cannabis helps people off of opiates with less chance of relapse. This place is an absolute disgrace. Don't bother donating to them.
A rip-off company. Do nothing for their money. Once they receive your money you can no long reach anyone or get any services. They conveniently have several offices that mysteriously are never 'the one' that can help… you with your needs! And no one ever answers their phone. It doesn't get any more obvious that this company is not legitimate.
