This clinic is down to earth. The are concern of all the problems. They ask all the questions concerning your health so they can be solve.

One of the best health care center in USA, me and my wife are patients of Reliance Healthcare LLC since more than 2 years. The staff is very nice, specially Dr Nazar Qayum Chaudhry, Dr Yasmin Chaudhry and Dr Assad are… very knowledgeable and professional, they listen to their patients carefully and give treatment what actually the patients needs. We are very happy and satisfied patients of this healthcare center.

Very disappointed in the care I have received and the lack of empathy and compassion displayed by the Doctor and associates. I have been in office 5 times this year for blood work and different issues I am experiencing.… Each time I have a appointment I am having a different Nurse Practitioner, or Different Doctor review my issues, I have been prescribed the wrong medication being sent,and then not being able to get the prescription that were prescribed by Dr. because of the inability to follow the process and procedures thru pre approval and pharmacy protocols. With this being said I have been not getting proper health care and my health has declined since these visits. I am experiencing much anxiety, pain,and extremely stressed out from this.

good luck seeing any type of actual doctor. You will get a PA or nurse if you are lucky. The folks will tell you docs have told them they aren’t available and can’t promise when in the near future like ever… that’s the… actual response I got. And they are suppose to be my primary care physician Fast in fast out. Oh yea they want to charge top dollar for everything.. at times much more for example blood work. Go to actual lab corp. This is place is almost a scam skip if you can and find a real place not some shady dr office. If I had to sum it up it’s like a fast food drive thru - in and out fast and most of the time without seeing any dr.

My experience at Reliance Was excellent, from my check in and my desire to find a primary care physician through my treatment for my sore hip. It was very professional and courteous... It couldn't have gone any… better.... Good Experience or bad experience I believe in telling the truth and I would recommend Reliance to anyone including family.....

This medical center is excellent! They speak Spanish too, and the prices without insurance are cheap compared to others. The staff there are the best! Don't go to an urgent care clinic if you're feeling unwell, go here!… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were the most nicest quickest friendliest Medical Center I’ve ever been to you were in and out they actually cared about you. They weren’t just trying to make a buck. They actually wanted to make sure that you’re… getting what you need and what you came here for I am not gonna lie. The doctors and staff and nurses are so nice. Also you can get your medicine there. You don’t have to go to pharmacy. They have a built-in pharmacy on the site, which is amazing but like I said, they are the most friendliest kindest doctors office I’ve ever been to. they actually want to help you. I might drop my main medical provider and just go to them for now on because like I said you were in and out and they care about you

The dr was very blunt but in a kind and respectful manner. Shows they care about their patients.

Good place for DOT Physicals and primary care

I have been coming here since moving to Delaware and I can’t say enough how wonderful this clinic is! They fit me in so quickly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I really appreciate that they do walk… ins and appointments, and the staff has been so so kind! Dr Chaudhry is so helpful and a great doctor! Again highly recommend this clinic!

The front desk staff is RUDEEEE! Honestly i’ve never had such a terrible experience at a doctors office in my entire 28 years of living in this state. First, I had an issue with my co-pay, One receptionist told me I was… being charged $100 and the next receptionist told me I was only being charged $10. No explanation as to why there was a difference, Where was the other extra $90 going? Then I’m seen by the PA. This person did not make eye contact with me even once during the entire Appointment. Stood in the corner of the room, looking at their laptop and prescribing me medication’s for problems I don’t have. It was so bad, that the student assistant was side eyeing me Because the doctor was blatantly misunderstanding. Have y’all ever seen the good doctor? Then you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about with this persons demeanor. The lab in there got me mixed up with someone else during my blood draw because they didn’t actively listen when I told them my first and last name. They just assumed both Makayla’s in the building were the same person. Then when it came to picking up my prescription, I had to call the desk to ask them to send it over! I’ve never had to ask a doctors office twice to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. Urgent care does better than this Overall rude, and Shady front desk staff. Uncaring PA’s who lack social skills and bedside manner. The only good thing about this entire appoint was the medical student! She is kind, caring and actually listens. I feel bad for her education being in a place like this, She’s the shining star.

I appreciate this practice. They put in the effort to treat patients well. Sometimes I can be a difficult challenging patient and they handle me well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Gawrang. He was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about helping me. He noticed and corrected a typo in my report and promptly issued a revised version,… which meant a lot to me because this report was very important.
