Great staff!!

My grandma went there for a few days before passing. Counselors don’t even talk to patients there. The front office is rude. Management is never available. All they give us is the ethics and compliance number when we… want to talk to someone about something going on. People are constantly selling drugs outside. This facility is not helpful in anyway.

The program works. My cousin is doing great. He’s working and coming around family again.

Highly recommend! Excellent staff. All were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. If you have loved ones struggling with addiction this is the place to turn to.

Great location to get help whenever you’re ready and in a rough place. Everyone is always so respectful, responsive, and supportive

This Facility has been very helpful for my loved one so far! I bring them every single day for their therapy. Some people there do make you feel a bit judged my Loved one says but, for the most part He likes it. His… therapist is amazing and the Dr. Is great.

They need to post that they stop dosing at 1:30 on the hours. They might be open for counseling until 2:30 but they won't allow you to dose.

Great place could be a little more consistent on dosing time sometimes quickly others hours and less in person consuling more over phone makes it easier for people with social anxiety to complete was my downfall twice… 3rd times a charm .

This place works if you do the program the way it's intended, but the majority of the patients here still use drugs and can't tell you how many times I've had patients come up to me looking for drugs or pills, I don't… know why they don't kick those kinds of people off the program. They make you do counseling once a month if you're cash pay patient, if you're medi-cal patient counseling is once a week, they do that so they can bill the crap out of medi-cal... I've seen with my own EYES the corporate email that says both cash and medi-cal only have to do counseling ONCE a MONTH!! Also they LOVE to put you on hold if you miss counseling, they love to wave that methadone over your head like it's some form of control, that's why I walked away from this place, I got down to 4 mgs and walked away, kicked the rest in 2 weeks...my second time kicking methadone and I'll never go back...these clinics are about keeping you addicted, people claim they're "sober from opiates" but in all actuality, they're STILL addicted to OPIATES... methadone is a synthetic opiate...of course there's some success stories from these clinics and the program does work if you utilize it properly, but unfortunately most people don't and they end up lifers, you don't wanna be a lifer, methadone rots your teeth...

I love this clinic, the staff are very friendly as well as the counselors are great and they don't judge you or your situation whatsoever, they truly care about what you're going through and try to help. I would… recommend this place to anyone with a addiction problem. They will help you the same day or next day at the most, so call first set up appointment and go in, they have great hours for anyone who is working to make sure they can be helped as well, and they accept Medi-cal, which for me was heaven sent!

This clinic was 5 out of 5, helped me stay off of opiates for years. My only complaint is that the doctor would take me up 10mg a day, however when I was ready to taper down. Absolute most I could taper was 3mg a week 🤔

I have been going to this clinic for quite some time now and I must warn you about the lack of management and poor service that this place offers. Whether it be the extreme wait times or the complete disregard for… other's needs. For instance, many times have I watched them force elderly people to wait outside in the extreme heat because they can't complete the task of medicating 15 people, mind you we all sit and wait for hours to get our prescriptions EVERY DAY. My advice is that if you have a job do not choose this clinic because you will most definitely be late to work because of the constant wait times.

I have been clean for almost seven years until today. Angie their employee decided to be cunning and rude and tell me that I probably wouldn't be able to dose by 2:30 "because we have a really long line, and we stop… giving medicine at 2:30pm no questions asked" so guess what 👏👏 I might die.

Never thought this would work and honestly Proud to say I've haven't went back to my old bad me . This saved my life . Staff is awesome although I see no point in conseling !

Ben going here for years sometimes the workers make it seem like it's our job to do there job which makes it impossible because only you can do your job so I don't recommend a place putting there thumb on you if you can… do it without this place I recommend it save the headache

The people that work here are amazing and welcoming. They are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They remember your name and things about you.. they make you feel like you are the only patient or person visiting. The… doctors and nurses are just as wonderful! I have personally seen this place change more than one life for the better. I can not share enough how this place is changing lives. If you come across this looking for help or any assistance they offer for yourself or a friend or family member.. do not hesitate! Start now! You won’t regret it.

I'm now on my 14th year opiate free. I've been to many clinics in SoCal and this is undoubtedly the largest clinic i've been to. Methadone Maintenance has kept me clean.

Where do I start ... The staff do not have any good communication skills nor are they on top of they're jobs. Some are very rude I would not recommend this aegis facility I had transferred thinking it wouldn't be so… hard to do so but they just give you the run around .
