My experience at Alpine Recovery Lodge was nothing short of life changing. Every facet of the program, from the 5 star accommodations (the food was amazing), to the incomparable addiction recovery treatment was… absolutely exceptional. The staff members were kind, personable, caring and insightful. I felt like a member of the Alpine family. Last night I attended an alumni meeting at the Lodge. It felt like going home. Most importantly, through the Alpine program I was able to become aware of several key elements that were keeping me stuck in a life-long cycle of addiction. I feel like an imancipated slave who has been set free. I would whole heartedly recommend Alpine Recovery Lodge to anyone seeking to overcome addiction or mental health issues.
Man rehabs make it damn near impossible to go to if you don’t have insurance or a bunch of money. $21,000 dollars a month for this place if you don’t have insurance. No wonder so many people stay stuck in addiction!
Going to Alpine is hands down the best decision I have ever made for myself. The staff and clinicians truly care about the client's well being. I have never left a treatment center truly believing that the work has paid… off and I am moving forward in a positive direction, until now. Alpine has helped me create a new beginning and have a life worth living where I am not just struggling to survive day to day. The skills they taught me including DBT, CBT, and helping me get in touch with my spiritual side are useful and I am excited to see where this new chapter in life will take me. Thank you for everything.
Alpine recovery lodge saved my life in more ways than just one. I had such a great experience there from the process groups to the DBT groups. Alpine has a piece of my heart and they always will. They helped me with my… addiction I couldn't get sober by myself. I highly recommend alpine. Heather quickly became one of my favorite parts of my days at alpine and so did deren. I love alpine so much and sad to be gone
I cannot speak highly enough about Alpine Recovery Lodge. The entire staff are among the most supportive and loving people out there. They truly feel and treat you as family. This program has changed my life for the… better. I felt safe, loved, and supported all while being challenged to become the best version of myself. It isn't easy, in fact it may be one of the hardest things you'll ever do, but if you put in the work and effort, it is so worth it. Alpine will always hold a special place in my heart and feel like home.
Such a great place to recover.
I loved this place, helped me tremendously with finding my higher power and my own purpose in a world i felt lost in. They are simply amazing!
Last September, I checked myself into Alpine Recovery Lodge, and it was my first time ever in treatment. I was extremely nervous walking in, but choosing Alpine ended up being the best decision I’ve ever made in my… life. From day one, the environment was welcoming, supportive, and genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe, understood, and cared for. They truly cared about my success and for that I'll always be grateful. Alpine Recovery Lodge felt like home and I'm proud to call them family. I highly recommend Alpine to anyone who’s ready to take that leap of faith into recovery. I did and it saved my life.
Had an incredible experience with the time I spent at Alpine. It was my first time going to treatment and had no idea what to expect. They have a remarkable team/staff. The personal genuine connections they create is… truly amazing. Life changing experience, and would highly recommend.
The staff, mentors, and therapist were the most caring, respectful wonderful people I've ever met while going through one of the hardest times of my recovery in my life. I'm forever grateful for Alpine what they've done… for me and the amazing friendships I've made but most of all for all I've learned to live in healthy sobriety. I've learned healthy coping skills and tools to improve my life moving forward. Thank you Alpine.
The decision to enter treatment was something I knew I had to make and choosing Alpine Recovery Lodge for help was life changing. It is an amazing place and I have a new outlook on how I plan on living. The care, love… and support that I received from every staff member was truly exceptional. The lodge is quiet, roomy and comfortable. The balance between living there and also learning there was incredible. Being able to attend meetings in the evenings or in-house speaker meetings really helped with a better understanding of the steps of recovery. The trips to FTR and the rec center to exercise was nice as well. Being allowed to have friends and family visit on Sunday afternoons for a few hours was a great bonus. Peter is a great therapist and really made me think hard about a lot of things from the past, present and future. I felt like we had some really great one on one sessions. The work was not easy and at times uncomfortable, but was necessary to do. The process groups with him, Kelli or Ami were very helpful to me. Getting feedback from the therapist and also from others in the group helped me see different views to different issues and find ways to get through them. Heather does an awesome job being the case manager for the clients. She is patient, caring and listens to your concerns or questions. Her guidance in the process from day one showed me that she wanted the best out of my time there and that my sobriety was important. Laura is a great House Manager. She is kind, intelligent and well informed. You can tell she takes pride in her job and will always make time for you. That is something I really appreciate. Jane has to be the most caring and thoughtful nurse that I have ever had. Her attention to the health and wellbeing of every client stood out. She went out of her way, stayed late and even worked on a Sunday when I needed her help. There is one person that I think everyone that has spent time at Alpine will always be thankful for and that is the chef, Darren. He makes everyone feel at home and makes the best food day in and day out. He also takes special care to make sure any food allergies are addressed. The way he runs his kitchen is second to none! The mentors that stayed each night and on the weekends are some of the best people I have ever met. Not only did they treat you as an equal, but gave some of the best advice for my future. I will miss them all and consider them friends that I hope to see again! Thank you all so much!! Overall, my experience was incredible and I learned so many valuable tools and skills to help in my sobriety. I would highly recommend Alpine Recovery Lodge to anyone wanting to get help with addiction and live a cleaner, healthier and happy life. Thank You Alpine!
This was the very most meaningful use of my time. My experience placed me out of my comfort zone, but quickly acclimating wasn’t too challenging. The amount of work that was directed into myself, and guided for me to… work on myself, continues to have an impact, each and everyday. Not all of the teachings, conversations and experiences that I absorbed were applied in my life and made apparent, immediately. Great food by Daren. I loved living in co-ed in the Lodge and being in a sober softball and sober volleyball leagues. The outpatient house is luxurious too, which was a contributing factor to my progress. Having swims in the pond that’s behind the high school are also favorite memories of mine.
They cleared my head and saved me so much heartache. Alpine Recovery is outstanding!! Counselors are smart, inciteful and experts in this field. Staff helps but keeps the boundaries and guidelines. They provided a safe… place to reflect, wisdom to help me see my internal challenges, and tools to get my life back on track. Not easy but I look back now with gratitude for each person that makes up Alpine Recovery. I learned. I found compassion. Therapy from professionals. Thank you all!
Excellent care throughout my 4 month stay!!!
The staff here is great
Heather, Montana, Kelli, Hans, Kelsie, Laura, and Ami are all phenomenal at there jobs! 5/5 would recommend to anyone seeking treatment.
Alpine Recovery Lodge honestly changed my life. It wasn’t easy—actually, it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done—but it was completely worth it. Heather was such a steady presence through it all. She always knew… how to ground me when things felt too heavy and truly cared about how I was doing. Kelly was hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had. She helped me see things I didn’t even realize I was holding onto and gave me tools I still use every day. And Laura—she’s amazing. So patient, so understanding, and never made me feel judged. She really listens and makes you feel seen. If you’re ready to do the work, this place will walk beside you through it. I’m beyond grateful for the people there and the healing that started because of them. 💙
Alpine Recovery Lodge played a life-changing role in helping me achieve and maintain sobriety. Through personalized therapy and effective recovery tools, I learned how to understand myself and build a foundation for… lasting recovery. The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and dedicated to each person’s healing journey. The facility itself feels like home — warm, comfortable, and surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Rocky Mountains just outside the back door. My time at Alpine helped me grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. It was truly a place of healing and transformation. I wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Recovery Lodge to anyone seeking real change and a supportive environment to overcome addiction.
ARL saved my life. After 10 years of active addiction and hitting rock bottom, I knew that if I didn’t do something drastic, I was going to die. Montana, the program director, helped my friend with any payment or… insurance questions she had on my behalf, and told her that I needed to come straight away and that they would take care of me. I was apprehensive and not ready to commit, but even after two weeks of dragging my feet they allowed me to admit with open arms. I was terrified, as I have never been in residential treatment before. I didn’t know what to expect, or had any expectations of the level of care I would receive. I stayed in the program for 90 days, and it is the best decision I have ever made. The team here deeply cares about their patients, each other, and ensuring that individualized care is the priority. The first couple of weeks are the most difficult, and the love and support that I was shown enabled me to stay and see my treatment through. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t for the mentor Austin, as he has done the same with many others before and after me. The structure here is amazing. You have a dedicated and full schedule that tackles all facets of addiction recovery, and they heavily prioritize community within the house and at outside recovery programs such as AA. Alpine healed me in ways that has allowed me to standup and show up for myself, and rebuild a life that I am incredibly proud of. Each member of the Alpine team deserves their weight in gold and I am so thankful for how I was treated, how they care for others, and how they never give up on anyone - no matter how tumultuous their recovery is. I am soon to celebrate 1 1/2 years of sobriety, and this wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for Alpine.
Alpine quite possibly saved my life. They have exceptional living quarters, beautiful scenery and great balance between processing emotions, coping mechanisms and one on one meaningful therapy. The staff is second to… none. They really care:)
A Truly Life-Changing Experience at Alpine Recovery Lodge Alpine Recovery Lodge is an absolutely amazing place to seek treatment for addiction. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care, integrity, and… dedication that set this facility apart. The entire team operates with genuine compassion and professionalism — their integrity is far beyond what you’d expect from a treatment center. They truly care about every individual who walks through their doors and go above and beyond to ensure each person’s healing journey is supported in every way possible. The facility itself is beautiful — peaceful, welcoming, and surrounded by nature, which creates the perfect environment for recovery and self-discovery. Every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the thoughtfully designed therapy spaces, promotes healing and growth. One of the best parts about Alpine Recovery Lodge is that they are in-network with many insurances, making high-quality treatment accessible to more people who need it. That commitment to helping others — both practically and emotionally — really reflects the heart of this place. If you or a loved one are seeking a place to truly heal, grow, and reclaim your life, Alpine Recovery Lodge is where that transformation begins. The healing journeys that happen here are nothing short of remarkable.
Alpine saved my life over 2 yrs sober now Thank you all
Alpine Recovery Lodge completely changed my life. When I first arrived, I was broken, lost, and trapped in addiction. I didn’t believe I could ever be sober or truly happy again. But through their caring staff, therapy… sessions, and structured daily routine, I began to heal. The detox program helped me safely break free from the physical hold of drugs, and the one-on-one counseling helped me face the emotional pain I had buried for years. Group therapy taught me I wasn’t alone, and the peaceful mountain setting gave me a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in a long time. Activities like meditation, yoga, and hiking helped me reconnect with myself and find strength in healthy ways. Today, I’m not the same person I was when I walked through those doors. I’m sober, hopeful, and finally proud of the person I’ve become—all thanks to Alpine Recovery Lodge.
Alpine Recovery Lodge in Utah is amazing. The staff are kind and professional, and the place is clean and comfortable. Their treatment plans really helped me, and the peaceful mountain setting made it even better. I… highly recommend it for anyone looking for great recovery support. Five stars!
Alpine Recovery is the best! My son went to several other places where he felt like they didn’t truly care about him or his recovery. I have learned a lot about rehab centers and they are not all focused on healing the… addict. Alpine is! My son has felt like the staff there cares about his success, while at the same time, holding him accountable. They also took my insurance, which is a huge benefit! I’m so grateful for Apline Recovery, and even though we have a long road ahead still, I know he is in good hands.
Alpine saved my life.
