This facility provides an exceptional environment with a highly dedicated and compassionate staff. My primary therapist, Casey, was outstanding. I am currently in an intensive outpatient program with Mason as my… therapist, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at APEX! The staff is absolutely amazing, and my therapist, Mason, went above and beyond. It’s clear that he genuinely cares, and his support made such a meaningful… difference in my life. I left feeling like I had a completely new outlook and a renewed sense of hope. I’ll forever be grateful for Mason and everything he has done for me. I truly couldn’t recommend him and APEX enough!

From the owners down everybody was very helpful @ Apex Columbia Tn. I was able to connect With Josh the mental health therapist even though I went there for drugs and alcohol he helped me understand my relapses from… before. Now as for the time I spent in IOP after the 20 days @ apex, was very good actually better than the time I spent @ Columbia there were 2 reasons. 1. The groups are so much smaller you can comprehend more without all the interruptions from around the room. 2. Mason Sharp the therapist teaching the IOP had me thinking about what more can I learn to be successful in my journey through this mess. He always had something for us to think about and reply to after the lesson he had prepared for us which usually created some good conversation amongst our group. He also offered many different books and apps. we could purchase or download for our own library to look back on.

Apex saved my life, Brian, Clint, Jess and Ashley are so amazing and tend to all your needs they all helped me so much I love You all thanks so much.

I don’t know that I would choose this place for my counseling services, after seeing one of their employees on Scoop Nashville for assault on his girlfriend and sister and have seen him blasted on Facebook for domestic… abuse and bruises all over the lady. I feel there needs to be better background checks on who is hired to help people recover. Someone threatening to kill someone is not who I would trust to be counseled by.

Dont recommend basically car sales men of mental health will say anything to get you in the door.

I arrived to Apex in Brentwood after my initial stay at Apex in Columbia. WOW. I have only great things to say about the facility and the staff at Apex. Not only did they save my life, they taught me a new way of… viewing my life that I will carry with me forever. The first time I walked in I was greeted by everyone and given a full tour. I was delighted to see my fellow recovery family already in class for the day and it felt like coming home. After that, I went straight to case management where they reassessed my needs and made sure I was put in the correct mental health IOP class. They gave me time to get unpacked and settled in before serving a delightful chef prepared meal. They have the best staff cooking up world class meals twice a day, lunch and dinner, with a full continental breakfast every morning, including boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, danishes, and cereal. The required 5 meetings a week are easy to make because Apex brings in actual NA and AA meetings to the facilities every day of the week. You simply chose which ones you prefer to go to, or you have the choice of going to outside meetings should you choose to do so. I would not be in the phenomenal mindset that I am today if it were not for the foundation that I built with the help of Apex. I highly recommend starting at Columbia for inpatient/detox and working up to the outpatient with housing offered by this incredible company. Keep up the good work of saving lives Apex warriors! The world needs people like you guys!

I hate to give bad reviews but I just can't help but leave this one. The rehab i was in told me they had gotten my accepted into Brentwood Apex. They said you are going to love it so much. And it's so nice and if I know… how rare it was for them to be able to get somebody accepted into there with it being in brentwood and brent wood being such a rich area in neighborhood, and I didn't even want to stay in the state of tennessee, but they made it sound so appealing that I went ahead.And decided that I would go. They, tell me they had talked to a caseworker. They so oh and that they had a clothing closet and was gonna be able to get me full clothing. Everything that I needed, and that I would be completely taken care of that. I had to worry about nothing. I heard thisvon speaker phone. Because I was going with nothing. The rehab I had been in had given me barely nothing. I didn't even have a pair of shoes that had soles on them. Well I got there and nothing was the way that I was told it would be. I was greeted by the receptionists. I can't think of her name at the moment, but she was very nice and then she brought another woman to do my orientation. Her name was Laney, and she seemed so nice and said she would be there for me. For anything I needed. And I was like, wow, these people are great, and they tell me there's a personal chef. But unlike what I was told over the phone, the personal shift does two meals a day, and they set out fruit for breakfast.I don't know that I would call the other two meals actual chef made meals because the meat is only halfway done.By the way. So Laney when i would see her and gave a question after that front desk was so rude. She screamed at me when I asked about the clothing closet that was empty. The guests got me together clothes. So the rent is supposed to be 2000 a month but they say you can stay free for awhile while your in iop and when your time is almost up they will get extensions through insurance so focus on getting better money isn't an issue because they get was over 2000. So the man that did iop always talked over anything you said. He said my insurance was approving two more money I need to just focus on me. The next day him and Laney call me in and said meanly insurance decided just 3 days and I needed somewhere to go immediately and I knew if nowhere l. The night iop instructor Brian who is very nice helped me. Most of the male techs and "chef" were fired were fired for relationships with female guests. Brian and the co-owner Muchaek are great. The rest cares nothing about sobriety just money. Dont make the mistake I made and go there unless your rich. Also a lot of sexuak activity happens in there staff included!

Apex recovery was an amazing rehab to reset and restart for sobriety, recovery and mental health. I did not have a single issue with staff. Everyone was so caring and kind and truly there to support you and wanting to… see you get better. I highly recommend this place if you need a fresh start to your life in any way, shape or form! I have faith in myself that I will be thriving in sobriety and mental health for a long time, hopefully the rest of my life 😀✨ Thank you Apex staff for all you do :)

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Mason has an unbelievable amount of knowledge and the way he structures it is second to none! Highly recommend, id recommend Mason if that’s an option.

The counselors and staff really care and are there for support and help from the beginning to the end of your journey. here. Like all places it has a few hiccups but you get out what you put into it. Definitely ask for… Clint 😊

I went to apex Columbia first for substance use and mental health and then Brentwood - they helped me with processing trauma and understanding how my brain operates creating new neural pathways. Went here for mental health counseling and the whole place is a joke. I was a commuter and the first day there was zero mental health adjacent programming as they promised. Decided to give them another shot and I… arrived and no one was there to let anyone in. The group was not there as it was described (which by the way took place in a communal cafeteria. So you better not say anything you dont want random people to overhear.) No one knows what theyre doing, the therapist couldnt be bothered to sort out a pointless argument over semantics for an hour and half Wednesday. Then decided they were done half an hour early. (Of a 3 hour session, so 1/6 of the total time). Im so glad that I wasnt unfortunate enough to be here residential and I can go home and read something therapeutic as it seems that will be infinitely more helpful than anything this program could provide.

I have worked for years with Melissa Golden. She is an amazing rep and does a great job at educating people on the services available through Apex. She has great communication skills and is willing to go the extra mile… for anyone she comes across. If you need treatment at Apex then she is your girl!!!

As a CPRS and Recover court coordinator it is always a very easy process to assist clients into treatment. Melissa Golden is amazing!

The entire experience at APEX was amazing! The community, fun, fellowship, hospitality, groups and activities led by different staff members made this a safe, loving, learning environment. I highly recommend APEX and… all of its programs. The overall chemistry of the APEX program is contagious and makes those who seek a program succeed.

I would not be where I am today without Apex. Truly life saving!

Mason Sharp was outstanding throughout the entire process. His virtual IOP groups created a supportive, non-judgmental environment while still holding participants accountable, which made a huge difference. He is… knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. Mason does an excellent job facilitating group discussions—ensuring everyone feels heard while keeping sessions productive and focused. The virtual format was convenient without sacrificing quality of care.

After completing treatment, I went to a sober living house through Apex and did IOP. The experience I had with Mason S. Was great very informative and guiding. Gave me the tools and suggestions that were needed to be… able to face any problems that may happen along the way on my journey of recovery. For that I’m grateful and blessed to have home as a teacher for IOP. Thanks Mason!!!!
