It would have been 5 stars but I had 17 calls from a telemarketer on the hospital phone. It was very upsetting and with me already sick it did not help.

In my perspective everyone from the doctors, nursing staff, food service and janitor s were exceptional, the 4 star is because the nurses and techs seem to be shorthanded at times I was asked when I hit my call button… are they answered promptly and unfortunately at times it was due to staff call offs, I understand that, I give credit and grace to those who show up everyday that complete there job and some one else’s in a timely manner. Shout out to nurses Jeanna, Paisley and Richard they made my stay at your facility the best experience!

The most impressive thing to me were my Nurses. They had plenty to do elsewhere but were very good to me too. And everyone was so very nice. They made an unpleasant experience much more doable. Thanks 😊 girls for taking… the edge off. And although I didn't eat much, what I did eat was delicious. I'm home now with my cat Ali, my wife, and my chair. And all is well with my world. Thank you.

The care I received was above average! All of my nurses, techs, dietary staff, and housekeepers made my stay much more comfortable during a scary time.

Everyone was great but the doctors need to keep the patients more informed on the what the plan of treatment is. That would make the patient more at ease if they know what is planned.

The entire staff was professional and kind. I’m grateful that they were able to get me scheduled sooner due to a cancellation. I would like to say thank you very much.

The providers while I was hospitalized were all exceptional. They made a tough time a little easier.

I highly recommend this hospital. EVERYONE from the team of doctors to the nurses and ALL of the staff was very compassionate, informative and kind. This hospital literally saved my life. This is the first hospital that… I felt safe and truly cared for. They made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry because I was so scared of my outcome but they never gave up. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon lol but if I ever need a hospital this is exactly where I am going. You can trust that your loved ones WILL be taken care of. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. May God continue to bless all of you.

Everyone was so kind and responsive!

My mother had her aortic valve replaced and she is doing wonderful. Dr voelkel and his team took very special care of her and I couldn't be more pleased.

My care was exceptional. Particularly nurse Noreen. I would have never expected such care and attentiveness for my condition. Thank you to all that contributed to my recovery.

My care was second to none. The doctors and nurses were exceptional.

The fifth floor was highly understaffed. The caregivers did the best they could considering they had 14 patients to tend to. There should be more staff to care for that many patients. Five stars to the nurses and techs… and the surgical team.

L&D nurses went above and beyond.... NICU I Dont like..... They don't listen to the parents they do whatever they want ... God forbid you can't every inkling of light there or your low income family and struggle getting… there .... Not very helpful with parents already struggling not being to have their babies home

I will never go back to st Vincent I have veinuous dyfenincy weekness an they said nothing they can do I know there is surgery for it

Dr Arrufat and his team are the epitome of concerned and caring medical providers. From my first visit to establish whether or not surgery was necessary, to now, recovery from sigmoid colectomy, they have all been the… most knowledgeable, attentive and caring team I have ever been under healthcare for. I thank them for their certain consideration and would highly recommend Dr Arrufat and his team.
