From the moment I arrived at ER, to the nurse ( Barbie ) and the doctor ( Dr. Behrns) to the lady in X-ray ( Amanda M ) the ENTIRE staff was beyond amazing. No words can describe how grateful I am to each and everyone… of them. The care and professionalism was superior. They all deserve 100,000+ stars if you ask me. Thank you!
I would rate the nurses at 5 stars. Everything else was terrible! Therapy evaluated him but never touched him after during a 6 day stay. My husband had bugs/ spiders on his plate on several occasions. He was never seen… by the Psychiatrist. The psyc NP was great. The social worker was nice but awful. We have been home for 2 days and therapy and home health have not received referrals even after I called her twice telling her they had not received referrals. He did not have half the medications they prescribed or changed during his stay. The unit was very noisy, staff yelling down the hall, which made it difficult for him to get any rest.
I spent the last 2 weekends in the hospital. I had exceptional care from everyone both times. I was there thru the bad storms and the nurses went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe and as comfortable as… possible. Even though we had to sit in the hall till after midnight, they made sure we had recliner and pillow and blanket and water. As always, I had a great experience.
I have never been treated so kindly and gently any where ... there wasn't a single staff member who didn't spoil me while I was there...they all were constantly asking and attending my needs...going above and beyond to… make me comfortable and simply kept me company so I was never lonely

Words seem inadequate to describe the excellent care my wife received during her stay in the Serenity Unit. All staff were compassionate. At risk of omitting all the wonderful caregivers, I would like to mention several… notable names; in particular: Katrina, Courtney, Brenda, Kristi. These staff members stand out.
Nurses were unbelievable great 👍 but the place is dated, wake up call,was a cafeteria person waking me up for breakfast.

Caring, professional, and beneficial to recovery
I ended up being admitted to the hospital and the staff was amazing. Michelle was my nurse during the day. If you've been hospitalized for anything you know it can be very boring. Michelle was extremely kind and willing… to have conversations with me. It really help the time go by and I am very please with the care I received. Thanks again Michelle and all the staff that helped me.
I have a real good experience at my appointment. Dr. Barnett take a real good time to listen to all my problems and find a good solution to all of it. He is not in a hurry. He is really caring. My nurse was real nice… and caring as well.
Definitely would recommend my provider, Jennifer Broshears. She always takes the time to listen & discuss, and never hurries me out the door. My health is so much better after switching to her.
