Bluebonnet Trails Community Services – Seguin Detox and Rehab Services
What Bluebonnet Trails Community Services – Seguin offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services – Seguin Address, Location and Contact Information
1104 Jefferson Avenue, Seguin, Texas, 78155 is the address held. The city lies within Guadalupe County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services – Seguin Reviews and Ratings
Bluebonnet Trails Community Services in Seguin can be understood partly through its license and accreditation, and partly through what patients say. Read their reviews here, and leave one if you have been in treatment at the facility.
Bluebonnet has helped my daughter make progress. We started with them when she was 11. She works with a Psychiatrist and an in-home skills therapist and online talk therapist. If needed they offer a respite program that… is similar to in-patient, but feels homelike and like a "therapy camp." They also offer "yes waiver" program to get her involved in community activities (art, animals, sports). They also have a 24/7 crisis hotline that we've programed in her phone when she's melting down and needs to "vent." She has gone from throwing things, breaking, hitting, getting into physical fights at school to using her words and her coping skills A LOT more!
I contacted Bluebonnet Trails today during a mental health crisis, clearly explaining that I had limited financial resources and that I urgently needed support or guidance for counseling or crisis services. Instead of… being offered crisis resources, low-cost options, or clear information about available services, I was told an appointment would cost $55 and that I needed a primary care provider, which I currently do not have. During the call, the staff member also made an inappropriate remark about people “diagnosing themselves,” laughing as if it were a joke. This was unprofessional and deeply discouraging to hear while I was seeking help. She then asked me to explain my entire situation over the phone, which felt invasive and not appropriate for an initial crisis call. The tone and attitude were so dismissive that I experienced a significantly severe panic attack afterward. This experience left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and overwhelmed at a time when I was already vulnerable. Mental health providers should offer compassion, clarity, and crisis-appropriate guidance—especially when someone reaches out in distress. No one seeking help should be discouraged because of financial hardship, lack of a PCP, or unprofessional behavior from staff. I hope this review encourages improvements so others in crisis receive the respect, support, and direction they urgently need.
Got my daughter an evaluation for counseling and they said they would call with an appointment. They never did. I kept calling left voicemails even drove there and they kept saying we'll call you. They did 6 months… later some guy saying all they do is hand out medication and we can meet in a park in the hot weather to discuss the treatment. Um no thank you. Now being forced through the state to have my son go. Same type of incompetence. 2 hrs of evaluation over zoom followed by multiple Docusign of TRYING to get it started BUT the Docusign is always incorrect with wrong names so of course the insurance won't take it. The person instead of comprehending keeps saying well do you want to pay for it instead of insurance paying for it. No ma'am we want the forms correct so our insurance WILL pay for it. I don't understand how this place is still running and why the state is working with a place that has this many problems. Cheap easy money for all involved? Trying to get ppl to pay out of pocket? Trying to get ppl to meet in 100 degree weather just to write a script never mind real counseling? Big pharma insurance greed
As others have said, go elsewhere!! The office staff is extremely unprofessional. They shat the bed with one of my appointments and then the higher-up from the main office couldn't even be bothered to return my call. On… top of that, my daughter missed half her appointment because they couldn't verify her insurance, which had already been verified and had not changed. Do not come to this office for help with mental health. You end up worse off than before you came. They legitimately do not care about the person, just the payment.
Everyone there is so nice... When you walk in the door you see a smile like they're happy to see you again... Thank you to the whole staff and I mean everyone that works there. They're all nice people.
Great helpful staff.
Went in there book with a receptionist I think her name was Becky or Beatrice it was something with a B you know she was rude she was acting like she didn't want to be there she didn't like her job she hated people I… don't know what her problem was she was really upset with people that didn't speak English and was really aggravated when a African-American would go up and ask questions about filling out the form I'd say if you can call the number they offer you instead of going in person for this person at the receptionist is very rude I'll never go back there again
This agency is a joke and was no help to my adopted son at all. The court pushed the services on us as though bluebonnet trails staff are miracle workers. Counselors were nice but inexperienced and clueless.
Horrible place. If you love your loved ones , seek help elsewhere.
It was a great experience staff were welcoming and friendly!..my doctor was awesome!
This place literally helped save my life. The staff is kind and understanding. Thank you so much for all that you guys do for the mental health of the community! ♥️
Run to the Hills, People!! So where do I begin?? Right from the get go, I would catch flak and attitude from every single staff member I've encountered. They insult my intelligence, demean me, are rude to me, and go way… out of their way to not help. Here is the first example.... Example #1: On Saturday, May 7th, I was going to attempt suicide. I spoke to a member of the crisis team. Who rather than listen to what I had to say, they decided it would be a good idea to argue with me about what my zip code was. Not answer me. Not acknowledge me. Straight up disrespect me. So I hung up. I almost succeeded in my task to end my own life, but was intercepted by the police. (Knowing what I know about Bluebonnet Trails now, I sincerely wish I finished the job). Example #2: A one Sarah Reynolds gave me a bunch of reassuring speeches, and like an abuser, (which is all they really are at this point), she said the words "this time is gonna be different." That was major red flag for me. Sure enough. My suspicion was proven correct. She told me things that were not true. She said they would help me and treat me with respect. However, that didn't happen. She had me come in for an appointment to see one of the doctors about medication. I asked the doctor several times, "what kind of medication should I be taking for my issues?" (I have bipolar and PTSD). Rather than answer a very simple question, she kept ignoring me and repeating herself. I eventually had to walk out of the room to get away from the stress and aggravation. Example #3: The same day I was disrespected and ignored by their doctor, I was also told they would provide me a government assistance phone. I had to get a ride to get there. Now I'll admit, the staff was kind enough to arrange a ride for me, but that's a moot point because of the piss poor service they gave me. When they gave me the phone after the appointment was over, I was told we had to leave. I told the drive "Wait a minute. I still need to set up my phone." She then told me that "she and no-one else at the clinic" would know how to set that up. She seemed to have zero concern for my need to have a working phone. She was rushing me out of the door. I was beyond upset at this point. She seemed more concerned with where she had to go and with what she had to do that day, than the needs of myself, the patient. I will never ever trust Bluebonnet Trails or any other medical organization as long as I live. I am still trying after two days to set this damn phone up. Nobody wants to help unless I threaten to go somewhere else. Don't ever trust anything these people say. They are habitual liars, and will tell you anything they think you need to hear in order to get what they want. Which is getting you back out their doors. Run people. Run the other direction! They will not help!!
Unprofessional, had a virtual appointment with Julie and she completely mixed up my information with another client. Sent me grief counseling group spreadsheet since she thought I was there because my grandma had died??… Told her that’s not the reason why I made the appointment and explained why I was there and she said that my trauma doesn’t really count as a “traumatic event” and how I should chalk it up to being a teenager and that’s a good excuse. I felt so invalidated and at that point I was thinking how does this lady have a masters degree in psychology but lack so much empathy? (she went on and on about her education) She proceeded to talk about how her niece was spoiled and made it all about herself she even said “ohh but it isn’t Julie’s time to talk is it?” I proceeded to say that I wanted to get screened for OCD and she said she only diagnoses depression, GAD, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar. Waste of my time and now I have something to talk to my therapist about so thanks 👍🏼
Seguin dental and health is a good place to go for your health and dental needs
There's one crisis worker in particular here that has shown an enormous amount of concern for my well being. I'd just like her to know she's awesome 👌
Always been top notch. Very supportive and caring. Would and have recommended BBT to friends and acquaintances. Love this place.
The office staff are a very caring and helpful group of ladies. Rosey is always helpful and listens to what I'm needing. The nurse practitioner we see is very personable and helpful to my son. We have been going here… for years, they act to help you not makes things harder.
Had video conference scheduled for weeks. Morning of conference I call toobtain code for logging into conference. Told they're short handed but coneone would call. 30 minutes after appointment time, I call them & again… I'm told someone would call me back. It's been 2 hours & still no call. Highly disappointed. This is a mental health issue. Now I have to go through entire process again with another doctor, wait for an appointment weeks from now & meanwhile my cjild is suffering. Not professional & I feel completely let down.
Best staff ever!! This place with help you the best they can! Honestly I love the way they run things here.
Kristina kessle is really the best dr I could have had considering I'm very worried and stand offish and I can be very weary when it comes to physic meds. I'm forever grateful for her suggestions and I hope to keep her… asase dr for years to come!😊 very smart and very quick at diagnosing me and giving me the right combo of meds to help me finally feel normal.
They have terrible service and staff. I’ve had to go over there about 3 times to not even be seen and they tell me “I’m dramatic” how are you gonna tell me I'm dramatic when I’m trying to reach out for help? Don’t go… there. It’s horrible.
