Break the Cycle – Bunnell Reviews and Ratings
Patients remember things about Break the Cycle that no register holds: who answered the phone, how the first day went, whether family were included.
If you have that kind of knowledge, a review in this section passes it on.
I just wanted tonleave a quick review for Break the Cycle. The entire staff has been amazing, but the one person that has made this entire experience go from tolerable to enjoyable has been Jamie. She goes above and… beyond for each one of her clients.
Taking the MRT class was an amazing experience that genuinely increased my self-awareness. Right from the start, Susan was incredibly friendly and helpful during the intake process, which made a huge difference. The… program teaches you to look closely at your goals, behaviors, and thinking processes in ways you might not have realized you needed. It really opens your eyes to what’s happening around you, and having Robert Morger as an instructor made it even better. He was so supportive and made the material easy to connect with
When walking into the break the cycle I was greeted by Susan that was very friendly and super helpful. Having Jamie as our counselor who is the instructor in our classes has made this experience easier for me. She is so… supportive and full of so much knowledge to make you understand the ins and the outs of whats right and what’s wrong. She is very genuine, but at the same time she gets her message across. For someone like me that has never had to experience this before in my lifetime Jamie has made me see this whole experience in a different lens .
For the first time in my life never did I ever think I would be in a situation so confusing in life, but I walked into the office in Bunnell and first met Susan ( Office Manager) and Jamie (my counselor) I was so… nervous, not knowing what to expect but they both made my visit so comfortable for me. Thank you both for your support and politeness. You made my visit so much easier that I expected.
Break the Cycle has truly been life-changing for me. Jamie Myers is not only an amazing therapist but also a compassionate mentor and teacher. She listens with her whole heart and creates a space where you feel… completely seen and understood. Her wisdom, patience, and encouragement have helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. I’m beyond grateful for Jamie and the incredible support she provides — she genuinely cares and it shows in every session.
Counselor Jamie is amazing!!! She is soooo down to earth and caring and compationate that without her wisdom and passion about the tools needed to stay focused and sober i would not have been able to manage my sobriety… ..i would reccomend talking to Miss Jamie if you want to get sober or stay sober!!! Absolutely amazing!! 10 out od 10!
Their communication from instructors to front house administrators is second to none. The flexibility of scheduling paired with authentic compassion for the clients separated Break the Cycle from other competitors.
Btc is an amazing place for recovery and fellowship. Jamie is an inspiration, she's a great counselor and she relates to us in group. 💚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice people they actually care about there clients show real empathy as well the whole crew was great
This program is very helpful in motivating people to break unhealthy habits that can ruin your life.

The people who work here are really nice especially Jamie. She actually cares about your recovery.
Great place for healing and sharing your thoughts in group format. Awesome staff (Jamie) and nice atmosphere.
Great place, awesome atmosphere and the staff is extremely nice!
Amazing staff and an overall great experience.
All the staff go above and beyond to help you. They do their best to help you reach your goals and to help you get your life turned around for the better. Great place and environment!!! Would definitely recommend them… to others!!!
Everyone there was so nice and helpful!!!
Great classes, great teachers and Susan and Angie Rock. Roberts pretty Awesome too.
They are only interested in keeping you in their systems. No authority to say anything. Only... here is your Bill and your fees for all these classes. Took my money yet again for nothing and very rude AND HE SEEMS LIKE… HE IS ON A DRY DRUNK VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Worst unprofessional mental health facility they all gossip about the information you share with the counselors there and you pay for it 10/10 a joke do not go here go to sma
They told me to get help somewhere else!!! They only want cash! No debit no checks no Ins. Wanted to charge me $110 for a no show back in 2017. Sooooo they wanted $150 cash ! I walked out
I cannot say enough good things about Break the cycle. It’s an amazing place with amazing people that help you to get sober and clean from addiction. I wish every addict could go through this program.
For me as an addict from a family of addiction during a time we're I have hit rock bottom I had to go to and take class here and thoe it was mandatory by court order and would never have chosen to go I can't tell you… enough about the great knowledge and experience within BTC I'm very grateful for the many people they reach palm coast has alot of drug users and there needs to be more places like this where we can go for help from people who have lived through the same struggles and problems that we addicts deal with very thankful and so grateful for all the amazing work you people do here and for our great community!!!
in September 2018, I started attending BTC for 6 months of vivitrol and groups, that literally helped me to change my life. I couldn't of done without BTC's help. Thank you so much for all the help, from getting me the… grant for the vivitrol shots, to the scholarship for groups. So now it's been over a year since I first walked through their doors, and I'm still sober. Thanks Kim, Robert, Angie, Doug and Danielle!
Professional and courteous. A very welcoming and respectful staff and environment.
I actually go to treatment there as we speak. It is what you make of it. We are adults that needed some direct. This place has been my go to place if I need a minute. Staff is awesome. Just try it. It is saving my life… .🐈 Rebecca.
These are the most caring people you will ever meet. They believe in you and it shows.
