About Bridge Behavioral Health – Lincoln
Bridge Behavioral Health operates from 721 K Street in Lincoln. The site sits in Lancaster County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Crete, Seward and Yankee Hill. Nebraska draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Detox, residential treatment and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Bridge Behavioral Health
Withdrawal management covers alcohol, benzodiazepine, cocaine, methamphetamine and opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Someone starting in detox can move into residential care without changing provider or repeating an intake. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Residential runs both short and long term, so the question at intake is which length the assessment points toward. Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

Bridge Behavioral Health Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 721 K Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, in Lancaster County. The catchment reaches Crete, Seward and Yankee Hill. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Opening hours shift with staffing, and an evening slot one month may not exist the next. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Title: A Real Resource for the Community—The Bridge Connect If you are looking for a place in Lincoln that actually understands the assignment—a place that is about more than just checking boxes—you need to check out… The Bridge Connect. I go there for meals, and it’s one of the few places in town that I actually enjoy going to. The setup is solid: they are generally open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with dinner service starting around 4:00 p.m. It’s an awesome environment, and honestly, in some ways, I think it’s even better than the better-known spots like Matt Talbot Kitchen. What makes this place stand out: The Team: A massive shout-out to J (aka JJ). He is the heart of the operation and really keeps things running smoothly. He’s incredibly caring, and he’s always down for genuine conversation. It makes a world of difference when you’re treated like a person, not a number. Pet-Friendly Resources: This is huge. If you have a pet with you, they have an area where you can kennel your animal, and they even offer a pet food pantry. It takes a massive weight off your shoulders knowing your companion is taken care of. Comprehensive Help: They are a major hub for resources. Whether it’s clothing, food, or navigation help, they are doing the work. Important Clarification: Just to be clear for anyone reading this—The Bridge Connect is separate from The Bridge Treatment Center. This is the place for people who aren't currently in treatment or are just passing through and need support. A Final Note: This place runs on donations and the generosity of the community. They are giving so much to those of us who need it, so it is vital that we keep giving back—whether that is through donations or your time. They can always use extra volunteers. If you’re in a position to help, this is a place worth supporting.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Bridge. I came there 4/23 and graduated 7/9/2026. I came in lost and broken after having had 2.5 years clean. The counselors Tiffany, Daniel,Sira, Katlend. All taught me… how to love myself and taught me the tools that I needed to get back on my road to recovery. Plus all of the RA's did a tremendous job at helping me and guiding me in the right direction. Also Colin and Brody were absolutely amazing and helpful. I am forever grateful for the Bridge to get me where I'm at now. This time is going to be better for ME!
The Bridge Connect is a good clean place to charge and get food. The staff is helpful and the food is amazing! Best place in town keep up the good work 👍
The people that operate the bridge connect are really helpful and kind it's awesome that they do the service they do it's very much appreciated hopefully they keep it going
My life was a disaster before I came to the bridge here they showed me how to love myself again thanks to the staff Collin Jessica Erik Tiffany and Kaitlyn now my life is starting to look alot better
Great atmosphere! Provided me with learning tools to help me continue recovery out in the real world! The staff are caring and show true concern for your health and well-being! They want to see you improve your life.… The Bridge is a great place to begin your recovery journey!
I've been to The Bridge on more than one occasion, graduating once as well. Game-changer. They truly care about your plan going forward after as well. In comparison to other treatment centers I've been to, I was most… impressed with The Bridge. Anyone truly looking to change one's life for the better, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. Great people, amazing program.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is massively underfunded. If you know a politician or someone with influence, please tell them to do more for this place. Not the staff's fault at all. They cooked our… food, they cleaned at night. All I had to do was exist and fix myself. Trish admitted me and assured me that this was the right thing to do. She was the first person I met and she was perfect for the job. She was so hard working that day, putting out fires all over and never even came close to losing her temper. Next the nurse pulled me in. I can't remember her name and I feel terrible for that. But this woman didn't have to listen to my sob story. She listened for almost 40 minutes. I was really going through it, and I just needed someone to listen. She assured me I seemed like a good person and that was all I ever needed to hear. Thank you. Then my counselor, Syra. This woman was born to do this job. What an amazing soul. She cut right through and knew exactly what I needed. Coping skills, trigger spotting, help with trauma. She's the best. If she was doing freelance, I would go straight to her. I think the Bridge has her though. Thank you guys. I will tell everyone. You guys are the best. I will make you proud that you do your job.
I went to the Bridge in January, lost, suicidal and got admitted to respite. I then went to treatment there. Where I was able to deal with past trauma, mental health and drug addiction. With the help of staff and other… clients I was able to turn things around. Great program I recommend to anyone who wants the help. They saved my life.
I've tried to go here several times for help. Everytime staff made it about themselves. Listening to their loud provocative music. Answering pages of questions for no reasons. I've never received help here. The place… makes you feel smaller everytime.
A wonderful place and the programs.
This place changed my life to a better.
I talked to a very sweet nurse about getting my brother help. Was told that there was room for him but it was first come first serve. So I Drove an hour there for my brother to get help and waited two hours then was… told to take him to the hospital. They said from there once he was cleared they would pick him up from the ER and check him in. Once I drove all the way home I got a call from him saying he didn’t meet the qualifications. When I asked the 8:00pm nurse why all of a sudden he can’t stay she refused to tell me why just kept repeating he didn’t meet the need when the nurse before her said he did. So I had to drive back to pick him up. when I asked him what they said he repeated the same thing he just wasn’t in a desperate need for their help. They also had him wait another hour in the waiting room before declining to help him. If you didn’t have the available spot just say that. Waste of time.
When they turn people away that are begging for help with detoxing from alcohol??? That’s why people commit suicide. Not very responsible. My son put his life in the Bridges hands screaming for help from inside and you… turn him away?? I still can’t wrap my head around this and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
A lot of great things begin here.
Junk
Absolute paradise compared to places I've been. I was so afraid to stay and commit, but after 7 days I didn't want to leave. I will definitely pay it forward to this organization, you get in to it if you're willing to… do basic things. The groups are therapudic and optional, you're fed well, you can have leisure and gosh, I am so thankful for the support. Go to the groups, be open, be you and you will be loved. No matter how far down the scale you're falling, this is a team of individuals who will help you out of that hole. Do your part and ask for help, be honest, and it scratches the surface of greater things. If you're a smoker you can have gum, I would trade a thousand days without a cigarette, which I thought I couldn't do, to receive this kind of care. You have to want it, all they want is to see you get better. These people are genuine angels.
People great, food not so great.
Great meeting place! Coffee Service and Fellowship!
Beautiful renovated building literally under a bridge. I go here for Sunday morning Hope and wake up Sunday early to be there at 9am. I would suggest getting there 15 before the meeting to get a seat as they fill up… fast and see all the friendly faces and drink the rocketfuel for coffee.
The staff was good and friendly, the food was alright but loaded with snack and munchies, no caffeine on the unit which was more difficult. The groups were okay some of them were thought provoking. There is plenty to do… to stay busy being stuck on the small unit so that was my favorite part about it.
Caring and kind human beings.
It was different but I like it
