About Blue Valley Behavioral Health – Crete

Blue Valley Behavioral Health operates from 1212 Ivy Avenue in Crete. The site sits in Saline County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Beatrice and Seward. Nebraska draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Treatment Services at Blue Valley Behavioral Health

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Blue Valley Behavioral Health Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 1212 Ivy Avenue, Crete, NE 68333, in Saline County. The catchment reaches Beatrice and Seward. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

I went there for a court evaluation and the person that did the evaluation lied. They said I was a drug addict and an alcoholic, which I am not. Because of their false statements in the report. The court ordered I do… IOP and AA meetings. I don't have a drug record. I spoke with my Attorney and he ordered a 2nd evaluation some where else and I had to pay a lot to get everything cleared and show I'm no addict. I suggest you avoid this place and their lies. I will be sueing this place as well for damages they caused me. Save yourself the headache and get your evaluation done somewhere else.
