Centerville Clinic Inc – Fredericktown

I recently visited Centerville Clinics at the Fredericktown location, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The dentist bedside manner needs significant improvement. She was very loud, overbearing, and at times… felt unnecessarily forceful. I also felt that she inserted herself into situations where it wasn’t necessary and seemed to overexert her authority rather than allowing the visit to flow appropriately. Some additional training in communication, patient interaction, and professional boundaries would definitely be beneficial. On the other hand, the dental assistant was wonderful. She was helpful, calm, patient, friendly, and made me feel much more comfortable throughout the experience. I really appreciated her demeanor. I do think it’s important for clinics to pay attention to how staff members interact with patients, especially when there is a noticeable difference in how authority is exercised. The dental hygienist was a white Caucasian woman, and while I cannot say for certain that race played a role in my experience, I do think it is worth acknowledging when considering the overall interaction and how it made me and my daughter feel.. Overall, the dental assistant deserves recognition for her professionalism, but I believe the dental hygienist would benefit from additional training in bedside manner, communication, and knowing when to step back.

I would rate higher than five stars if I could. It was my first time there this morning and every single staff member was SO welcoming and had a smile. I saw Dr. Dobariya, he took his time and listened to everything I… had to say. I will not go anywhere else now!

Very nice facility. Friendly and welcoming staff! Welcoming atmosphere. Informative, helpful, guiding staff and doctor. Very knowledgeable.

It was an absolute waste of my time going here.. I got told from the centerville clinic scheduling department and another location of centerville clinic that they take children and they don’t. Why wouldn’t they tell me… that ON THE PHONE before I made the appt and drove all the way out there? What I got done yesterday could have been done somewhere else that could work on kids. The dentist was extremely ignorant too. Doesn’t know how to talk to people and her tone was just off.

I received an invoice from Centerville Clinics in Fredericktown, Pa. regarding services rendered that I was uncertain about. So I called and discussed the issue with Debbie in the accounts payable dept. and she… explained to me in detail how the invoices get generated. She was very customer friendly and oriented. She was very sincere in regards to my concerns and solved the invoice issue.

Another disorganized mess of a place that plays Russian Roulette with your life and livelihood. Stay away from these clinics; their TOTAL Health Care is a big Fat JOKE! My former "Total Health Care" team from… Centerville Clinics: FACT 1: I have heard nothing from any of them; no follow-up of any kind. FACT 2: I seen Dr. Varun Dobariya in the beginning of September 2025 he ordered Blood work, reviewed my CT Scan, and sent me on my way with 2 Kidney Stones, an Inguinal Hernia, and Intestinal Blockage, no direction or follow-up of any kind and did not follow through with a biopsy requested by a Urologist. FACT 2: I seen Danielle Guerrieri 3 times during the Summer for my protruding hernia, she reviewed my CT Scan, ordered me antibiotics & steroids and then strung me along the whole Summer. Mind you she was very ill herself, and did recommend I see a Urologist, which I did with no follow-up with her or anyone else at Centerville clinics. FACT 3: NO ONE at this facility would order, approve, or follow through with a biopsy on my swollen lymph node & enlarged prostrate which was recommended by an outside Urologist. FACT 4: My Mental Health team consisting of Courtney Smith and Dr. Mehta continued to dismiss my health problems and the affect my care was having on my mental health, resulting in merely Pill Pushing as a solution. Keep in mind Courtney is a CRNP and everytime I have seen her, my insurance was billed for seeing a Doctor which she is not! This Cracker Jack Box was more concerned that I wasn't in a relationship than the protruding lymph node on my right side. FACT 5: I was told I didn't have an infection by Centerville Staff and 15 minutes later they called me back to tell me they made a mistake and that I did have an infection. FACT 6: I had 2 CT Scans and both revealed the same things; a hernia, kidney stones, and Severe impacting and nothing was done about any of it and no one willing to help me get answers or relief I DO NOT like doing this, at all! It gives me no pleasure. But this is my reality, a reality that many face in their struggle for Total Health Care. I am in physical pain and my mental health is in serious crisis AND THIS IS WHY! I now have to wait even longer to get Cardiac Clearance, January 5th to get cleared for hernia surgery. This could have and should have all been done in the Summer, but Centerville Clinics Mismanagement, Disorganization, and screwing around with my case has led to extended suffering and hardship and there is just NO Excuse for it.

Absolutely the worst professionals I've ever seen , I get 1 prescription from my PCP there and it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a return call if any is returned , Talking to the front desk will get you transfered to the… nursing station and 98% of the time they hang up on you , Honestly I do t see how or why people deal with this as patients, It's uncalled for and very disrespectful as a medical facility to act this way , But they will do nothing even if a comaint is made to the higher ups , These doctors and employees are literally there for a pay check and not a professional standard in there body. I had to switch PCP's just to get my heart pills after not having them for 2 weeks .

I’ve been a patient with centerville clinics for most of my life. I’ve always stayed within practice, even after my favorite drs leave the practice to start their own. Centerville clinics knows how to take care of you!

Great practice, Great nurses, doctors & clerical staff ! They do it all in one place with locations spreading all across Washington county ! Very satisfied with the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff !

I've been going here for over 24 yrs. This place has went down hill so much that it went past the bottom!!! My so called family dr stopped 1 of my much needed medicines from ANOTHER dr!! Not only is this highly illegal… but also highly unethical!! My other dr was extremely mad about this !! If you go to the MH department don't even bother trying to call them! They never answer the phone and if your lucky enough to get a voice mail, they never call you back!!! The ONLY good thing about Centerville clinic in Fredericktown Pa address is the lab, xray and mammograms!!!! They are very nice and pretty quick to!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

Dr. Michael Irvin is the best podiatrist ever ! He's very caring and makes you feel at ease! He definitely takes the time with you . He explained everything in detail! VERY HAPPY FEET!!!!! THANKS DOC!

Staff is always so friendly. Dr Changco is always caring and professional.

The dentist that they have working here is absolutely a monster. None of my concerns were handled. None of my questions were answered. When he shoved the tool into my tooth and hit a nerve, I jumped. He threw his tools… down, told me " if I wasn't going to cooperate, I can leave!"....so I did. I have NEVER been treated like a dog by anyone like this. I have been coming to Centerville for my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this "dentist" to anyone I love or respect. Most people are scared of the dentist, this human is terrible for business and will run people away so fast! WILL NOT RETURN, because I respect myself enough to not let anyone treat me like this. Shame on Centerville!

Scheduling department is absolutely terrible.

Drove an hour to this place stood in line for a half hour just to be told I was 15 mins late for my appt that they couldn’t see me. Place is a joke

Pneumonia again...seems like a springtime issue with me...maybe I need to get the vaccine for this as well Covid didn't get me...lol Pneumonia hasn't yet Great service and response time from Centerville clinic Test… ...x-rays ...diagnosis..and meds to fix the issue hopefully all in one day..excellent It's the one stop medical shop in my book I've got no interest in running around getting tests and waiting on results Centerville Clinic...Dr. Danielle G..thumbs up

I love Dr. Changco but can not stand Centerville Clinics. Called today to try and get an appointment and was told I can't see my doctor until April. I can't wait til then I'm sick now! What's the point in having a… doctor, if you can't see them when you're sick???????
