Being a client of a few methadone treatment centers, Charleroi treatment services by far is the absolute best. Their compassion and care of the their clients is extremely remarkable. They make you feel value in… yourself. The entire staff is professional and without judgement. The staff can also guide you on any other services needed. My road to recovery was made easy and a priority in my life due to the staff especially counselor Hayley center of excellence Maureen and nursing staff Hayley and Shakira. It starts as soon as you walk in from the smile of the receptionist Jan. So please if you are serious about your recovery please contact them and your life can be on track. Special thanks to Jason, Jan, Shakira, Hayley ( counselor), Hailey (nursing), and Eric. I appreciate doing this journey with the help of you all.

Horrible nurse works here and looks down upon patients. Treats them horribly. Nasty lady. Rest of staff is great!

Haylie is the best!!!! Plus the whole team also. But she goes above and beyond I just wanted to put it out there for her to get some recognition.. Caitlin is also don't get me wrong... And Jan I could go on forever she… is like the heart n soul... She knows her shit that's for sure

New patient and absolutely LOVE it here. They really made the transition from the other clinic i had come from to this one super easy i was leery because the last clinic i was at was horrible n had nothing but problems.… But this clinic SHINES. Wish i would have come here sooner

I find it hard to believe some of the reviews. I have always had a positive experience with these folks! I just returned to today after a few unfortunate life changing occurances. Everyone was so wonderful! At 60 years… old, I lost everything, including my home of 30 years and all of my clothes! I am permanently totally disabled and times have been tough. I was amazed how everyone employed there made it a point to welcome me back. A couple of the ladies went upstairs and picked out 4 nice outfits for me, just my style. They provided me with information, names and phone numbers for folks to contact about food and other services. Jason, the owner, makes it a priority to say hello and ask how you are doing. Everyone took a genuine interest in my wellbeing. It's important to ask for any additional help if needed and tell the appropriate person about anything for which you might feel disgruntled.

Don’t go here!!! I used to tell everyone how great they were when I moved to the area, I e been in recovery since 2019 and this complete incompetence over an ekg is proposterous! Whether the hospital or the clinic it’s… been 2 months of going through withdrawals again… until morning when I can dose waking at 2-230 w rls, shaking and I’ve never ever had so many thoughts of relapsing in all 4 years I been in recovery!!! I’ve heard it won’t take much but as a store manager, area manager I get stress daily but this place they definitely have me on the brink of why did I ever move back here or why did I ever get clean when all I’m ever going to do it be in withdrawal every dang day anyway and all I hear is they didn’t..they need to grow a pair and take responsibility!!! Last time I got fed up paid a friend to go with me for a witness!!! They couldn’t say I didn’t go this time!!! Wanna bet? 😂 Now it’s they never sent it over!! Yet I had records on phone walked back in to be told oh well too bad now you still gotta at least do another week!!!! Can’t redo the bottles I, the nurse, so rushed to do anyway!!! And of course dr isn’t here today either!!! Yeah they def can push anyone over the edge and never care or take any reaponsibility for their actions what do they care this is just a paycheck to them no matter how many relapse in their care!!!

I been on methadone 28 yrs I went 1 day a week.a urine come back with in it they took all of my days. i know it a LIE. 2 yrs pryor i filed a claim against them for taking me off 560 a month of methadone im 64 that could… of killed me. I should of left this place love the Doctorand Lauren. and nurses but its all LIES. watch yourself. there not what they claim to be.

CTS is an excellent treatment center the staff is very nice and they actually care about your recovery and not judge you they treat you like a person and not some lowlife person it's awesome there

Don't trust these people especially counselor they will tell your business to people. As far as the nurses they are nice but thats about it at this place.

The entire staff from the receptionist....nurses...the Drs and dr assitant are all wonderfuul been coming here for over 8 months and I love it ane the staff!!!! Esp my therapist Jeff whom I had for months now is… wonderful!!!!

Would never recommend these people all they do is play with people and they never tell you when their lowering your dose . Yes be careful if you go here for treatment . Never go to them

Saved my life... until they play games with my take homes. I know as an addict it takes little to cause relapse and this place does that. It will lie and say u have dirty urine and then never give u owed take homes.… It's bull.... I used to talk so highly of this program but this clinic is disgusting. I am going to try my hardest to let them know that the6 can't treat people this way....
