Clinical Consultants LLC – West Jordan Reviews and Ratings
Reviews are where patients and families describe Clinical Consultants LLC in their own terms: the welcome at admission, the counseling, the planning for life after treatment.
Reading them is a sensible step before calling the West Jordan facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
Be careful with where ever you take any of type of treatment with some of these questionable people and the excuses you get or simply no response to anything. I spent 7 months skipping rocks between 12/30 and now… between ACES VOA and Clinical. Evan is cool, some of the others, but the admissions team at this outfit do not report between companies and I have been playing games with Clinical for over 5 years. (2 years for employment as a CNA for clearance process, $20 out of pocket, and was dirty for naltrexone 2-3 times taken for alcohol and prescribed by my doctor of over 5 years, I'm a former beer alcoholic). The false positive had to go to a lab and it was $35 out of pocket. Because of repeated false positives for Naltrexone, I had to finish out employment probation ua's somewhere else. The contracts with ACES, VOA, JSS, lawyers, or the courts, show the agency you are coming from and going to. This allows all to share fair and accurate information. Only if you revoke any of the information, will it make it invalid. If you switch providers, revoke the information. Check all your dates to a T. Require a wage data sheet for income before you even give your insurance. 4-5 weeks is what estimate I was given for the eval to come back. I got REAL suspicious when ACES took almost 90 days to come back with my treatment plan. Look at your bci carefully and review all charges on it to date. Look at the police report to make sure it's accurate. Update all charges and what you plead to. Review to see what your arrest was and what you plead guilty to. Get records of billing notices and balances month to month. Check group attendance every 4-5 weeks. It is not the same wherever you go and "seems confusing" is no misunderstanding. Flat out. Look out for automatic billing notices on your account after leaving or finishing your groups successfully to prevent more from going out and billed falsely. Keep your po, the court, and lawyers up to date on fair and accurate reporting so they can follow it for you. Have the Judge monitor it and make some decisions if it becomes too extensive and difficult. Go back to the referring agency if it goes past an unreasonable time and costing you months of waiting. I was very reasonable over 5 years and it is more suffering this way than the actual groups. The treatment plan shouldn't have a review date, the court decides. There shouldn't be a expected completion date unless groups have begun. Get all discharges, billing statements with a zero ending balance, portal information, the police report, the bci report, and your wage data sheet, along with your completion certificate or status reports MONTHLY. Ordering someone to redo a 1/13/26 evaluation on say 8/15/26 is not reasonable! They had my info to share ever since 1/7. Never revoked it from being shared. That is with 8 completed groups from ACES I reported on my own! I said guess I'll do a new evaluation, when is it available? Nothing. Make sure if you discharge or complete groups, that you end ALL billing notifications to the client to prevent over or under billing the insurance. Have them verify coverages to you and make sure those are accurate. If you are not getting any answers from treatment providers, call JSS or talk to your referring Judge for direction.
My first EVER review. I had an issue with alcohol. These guys pretty much saved my life. I feel I can now be the father I need to be for my children!
Clinical Consultants is the perfect place for an assessment and treatment. Their weekly classes are friendly and convenient. I've had great experience with CC overall. I had an issue with my 1st therapist, Drew Hanson.… The clinincal director made sure my needs were met in the end. This is a 5 star review because Rachelle Babcock has been there for me through all my difficult situations. Evan and Alec are also great people. Thanks CC!
I would like to thank Neal Tate for helping me with my recovery, feel engaged in every group meeting, giving me and others positive feedback, making me looking forward to seeing him every week! I am so thankful for… working with him! I also want to thank Alec Hale for being so helpful, always available, always breaking down whatever questions I had and making sureI understand everything going on!
My Name is Vili and I wanted to share this. I had a very positive experience at Clinical Consultants during my substance abuse treatment, and I appreciate the support I received from the staff and instructors. My first… therapist, Megan Vanroosendaal, was very attentive and thoughtful in her approach. She created a space where I felt heard and supported. After she left, I worked with Cody Raspberry, who provided strong guidance and helped me focus on personal growth. A key takeaway from her that stayed with me was, “You don’t have to use every day for it to be unhealthy.”The group facilitators also played an important role in my progress. Gentri Fox (Cognitive Therapy) helped me understand my thinking patterns more clearly. Aleina Erye (Health Connections) created a calm and supportive learning environment. Neal Tate (MRT) was engaging and relatable as a teacher, and Heidi Kenney was also very supportive throughout the program. Overall, the program provided valuable tools, insight, and structure that supported my growth and recovery.
My time with Clinical Consultants has been an amazing journey of transformation and the care, support and wisdom from my one on one therapist Natalie Sheppard was 100% genuine and very helpful towards the growth I have… made.
Before switching to Clinical Consultants. I suffered I felt stuck, unsupported I was bullied by a staff member among the mental abuse, the out of pocket cost that was sprung on me on my last day after I expressed that I… felt unsafe I was kicked out of the theur shady program. To mention the poor inaccurate reports sent to my Probation Officer. Switching to Clinical Consultants has been life-changing. The entire team—Rechelle, Courtney, Leslie, Alec, Heidi, Evan, Cami, and the staff—go above and beyond. They didn't just provide counseling; they actively supported my legal journey by providing timely, professional letters of recommendation that made a real difference in court. For the first time, I feel I’m moving forward, finally finding the freedom I’ve been working for. At Clinical Consultants they are respectful, they don't 'call you out' or put you down, and they provide actual assignments and backup plans that keep you on track. While every person’s journey is different and success ultimately depends on the individual’s commitment to follow through, the support I’ve found here has kept me relapse-free and moving forward. I finally feel clean, sober, and supported. If you are ready to do the work, this team will give you the tools to succeed. Helen
These people even though I was a hard one, literally saved my life!
Courtney has been an incredible support throughout my recovery journey. At the beginning, I struggled to get to sessions on time, but she saw my effort and stayed persistent. She never gave up on me, as long as I didn’t… give up on myself. She showed up every step of the way, even going beyond by reaching out when I needed her most. It was so amazing, and I’m truly grateful for her guidance."
All the therapist are professional and kind I would recommend Clinical Consultants to the people who are in need.
These guys were great with me and gave me the support I needed I recommend
There always supportive and always care they got me through a tough time.
For the most part I would recommend this place. I really like my therapist. I have issues with Dr. Baird. I only met with him a few times and he made some rude comments about my weight. He insisted on filling… documentation without me being there. He also made assumptions about my mental and physical impairments without discussing it with me first. He is not a very good listener. He is not somebody I would recommend.
Natalie P-S is an awesome therapist. We really connected and she seems to genuinely listen and care. I actually look forward to our visits which I never thought possible in the beginning. 5 stars for her personnally!… The front staff are also very helpful. Thank you...
** another update have fun trying to get your medical records from them. They like to ignore you. **Update: be careful of reporting them for not being ADA compliant because the next thing you know they’re shoving you… out the door and discontinuing services with you. Along with patient abandonment and medical negligence, among more. For someone who is an ambulatory wheelchair user this place is not wheelchair accessible. They may have a little dip next to one of their handicap parking spots, but unless you have an able bodied person to open the door, you’re not getting in the building. I have reported this, so hopefully something is done about it. I also brought it to their attention.
Very happy to have chosen Clinical Consultants to receive treatment. I noted everyone working for Clinical really sought for my success. I had two classes and both were honestly excellent. My therapist/teacher Olya… Reilly showed amazing effort in helping me and each one of her clients with enthusiasm and to the best of ones ability. Highly recommended.
Compassionate and caring staff. Focused on meeting you where your at and challenging you to get to where you want to be.
I had a successful experience here and connected to the staff and was able to get a leash on direction and support. It was a positive experience
Carter is the Jam! Definitely recommend this olace
Very unprofessional, they do not return phone calls, voicemails.Lack of follow. I called multiple times and requested call back from CARTER , he never once called back nor followed up on requests needed to continue… care. If in a professional setting you should at least have professionalism to call someone back. Also LESLIE had advised being on a waitlist list then being notified almost a month later could no longer be accepted which is fine but why be told you are and can continue care only to be told almost a month later you suddenly can’t. And even with these inconvenience, circumstances still cannot receive a considerate phone call to explain the situation And at least have a chance to respond. So unprofessional especially in this type of field that is supposed to help people struggling . Disappointing!
Called to schedule an appointment and they said I didn’t need one because they do walk ins and to just come in. I did, and they told me sorry they couldn’t get me in till May. It’s February. Maybe don’t say you do… walkins if you don’t. When I walked in, two of them were just talking to each other even after seeing I was there and ignored me till they finished their conversation.
Everyone is lovely that very accommodating and they're very friendly when you first get in and they're willing to help you through every single step.
As a whole the entire staff at clinical consultants have been stellar. I feel like they genuinely care about me and they are always prompt to respond to my questions and concerns. They have been willing to work around… my work schedule and have made it so much easier to be successful and balance my life.. Natalie is an outstanding therapist. Her experience, personality and perspective have really helped me be able to open up and get the help that I needed.
Natalie Sheppard is a great therapist she cares greatly about her patients. She has helped me meet so many of my goals.
Seems like there’s a lot of attendance issues and communication issues. But overall I did learn a lot from it.
