Community For New Direction – Columbus Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Community For New Direction – Columbus are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Community For New Direction – Columbus Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 3901 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, 43227. This address falls in Franklin County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I’ve been calling for months to get an appointment. Never got one and when I did they said I never seen anybody and have to start over. They are terrible and I will never go back. I was at my lowest and begged to be… seen and all they had to say was I had to start over. By the way it took me 2 months just to be seen.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff unprofessional especially the front desk I think her name is rashonda I was calling to get treatment for my brother and was met with a bunch of rudeness and was… transferred a bunch of times then back to her I assume then hung up on me would like to report that. Would suggest a different mental health facility for those inquiring!!!
