Community Medical Services – Cedar Park Address, Location and Contact Information
1101 Arrow Point Drive, Cedar Park, Texas, 78613 is the address held. Cedar Park sits in Williamson County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

CMS not only saved my life but they became my safe place. Sheri, Anissa, Debbie, and Michelle (and all other employees) truly make you feel heard and seen without judgement. They truly care about your wellbeing. I… promise, if youre ready for a better life they will help you every step of the way. THANK YOU CMS, for giving me my life back
The best in town i love everything about it keep up the great work amazing people
Staff is the best. I feel like a human when nobody else made me feel like one at my lowest in life. Non judgmental, caring, and it kinda feels home-ey when I walk in. They deserve the best.
I would not be sober today without this clinic, and the wonderful people who work here. If you need help getting off opiates, this clinic is the best place to go, you will be welcomed and supported every time you enter… the building. Thank you CMS for saving my life.
i love this place they have always helped me through my recovery and never judged me they are like family now i would recommend this place to anybody and everybody if they are going through a rough patch with trying to… get sober ! this is the place to go without a doubt i have never dealt with such caring humble people thank you love u all
Best methadone clinic i ever been to! I've been to a few of em lol
Look, I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They have been a literal life saver. I have been an iv/im heroin/fent user for 20 years now. I’ve been on methadone before and it’s always worked. I moved out this… way to help take care of my father who is very ill. I was recently released from prison and relapsed upon my release. The main receptionist Debbie got me in right away, they got me funding to help pay for my medication. My counselor Anissa. (God I hope I got her name right) has been so kind and helpful. I recently had to rush my dad to the transplant hospital in San Antonio bc he had a blood clot dislodge and go to his lungs. I didn’t bring my id or anything. The staff at Cms got me guess dosed here in San Antonio and I am just so grateful for them. Don’t hesitate to go. Just go in and get it done and stay focused. If nothing else works for you and you’re a serious opiate addict. Methadone will work. Take it from somebody who’s went to war with my addiction. Just take the medicine and get some structure. Good luck.
Summary first: If you need treatment and are ready to follow a couple of very simple rules, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I don’t care if u have to drive 30 miles, go here! This has BY FAR been the best experience I’ve had… during my treatment! I have called 3 clinics my home over the years and this one is SO genuine! Anissa: you’ve been nothing short of fantastic. Literally anytime I needed something, you promptly prepped all documentation and worked with me every step of the way. Our councilor visits always feel genuine, you treat me like a human being and it’s obvious you want only the best for the patients you take care of. Thank you for everything you have done for me! Debby: you are so sweet and are always so kind. I overhear your interactions with the patients you check in and you always treat them with respect and work with them as much as you can if they run into an issue that you can take care of. The nursing staff, (I apologize I’m horrible with names) Especially within the last 3 months are quick to dose, accurate and the sweet woman who usually doses window 2 on Mondays is extremely knowledgeable and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. This wonderful woman reminds me of my best friend’s Mother, extremely sweet, dignified, tidy, proper proud country girl ready for anything and always has her hair done right! My best friend would probably say “she comes to work lookin’ Tuff!” Yet again, another genuine person who only wants the best for the patients she sees. Best part, when blood is needed to be drawn, she makes it completely painless! This is coming from someone with TINY veins. ( I know that sounds silly, but I’ve been to clinics where your arm and finger tips come out with more than a few punctures) The Doctor who oversees everything here believes in the process. This review is really long but in short, he made me feel safe. I felt like I could tell him anything and he always replied with care and would do anything he could to help. I won’t go into details. But he is the type of doctor you HOPE to get when you’re at your lowest. Management: what can i say without repeating myself. The clinic would not be what it is if you weren’t running the ship! The counselors you’ve hired are top notch. You go above and beyond for anyone who simply follows the rules. It’s very uncommon to have such a well rounded staff and you must’ve gone through Hundreds of applications to get the team you have here.
People there are nice and no one is judging you
What an exceptional Team who makes up the staff at CMS. From upper management on down, you couldn't ask for more, and always served up with a smile and friendliness. Thank you ladies and thank you CMS of Cedar Park… Texas.
Best people I've ever worked with in a medical setting. They really make the entire process easy. I can't say enough about these wonderful people
Everyone here is very friendly and professionally accommodating. I'm always treated with the utmost respect. The whole team is truly here to help. If I hadn't found this wonderful program, I would have passed away a… long time ago. I am eternally greatful for everything the team does for people in rough situations.
Love my picture don't catch these often
Great MAT, environment. If you want the help , it’s here. There are rules and advantages,& there are also consequences if you don’t follow the rules. Just like the real world. 21 years active addiction and 8 years… clean. SO , I wish the medicine could fix all the problems that come along with this disease of addiction. That’s not realistic, but it’s a wonderful start if you’re open and teachable. There is always a gem here at this clinic as far as counselors and nurses are management. Even the secretary is wonderful. Give it a try. It’s worth your life I’d say.
I have been a client of C.M.S. for quite some time now. They have been instrumental in my sobriety! If you’re looking for a new way life and help in becoming a functioning individual again in a life as we know it isn’t… always easy! I want to share with you the care and support I have been shown at C.M.S.! They have never let me down when I needed them! From the counselors to the wonderful and amazing receptionist , Debbie and the solid , caring and supportive nurse Shauna, they haven’t dropped the ball! Way to go C.M.S! Keep on keeping on! We appreciate your support and patience! No need to look any farther this is the place to be!
Staff are really very proffessional and courteous the doctors knowledgeable And caring
I have been coming to this clinic for almost 2 years now, and always been treated like a person, Sherry (counselor) is the sweetest person, the nurse Shawna is amazing, and Debbie the hostess is awesome, I always belive… treat people like you want to be treated and this place is a perfect example of that.
I’ve been a patient at 5 different methadone clinics across the country and none of them are as efficient as CMS. I transferred from a clinic in Portland and the process was seamless. I have quick, same-day (often… same-hour) access to my doctor who is excellent. The nurses are both kind and hard-working and the front desk worker at the Cedar Park location, Debbie is a gem. My counselor responds to my texts immediately or first thing in the morning. The CMS app gives me more access to my treatment team and I’ve never seen any other clinic use one. Five out of five stars.
The first day at CMS, they made intake so easy, quick, hassle free, and was dosed the same day! Currently a patient, and you would think showing up to the same place everyday sucks, but they make it good vibes in there… so even when you don’t feel the best “sick” the staff cares and will get you relaxed and get you dosed as soon as the can. There are some times, mainly holidays where it was a line, but 95 percent of the days are in and out. It’s unbelievable how awesome the front desk works with the nurse making it easy. A no brainer if you’re out there struggling with addiction. They have awesome counselors that will check all your boxes and getting mental health along with a prescribed great medicine has been awesome. They work with most insurances and will work with your financial state. Lastly, I’m just so happy I found this place as tampered down to about 25 and had a relapse and now I’m back up to a good dose and the doctor makes it very easy to tamper when you are ready. No more withdrawals. And a safe way to get off opiates! Best place and way to come off ops hands down.
Wouldn't have made it this far without the C.M.S.
